I tried to go to one of Bigvern's old pools and it redirected me to http://alternatepool.com/Then did a whois on the domain and it does belong to him so it's probably pretty good. I am going to try it now. It's a cool idea not know what coin you are mining, that way if he gets enough users he can do a pretty awesome 51% attack with it. |

Ok guys... Im still alive.
Every single US board has been dropped off via UPS Overnight (there were 2-3 people who that didnt work for, and had to use 2nd day air instead). Almost everyone should have it on friday or monday at the latest. I will have some more pictures and stuff soon... But im taking a break to eat and take some asprin. That was alot of boxes.

Welcome to the world of Bitcoin mining. Perhaps you should buy BTC next time instead of mining equipment. And if you can't afford a 2-3 weeks delay you should stay out of this game. Don't think there was one manufacturer that came through without some delay here or there. I think if your funds are tied up for more than a month, then it's probably not worth ordering mining hardware. The ASIC manufactures are not keen on retail, most of their chips go to giant mining farms, so retail gets stalled. It's quite sad really bitcoin was designed to be distributed mining, not big farms. |

I don't think it's ethical at all, that's why so many people are screaming. The guy lacks any hint of empathy and remorse, he bans or abuses all that question or complain in chat. The only ethical reason I can think of, to shutdown an exchange without warning, was if you found a massive security hole that put customers funds at risk, and that's not what he claimed in the shutdown announcement. According to RS and his groupies, this thread and the others like it are just smear campaigns, no truth in them, classic denial syndrome. I think RS wants to start a village in Tasmaina called Microtown, where they can all hang out together. |

mcxfee is down to 0.05 BTC.
RS now has over 85,000 of the fees again. 60,003 in his own account and 25,000 in the site interest and lotto accounts. So the number that were circulating when trade resumed at 0.4BTC at the start of the month was 32,898 and now it's down to 14,097 which is less than half, but the price has fallen a stunning 88.75%, the fee shares are not paying out either since he suspended trade of the other coins yesterday, his excuse it that it would annoy people collecting small sums. The regular collection of small sums is the entire concept behind the fee shares, there would have been a huge number of withdrawal fees over the past 24hours that could have paid a dividend to fee share holders. |

I loved mcxNow Exchange and think RealSolid is brilliant as well as a nice guy. But i dont need no immature little punks banning me or calling me a liar for correcting some of the bullshit they are giving for excuses over there. RS needs to step up and get real Moderators to handle the situation and move thes mods he has now back to trolls like they were before this happened.
Open your eyes dude. He was out to fuck you over from day 1. RS himself was in the chat making fun of people and throwing insults around as well. I believe RS uses aliases in chat to abuse and ban people, the language style is too similar. |

There has to be clues. The feds Busted DPR off of a publicly available posting he made at Bitcointalk I believe.
You could start with all the IP's he has used here, many of the Tor exit nodes and VPN's are honeypots for the authorities. |

OK I looked it up. http://www.whoisguard.com/However could they not potentially have his information. Also why would the phone number be disconnected? That's not going to help, you need to get the authorities onto aws who host the site in the US follow the money trail, IP's that sort of thing, IP's that access the BTC wallets. If he has paid $20,000 per year for hosting as RS claimed in chat yesterday, that's a pretty clear money trail. |

I'm afraid BCX is right. RS must be good on social engineering.
You should see how many people RS has chat banned over the past hour for like 99999minutes, basically anyone that is critical of him or the site, he is really loosing it. I don't think it's social engineering at all, I think it's the byproduct of a psychological disorder. He has total disrespect for his customers, he publicly swears at them, bans them, and of course rips them off as much as he can. He make Josh look polite! |
