They've been able to play resiliently and the results so far is fit to help them earn this ticket but the difficulty they may face this season is the trophy of the Serie A, the top contenders won't let it slip away from them, they're in their own way and end putting streanous efforts to ensure that they get the maximum number of points to keep the gaps and help them win the trophy. There's really no time to make a difference but they themselves know it's not going to be as easy as it ought to be considering the intensity in games this season.

 Arsenal have real improved on how they play and you can see that in the league also as theyre still on top of the table with bery high goal difference. This match will be quite difficult but I still believe they can be able to do some magic at the Emirate to give them a boost before they head to Germany for the return leg. Even if they’ll be eliminated, I don’t think the humiliation will be as much as the past. The Barcelona VS PSG is another key match and I’m strongly believing PSG will be able to have the edge against this Barca side this time. Psg are seeking to achieving something this season and I wouldn’t be surprised seeing them in the finals again.

The FA Cup Quater finals were rounded up yesterday and we saw some thrilling matches in the 2 matches played yesterday. We had a match between Chelsea and Leicester then we also had an old long rivalry between Man United and Liverpool. These 2 matches had it surprises and fun times and we’ll dissect that in this write up. Chelsea substitutes came to the rescue for them as they both managed to get a goal each and made chelsea win with a scoreline of 4-2. The events in this match was what was befitting of a cup match as we saw equalizing moments, saw penalty been missed, an own goal and some crazy clear chance misses. Chelsea were very dominant in this match as they had the lead with over 2 goals at Half Time with Cucurella and Palmer getting the goals in thei first half to put the London boys all up. Then at the start of 2nd half we saw a horrible mistake from Disasi that brought Leicester back into the game.

 Few minutes after we saw a sensational goal because it involved dribbling and also sidestepping the Chelsea defender and then curling the ball. That goal was worth the applauds as it brought Leicester on level terms. We saw a red card on a last man foul on Jackson and them got the extra 2 goals from the subs. Looking at Sterling and his performance yesterday, it’s real awful that as the most experienced and highest paid player, he wasn’t able to deliver at all in any way and it’s a big shame on him. Man should just let the young boys who’re ready to play enjoy the game of football and give their all.

 Massive win for Chelsea and hope they can do better when they face City in the Semi Finals. Manchester United were able to deal with Liverpool and end their quadruple dream at the dead end of 120 minutes. This match yes was dominated by Liverpool but Man United were able to show class and why they’re still a big team in the league. Like Rashford… Like Sterling but the difference is that Rashford can turn out to be a saviour when you don’t expect. Now I hope to see them in the final as I have high hopes they’ll be able to defeat Coventry who gave Wolves a crazy surprise with 5 minutes of stoppage time to go.

The EPL still went on during the weekend and we saw a battle between the mid clubs who wants to either go to the UEL or have a place in the UCL all getting into a heated fixture. The match between West Ham and Villa was to secire either UEL or UCL football respectively for both teams. We all expected the match to be real tough and I had hopes on West Ham stealing all 3 points in this match but, yhh the strength of Villa were on another level as they were able to level the scoreline after relentless fights and controversial VAR calls too. The both teams were so close on the way they took on each other and you can see how they were able to contain each other in the match yesterday.

 Both teams made some nice changes to the teams that got them victories during midweek in European competitions and the changes were worth it as they were able to play at optimal level too. Watkins was able to get into the team for Villa after recovering from the cut that took him out of the Conference League Cup on Thursday. Ollie Watkins had the first chance in the game though his effort was put to a stop by the West Ham goalie, Areola who was in goal today for the club. Not long after, antonio got the lead close to half an hour mark with a great diving header.

 West Ham looked pretty dangerous and created much more and better opportunities to hit on this Villa side but were lacking conversion of those high chances. Villa got into the game and tried to put some pressure too from their end and yes it paid out. Zaniolo the 2nd half sub was able to get the equalizer that keeps them safe and not under much pressure in their place in the league. West Ham after the equalizer had some great opportunities with VAR canceling out on a superb goal that would have hammered Villa. The share of points between these teams is pretty good as it now keeps the team on their toe to want to achieve more in subsequent matches.

The fierceness of the EPL isn’t spoken about enough and even when it’s spoken about lightly, you can’t deny the fact that the statement holds some solid truth. This competition season in and out proves to be real fierce and you can see it in the way the league table is. This season holds no less about the statement as we’ve got the 3 top teams been differentiated with just 1 point and Arsenal and Liverpool separated by few goal difference. The goal difference is a result of how productive this Arsenal side have been over the past few weeks.

 We’ve got about 10 games to go and mow predicting who wins the league might be kind of difficult right now especially as the 3 teams are all on very great level. To determine the winner of the league one will have to check every 10 fixtures between these teams and know which team will be able to get maximum points to win the league. Amongs the 3 of them, City have better chance of winning the league as to an extent they’ve got easier fixtures and at some points, they’ll be having outstanding matches which could be a boost for them.

 Liverpool on one end also have very easy fixtures and will be waiting to get a draw result from the match between City and Arsenal as that result will be great for Arsenal to be able to top the league and reduce the pressure. Arsenal have big matches with the likes of City, Man United, Chelsea, Tottenham and that’s going to be a real long run for Arsemal and we hope they’ll be able to get something off this matches. First they must give it all at the Etihad when they face city and try to get maximum points. This will real be a tough one but I feel Liverpool have more advantage to get this league and I’ll love to see Liverpool win it rather than city.

Rashford in United hasn't been helpful or useful in games this season. He started off his journey with the team on a very good note and he was definitely a classic striker with his versatility skill put to great use, but this season, he's depreciated greatly and his low performance is one that is agreeable by every of us. He's put the team many times in costly situations where he'd ought to execute his striking task but then fail woefully due to petty mistakes or errors. His less interested efforts put to games is appaling and is something that's not expected of him. His worth and ratings has this season been reduced drastically.

 Maybe he got proud along the line but he should know he's a young player and he's still got years of football career to live through. Maybe his switch to PSG, maybe rumoured would be helpful to him to awaken his spirits and abilities to play dedicatedly again. He's a great player no doubt, his skills are still in him. Regardless of Hag's approaches to the squad performance, sometimes as a last man up front, he's got to be creative to go beyond what the coach says and do the right thing always to put his team up ahead. This is one thing he's refrained from doing and he needs to be awakened. He can't let his abilities fade off at this early stage of his journey.

 One would hope that he be of good benefit to the French side but I strongly believe the managers there know how best to bring out the best in their players. Seeing Rashford with the French side will be a real beauty to behold. I personally want to see him bounce back to what he's always been known for. I'm sick and tired of the Rashford that's always being complained about. He needs to restore back the fans confidence in him and he has to do it the right way. He's paid for the job, if he personally decides to remain at United, then he should live up to expectation instead of putting the fans mind at a state of unrest because of his continuously failed chances. He's way better than what he's putting up now. We all want to see him do better again. He's got what it takes.

They've been focusing their strength on the domestic Serie A league and they've been doing excellently well in it. They've even got a greater chance of being far ahead in the standings than the likes of Inter Milan because for others, after the league games, they'd still have to play the continental tournament and this will definitely affect players' physical capabilities too. Although, inasmuch as a weighty gap is expected of them, Inter Milan has made it difficult because they've also been in their best form. At thesame time, it'll not be hard to stay in shape to earn a ticket to next season's European contests.

Dortmund in previous seasons have been very much active and eager to chase the trophy. Although at the moment the chase isn't off, they've still got every chance in store to prove themselves. They've had scaly strides from the start of the season up till now, they've managed to scale through in the UCL, no one knows their fate in the next round but there's certainty that there's difference in their performances now and then too. They're a good team that just needs to find back their balance, there confidence level has dropped big and corrections needs to be made soon enough too. There's no time out to let go off winning chances, it'll keep drawing them back. Overtime, they've had good players in the team going off to other clubs and making wave which only notes that they're a team that builds and carves up players to be exceedingly top notch in performance.

 And it's acceptable that there are still players in the team that currently are capable of keeping the team ahead.
Frankfurt hosted Hoffenheim last weekend and the game ended with a convincing victory even though with very little margin of goals in favor of Frankfurt. The host has this season been a good competitor to teams and they've sometimes strived to surprise big teams too. They're a good side and they've been able to stay in shape in the league too even though not much of a buoyant stand on the league table. One would expect that there'll be a heavy difference in their performances and this would cause them to finish very much well in a couple of weeks to come but as it stands, their performance rate so far has been fair and it's best they stay at that pace.

 Few weeks left and not much impact can be made other than maintaining the tempo and not going below it. Their league encounter with Dortmund is played and the odds were shaky as both teams have in the passing weeks being a bit consistent at thesame level of performances. But the game was played fairly with both sides being able to net in goals and a number of goals flowing in. The final league result for the season is very much crucial to teams and they need not to cause any form of jeopardy in the process to it.

City's talismanic and charismatic midfielder is into the last 18 months of his contract and will turn 33 in June, which could give the club an uncomfortable situation when it comes to discussing his future, particularly if he asks for a new contract to ward off the interest from Saudi Arabia and potentially Major League Soccer. To many, particularly the huge supporters who rose to their feet to welcome De Bruyne back from injury in January, City giving one of their best ever players a bumper new deal is a no-brainer. However, the club have an unwritten policy when it comes to contract negotiations to players into their thirties, which in theory prevents them from offering long-term deals. The policy is intended to prevent them paying high salaries for years-on-end to individuals who are no longer worth it.

 They are not the only club to do it. Bayern Munich only offer 12-month contracts to existing players who are past the age of 30. And notwithstanding their current season, it has served the Bavarians pretty well over the years. The main exception is Kyle Walker, who signed a three-year contract last summer at the age of 33. City were prepared to be flexible in that instance as Walker had a serious offer on the table from Bayern Munich and were wary of losing another senior player at the same time as parting with Gundogan. So far it is working out well, with Walker captaining the team and playing with even more consistency than last season, despite the turmoil in his private life.

 Nonetheless, City would be better off keeping Walker as the exception rather than making him the catalyst to end the policy. Even if it means parting ways with De Bruyne in 2025 or even sooner. KDB is one of the club’s greatest player if not the greatest especially as the numbers speaks for him. As a midfielder the heights he’s attained is worthy of every commendation and appreciation. The club can decide to appreciate him in better ways and cash out from him especially as finance is needed to keep the club moving. KDB is still worth it and I think staying one more season after his contract expires wouldn’t be a big deal as his presence will help in building the younger generation.

The UCL has resumed and now we’ve gotten to the Quater finals o f this elite competition.. this stage of this competition isn’t always an easy one ass it’s in this stage you meet some very tough Opponq with very wide range of experience.The draw has happened and the fixtures have been fixed up till the finals which will hold at the Wembley stadium. This stage of the competition holds many surprises and we can analyze on each match one after the other and go on and on without getttng tired. For this write up, we’re shifting our focus down to the match between Arsenal and Bayern Munich.

Arsenal are now in the Quater finals of the UCL and we can’t help but praise the program of this team and how they’ve performed over the past 2 seasons and this season. They’ve not been present in the UCL in a long while and after a long while attaining this height is worthy of commendation. In the match against Bayern, the stakes and hopes will be high especially for the Arsenal fans because they’ll be hoping with their improved squad, they’ll be able to take revenge on Bayern who defeated them with that massive scoreline and that was their last time out in over 5-6 years. A lot of factors will have to be taken into consideration if Arsenal is to stand any chance in this match.

 First, we must look at how much of experience both teams have and it’s very clear Bayern have vast experience of this competition as compared to Arsenal who are a team of young players with very little or zero experience of European competition. This match  will be one big one and many of the fans will be looking forward to it. Arsenal are very improved as compared to how they were last time Bayern trashed them, right now they’re a better team and can give headache to this Bayern side who have been inconsistent in the past few matches this season. Well right now, this match isn’t real predictable as I think we should give a pause and probably wait till about 2 weeks to go and then we see how both teams are placed for this fixture.

The final games in the UCL round of 16 was played and the result of Inter Milan against Atletico Madrid is one that was just in between expected and unexpected. The Italian side have been able to this season stay in shape in both the Serie A and the UCL until their disqualification days ago. They've played to win and they've secured good number of points gaps between them and Juventus. Yes it's not so surprising as they've in all time being a competitive Italian side.

 Atletico's encounter wasn't really much of a petty game for them as the both teams were strong though Inter being stronger in terms of league standings but experience wise, Atletico knew how to get what they got. Well it's a motivation ahead of next season for Inter Milan.The quarter final games have been drawn, now it's seeming like a reincarnating battle. The rivalry continues and it all seems unpredictable.

 The odds for team qualifications are a bit difficult to predict as  the game only gets tougher now and a lot has to be put into consideration without neglecting how different the performance may turn out on the field of play. PSG will battle out with Barcelona, Arsenal with Munich, Real Madrid with City and Atletico with Dortmund. The toughest game of these schedules would have been all except for Munich and Arsenal but as it stands, Arsenal still has a shot against this German side.

Kylian who has been on the mouth of media outlets as news about his transfer is a major source of revenue more especially for media outlets. No one knew where he’ll be headed especially after not giving in to Madrid since over 2 seasons. He’s had a dream of playing for the Los Blancos side but let’s just say he wasn’t ready to offer his services to the club. His services to the club was greatly needed and I think right now, he’s now ready to offer his services and I think his move to the Spanish club will be able to help him attain some individual accolades for himself.

 Kylian is one kind of player who plays an entertaining football but yet doesn’t fail to deliver anytime he’s called up on to do so. And for the spanish side who’re in need of a good striker, I think Kylian will be a perfect fit for that position and it’ll be a laudable experience seeing him in the white shirt. For Real Madrid fans, this news is one very big news that they dearly appreciates and can’t wait to see the French captain play and offer his services to the club. I also know and believe the players at Real Madrid are ready to welcome the striker and work with him to achieve greAtly for the club.

 PSG who are at the losing ends are all out already to get a replacement for him and I wish they’ll be able to go easy on the process of getting the replacement as Kylian replacement might not be at his level right now and will need the right tutorship to get to that A level. This is one big factor PSG should consider as they will be saving lots of money signing a less cheaper player with grwat potentials. I wish Mbappe luck in his new career path as he should also learn to himble himself in the Spanish club and I also wish PSG luck to in their search for a replacement.

The EPL continues for some clubs and yes we still have some top matches to look out for but they’re matches by relegation threatened teams. The need maximum points to be able to try amd save themselves from relegation. The EPL is real high on competition as there’s competition in almost every angle of the table from the top to the mid and to the relegation. This kind of competition helps to increase the teams level of performance and make them very productive when playing outside the league. One of the key focus for this weekend is the match of Burnley and Brentford as this is a key match especially as it’s been a long while the Burnley fans celebrated the win and they’ll be having high hopes that the club wins this match so that at least they could have something to celebrate about.

 This encounter between these teams is an intriguing one as both teams haven’t been at their best. They’re both struggling to find form and secure vital points in a key match like this as both of these teams are in the bottom half of the league. Burnley are facing a very tough battle to survive the EPL this season. Burnley are good as they can take the lead easily but have a major problem of always throwing away the lead just like they did against Weat Ham and ended up sharing the spoils. Right now at Half time, they’re leading and playing pretty well as we approach the 2nd half, I hope they don’t throwaway the lead again because this win is one great deal for the fans and the club in their chance for survival.

 Brentford, on the other hand, experienced a narrow defeat to Arsenal, losing 2-1 in a match that left them frustrated over refereeing decisions. The Bees have been on a shaky run of form, with four defeats in their last five Premier League games, leaving them five points above the relegation zone. Despite their attacking flair, defensive woes have seen them drop crucial points from winning positions. I think Burnley will sure get 3 points and I’m also confident they can be able to get the required 10 points to still keep them in the league for next season.

When a team’s key player star attaining a certain age, the options of a sell out of the player is considered especially if he’s still in contract as this will help the club generate funds. Finance is one major way to keep a club or business running and on that note, the need to always try to do the needed to pump in money for the club is key. Man City’s midfield expert, KDB is already attaining the age where he seems not to offer much to the club because of his age. His performance wouldn’t be up like it used to be when he was much younger.

 A lot would want the club to consider selling him out and cashing out real good especially from the Saudi Clubs as they’ll be willing to pay handsomely for him. I feel the club can still keep for him for one more season and use his presence to build the younger generation and that way get a perfect replacement for the dude in the midfield. If they let him leave anytime soon, I think they will probably be regretting it as this guy is really a killer when it comes to handling the midfield. Well with money anything is possible and we can only suggest for the club.

 The club too is already grooming a player to replace him when he’s gone and who knows they might have considered the options and are ready to cash out on his transfer. Whatever be the case, I know Pep still remains the centre and he’s tactically sound and knows what’s best for the club. Any decision he takes will be considered and respected by the club. I’m having high hopes that they’ll let KDB stay at least one more season till they’re ready and the replacement is ready and I think that’s the best option for the club.

We’ve gotten to the Quater Finals of the UCL and now we’re going to be having some crazy reviews especially as the fixtures in this round seems to be pretty tensed. Well it’s as expected as we didn’t expect anything less than what we’re having already. We’ll be expecting some comparisms of coaches and also clubs as this will help us constructively debate about a particular course or topic. The first match is Arsenal vs Bayern and we are already having a heated argument as to who will be able to go through. Well let’s focus on the context of this write, which is to know if Tuchel and this Bayern team really have what it takes to eliminate Arsenal off this competition.

 Well Bayern we used to know in the days of Robben and Ribery is quite different from what we’ve now especially this season. As this Bayern team have reduced in her productive  level and are not really offensive and scoring high goals like we used to know them for. This is simple because Tuchel isn’t an attacking minded coach, and you can see from his philosophy even at Chelsea. Yes at Chelsea, I wouldn’t call his success luck even though he came to an already set up squad by Lampard, but one thing for sure is Lampard wouldn’t have gone past the Quater Finals had it been he was still in charge. That alone gives Tuchel the accolades.

 The only issue of Tuchel is how he needs to maintain consistency and make sure these boys are giving their best match in and out and not relenting after few games. Yes, this Bayern team isn’t fierce anymore but I still have high confidence in them being able to stop Arsenal but what would be different is they must have to work harder this time. Arsenal are in a good form no doubt but their inexperience might come to play and the pressure from the EPL might also come to light in this encounter. Bayern can take advantage of this and get the win to see them to the Semi Final if they’re serious and ready to work hard for it.

Just 10 weeks left to the end of the season and Napoli are trailing below Atalanta and AS Roma, yes, they'd want to strive to gain enough points so as to get tickets unto next season's European contests but it'll be a difficult task for them because even if they managed to cover up the points gap now, how can they be so sure that these top places teams would sit back and be consistently poor in these last weeks. Last season, Napoli were a better side even in season's before last but this season, there's been a big switch to that and now it's seeming like a difficult task.

 Most less active teams of before have now taken it up on themselves to make long lasting differences this season and they've sure been consistent at it. It'll be difficult to break small teams as they've just developed a hidden confidence and strength to maintain their stiffness and just keep being ahead this season. Napoli can only reduce the track of points gaps between the teams but I'll really be longing that they're able to outstand and come on top the table to ensure the ticket is kept intact. Considering how their game against Barcelona turned out, it may in turn affect their confidence ahead. For Barcelona their game ended in a pleasant manner with them proving how big and mighty the team is.

 Personally, I think it was a very fair game outcome due to how their last games turned out. I expected them to have done less better than they did. Though the caliber of team as Napoli isn't so solid, also ignoring the past impacts they've made in the league. Napoli, yes a performing team but not as Barcelona and Barcelona for all time has been a top team. Regardless of the amount and level of setbacks experienced so far, they were the host and so they did good to have had the upper hand in the game. Another advantageous boost to their confidence cos it all seems like they obviously were able to hold down the not so strong Napoli till the last minute.

Rashford is one player that was actually doing well in previous seasons and he's had huge contributions and impacts to the United squad and he was practically fans favorite and a threat to teams too. But this season hasn't been quite good for him, his playing style changed and he's literally had the worst season. The fans are not encouraged by his performances and they've not been shy to express their disappointment and disgust at him. I don't know and can't tell the source of the problem but he's just got an extra work to do on himself.

 He's a striker but has not played as a striker. It just seems as though the entire team is in a black out situation right now and it isn't good. At the moment, putting Rashford up for sale would only add a few finances to the teams account but the team still has to sit back and work on themselves to be better. I'll still say this, United needs a switch and not just any switch but a more reasonable switch that'll understand their condition and think innovatively without sentiments with the goal of team building and growth and implement new methods to combat their opponents.

 I don't know what the board is waiting for to realize the big error Ten Hag is to the team. The entire team has been infected with his virus and they need to be quarantined and looked after to return back to their usual self again. Sadly it may take a while but we hope it's soon. They can really do better in maximizing the intensity of Hojlund, for me even though the team is in dire deficiency, there's still some bits of competitiveness in the second striker.

Currently, Leverkusen's consistency has put them in the top contending spots for the Bundesliga title.
