So we have every new domestic political problem in the country looking for guilt in the US, China and Ukraine.

Both the UK and the EU want the best possible deal they can get but one thing the EU has to concede is that the UK is their biggest trading partner so if the UK is buying billions of EUR worth of products from the EU then it will hit them harder than it will hit the UK. The current UK Prime Minister is not a push-over like his predecessor (ex-Prime Minister May) and they EU have to got to accept what was announced a few days ago by the British government, they will not extend negotiations beyond 31st December 2020 and any deal needs to be signed then because the UK will not be part of the European Union from 1st January 2021 in any way shape or form or be bound by its treaties - unless it forms part of a new deal between the two parties. The goal of the UK is to be in the European Economic Area, just like Norway right now. The question is if both the British government and EU officials are looking for this solution.
From past statements of high-rank officials, it seems as if they wanted vengeance upon the Great Britain.

The main issue with democratic movements is that the outspoken are the ones that are heard and they're normally the "radicals" so their ideas just go ignored by most other than other "free radicals" (if you pardon the metaphor). I'm not sure of the way to get rid of the current ideals of democracy.
The main system that seems to go suggested is that either of a technocratic system or a decentralised democratic one.
In technocratic systems, people with knowledge in an area can vote on the outcomes (such as university professors etc) however most researchers can change opinions based on research pretty quickly or jst forget about stuff (and it'd obviously require a committee of judges to determine if they're voting right).
Places with a more decentralised democracy, imo, should take 1000 representatives and place them in a parliament/congress type setting where they can vote on whether to pass a law or not (a counsel of judges are generally used already in places to ensure bills can be enforced) a simple idea of individual 1000 strong juries being able to vote on each bill and if a majority of those elect in favour over the year, then it can be passed. Something like changing each jury every week and ensuring 30 juries vote on it in a year or it gets dropped until it gets a further threshold again as a new petition.
These are just rhoughts I've had and I'm not sure of the likelihood of them just breaking after a certain amount of time but enough random people could be selected from different locations so each part of the population groups get equally represented.

It's really an empty opinion to think police and "the system" are "manufacturing criminality." Spend one friggin hour with any police department and you'll see they don't spend their time picking out who they want to arrest.
You can pull up any department's UCR data and annual report. You'll find out the largest portion of police interaction and arrests stem from someone CALLING the cops. It wasn't the cop's choice to go somewhere and dig up some BS charge, the cop's get called to a crime in progress.
And the other contradictory issue is "respecting the police". No, no ones looking for you to respect a particular person, but a civilized society expects you to respect their established LAWS. When you don't respect the established LAWS, then you end up having to deal with the police.
You are also ignoring a WHY. You say the areas with the most police still have the most crime. WHY? Which came first, the crime or the police response? The areas with the most police didn't start out by someone saying "you know what, we should have a shit ton of police, that'll stop crime." The actual inverse happens. Crime statistics increase, they hire more cops. Crime increases more, they hire even more cops. Policing is REACTIVE in nature.
Its not that most cops are doing things out of line. The main problem is that much of what police are supposed to do is already bad. Police doing their jobs the way they should be done is manufacturing criminality. Thats what ACAB is all about and theres a ton of truth to it. 1. Look how many people are in prison on non-violent, drug offenses 2. Look at how many people who come out of prison reoffend. Drugs are a health issue and should not be criminalized anyway. The police are the middle men in all of this. Grabbing people off the streets for "crimes" that are crime by law, putting these people into the system, and then they come out the other end hardened criminals. We will not blindly respect laws and will challenge them and the people who are enforcing them if they are unjust. These laws will not be respected because they are not enforced fairly. You can look at discrepancies in sentencing by race for the same crimes and see huge discrepancies. White people are doing most of the drugs while latinx and black people are being incarcerated at higher rates with lower use. You are also ignoring a WHY. I guess asking someone to not drive while drunk, resist arrest, assault a police officer, steal his taser, fire the taser at the officer, is too much. The district attorney's office is going to find the shooting legally justified but the officer got fired strictly for PR.
He was shot in the back while running away. The cop's life was in no way endangered. If the shooting is found to be legally justified then it will be highlighting one of the main problems with law enforcement. He was not running away. He turned towards the police office, pointed the tazer towards the officer and either shot the tazer or was indicating he was about to shoot the tazer. The tazer would have incapacitated the officer, and the person would have been able to take the officer's gun. The use of force was 100% justified. Anyone who says otherwise is either uninformed or dishonest. exactly and also there was no certainty he might have had a gun somewhere. |

I suggest reading up on the different ideologies instead of just referring to everything thats not capitalism as "communism". Thats the way I learned it in grade school too but its wrong.  Even once you understand that all these things are different, theres still a lot more nuance to be learned. It still won't be as simplistic as you want it to be because there are so many different types of anarchists, communists,etc. Hell, even the parties in our federal republic can't agree much on the role of government. So a cop shoots an unarmed man in Atlanta last night. Things go to shit.

To be fair. the black guy was most likely drunk and was able to prevent two cops from hand cuffing him.
He also pulled the taser from the cops belt and took off running. He fired the taser at one cop possibly hitting the cop.
The other cop shot him in the back dead.
My thoughts a taser is not a deadly weapon.
Taser was fired and therefore dead so no weapon.
Cops had already searched the guy and knew he had no other weapon.
Cops had his id.
So the cop's procedure:
Was check on your buddy cop.
Call in the issue and get 25 or 50 cops to find him with K-9 units.
Or
Blow him away.
Cop picked blow him away.
