641  Economy / Marketplace / Re: If Newbie Offers Investment on: November 15, 2018, 10:52:24 AM
what would you do if a newbie said he could develop your money and he asked you to invest money in him ?

I will give it a pass if I have an option. I mean if there are two members offering same service at same price, I will choose the one with more age and reputation. This is to keep myself safe and I think that it is logical for others as well.
642  Economy / Economics / Re: China declared crypto airdrop illegal. on: November 15, 2018, 10:51:07 AM
They already have declared crypto illegal. So, I fail to understand the impact of this additional ban.

There are ways to bypass these bans but I am not sure if that is happening there as the government there is very strict.
643  Economy / Economics / Re: We can totally eradicate poverty if we TRULY want to. on: November 15, 2018, 10:50:00 AM
Most of the people I know are also against giving cash to people and helping them in other ways. But middle class people cannot do much. Creating a system or teaching them to do something might consume a lot of time and a person with regular job or business might not be able to manage this.

Solution to this is a combined effort from everyone to develop such a system.
644  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy going up and up everyday on: November 15, 2018, 10:12:18 AM
We need cash for the old generation to transact. But encrypted money is the future because:

1) It reduces corruption. One of the primary reasons behind uneven distribution of money is that it is available mainly in cash form.

2) Crypto is something that can be integrated with other payment forms as well.
645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted altcoins? on: November 15, 2018, 03:25:17 AM
Hi there are too many coins in crypto
It makes difficult to find out which one is trusted which is not
So please suggest me the name of altcoins which you will find most trusted and profitable
It helps me a lot
Thanks

So far I had invested in ETH, ripple , tron and some more coins. I will suggest you to stick with top 10 coins based on market cap till you understand the market.

Note that the current situation of the market is not that encouraging, you might not be able to get the same ROI that people were getting few months before.

646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why People Choose Cryptocurrency? on: November 15, 2018, 03:23:33 AM
Different reasons are:

1) Easy way to pay and receive money.

2) There are less limitations in comparison to platforms like PayPal.

3) It is harder to track crypto payments as well.

647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How altcoins change your life? on: November 15, 2018, 03:22:22 AM
I had made good profits with coins like ETH and ripple in past but currently I am in loss with the alt coins I am holding.

I will not sell in loss and can wait for 1-2 years for prices to increase and give me good profits. But an average investor might not be in the same position as me.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing decision on: November 15, 2018, 03:21:09 AM
Is current time good for buy more coin?
Normally, I will buy more when the price of coin is dropped. But with this situation of the market, I doubt the effectiveness of buying decision. Please give me an advise!

If you got limited money or in middle class, I will say that you should hold on the investment. This is because there is lot of uncertainty in the market currently. moreover, the prices had been stagnant for almost all coins in this time period. I do not expect any change soon because we do not have anything positive coming up in news as well.
649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can someone help me? on: November 15, 2018, 03:19:05 AM
I am interested to invest on a not well known coin and newly released, what are the factors I need to consider to take a look to know if this coin has a bright future?

Can you give an example of a altcoin that you think will have a good value in the future and why? please give your explanation.

You should consider following factors:

1) People behind the project. Check their previous work and if they have experience in crypto.

2) What are the unique aspects of the project you are going to invest into.

3) Growth of coin in past few months.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will 90 percent of the coins die? on: November 15, 2018, 03:17:46 AM
I think that more than 995 of coins will die because:

1) Most of coins are just offering same features with different names. Only those will survive which are offering something unique.

2) Some of the coins are surviving just because they had been manipulating prices with the help of large funds they have.
651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE NEED TO REGULATE ICOs? on: November 15, 2018, 03:07:25 AM
Some sort of regulation will certainly control the manipulation which is very much prevalent currently. However, there will be demerits of this as well like this will kill the basic aspect or foundation of crypto where it was free from any control.
The final decision should be made after considering both the positive and negative aspects. Personally, I would like to leave it the way it is and let the market decside growth and prices.
652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First bounty Experience till 10000$ on: November 13, 2018, 10:19:02 AM
One can certainly earn a lot of money from bounties but the key to do so is consistency. If a person is adding qauliyu posts here,  he will not only earn good from bounties but will also gain rank which will further increase the earnings.
653  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum has begun to show positive trends on: November 13, 2018, 10:15:44 AM
The price increase is still not that much consistent but I am happy with the price increase because I have some money invested in ETH from quite some time.  I had mentioned earlier as well that every bitcoin investor should invest some money in eth as well.  Both complement each other very well.
654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How will bounties do without Bounty Hunters? on: November 12, 2018, 07:45:55 AM
I have read many posts condemning the impatience of bounty hunters who sell off rewards as soon as it is received.
My question is, can bounties run and achieve success on their own without Hunters?

No bounty can exists without hunters. But the current shift is to find hunters who are contributing good quality posts here. Earlier the criteria was based just on rank which was independent of merits. Now we have merits to reward users who are making good posts. Campaigns are more benefited by such users.
655  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin doesnt only consume too much electricity, it destroys the environment on: November 12, 2018, 07:22:24 AM
I don't see the relationship between consuming more energy and actually destroying the environment.
Bitcoins energy requirement is not taking out of any one's home ratio or a companies mega watt, so no one can say they are depleted thanks to bitcoin mining.
The energy comes from reserves and excess energy.

From what I have red and know, there is no way to store most of the forms of energy. At such, bitcoin mining does not do any harm to environment Banning bitcoins just because of this aspect does not sound very much rational to me because we need to weigh in the benefits of crypto as well.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HOW DO WE INCREASE THE VALUE OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES? on: November 12, 2018, 07:17:58 AM
Here is what you can do to increase the value :

1) Spread awareness about crypto. When I say awareness, I mean make people aware of both positive and negative aspects. They will then make better decision whether to buy or not.

2) Buying in large quantity can also push the prices up especially for smaller coins. It will be temporary though.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin too difficult to understand? on: November 12, 2018, 07:16:21 AM
Bitcoin is not that much difficult to grasp but people are not able to understand it because :

1) Some have lack of interest.

2) Some face loss in the first trade and then turn away forever.

3) Some judge crypto based on their past life experiences like if they saw loss in some past online scam, they will reject crypto as well.
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For those, who wait BTC to "skyrocket" again. on: November 12, 2018, 06:50:19 AM
the Tether nonsense FUD is starting to get too old. you should try coming up with some sort of new FUD to spread in hopes of a lower price so you can make short term profit from bitcoin.

https://www.ccn.com/tether-no-real-impact-on-bitcoin-price-university-researcher/

All FUD is nonsense. I would like the forum administration to be more strict against these kind of posts. The reason being that these kind of posts might appear in higher positions on Google because of the authority of this forum. At such, baseless FUD against crypto should be deleted.
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTuber's using marketing schemes toward bitcoin on: November 12, 2018, 06:48:35 AM
The people following these kind of YouTubers are also at fault in my opinion because:

1) It encourages spam. When those youtubers see that they are getting views and conversions, they put more effort.

2) Such trends are not common. Most of the online money making schemes have been operating on same procnciple for quite long. Still if people are getting fooled, it is their mistake as well.
660  Other / Meta / Re: The current "merit system" makes an interesting statement about Human Freedom? on: November 12, 2018, 02:18:02 AM
Do not worry about the members making low quality threads here. You should just enjoy the informative and detailed posts being made by members who understand the value of this community. And believe me there are a handful of such members producing enough content for a person to consume regularly.
