In Suriname I don't know but in Colombia I doubt very much that they will make any considerable change in the policy regarding Bitcoin, although if it were to happen it would be considerable due to the size of the country. А может конечно просто отжимали Биткоины у простых криптанов. Но аргументация у них была именно такая - нам binance сказал, что это Биткоины грязные, значит они грязные.
В таких ситуация, нормальные обменники присылают скрины, где видно все (причину блока и т.п.). Хотя это вообще не нормально, когда обменник не имеет собственных резервов, а в мониторе красуется, мол резервы есть. Надеюсь все же в ближайшее время начнется тренд, когда риски будут проверяться до отсылки средств, а не после. Для обменников это копейки. Какие-то крупные менялы грязи навряд ли ринутся на эти обменники, у них как правило на выходе и так все чистенько). Обменик не може прислать причину блокировки, а только скан проверки кошелька с % грязных биткоинов. Даже биржа причин не знает. Если поступили грязные монеты, то биржа проводит стандартную процедуру комплайнса. Those 2% will not be user's cryptocurrency but private banks own reserves, just as bank can under the current rules user 15% of their Tier 1 before Basel 3 for non-redeemable preferred stock they can now fill up to 2% on cryptos, it changes nothing for the user. По статистики треть нала Евро в Евросоюзе на каких-то этапах своего путешествия участвовала в противоправных действиях. Крипта оставляет следы, которые как раз чайналисисы и распутывают. И она легко может быть доведена до счета, который по каким то причинам считается криминальным. Если бы я был уверен, что чайналисисы следят только за преступными и действительно грязными деньгами, то и не спорил бы с вами. Вычислить авторов - преступников, судить посадить, это святое, благородное дело, однозначно. Но дело в том, что я уверен, что в этих пометках фигурирует политический заказ, кто бы кто бы это не отрицал. Это точно, но это скрывается от публичного разглашения. И просто по элементарной логике, это не может быть иначе. И реально чистые, совсем не криминальные деньги метятся для выполнеия каких-то санкций, наказания неугодных стран, (а страна по определению не может состоять из одних преступников). Вот поэтому все расследователи это конторы с двойным дном. Они фальшивки и потому они паразиты. Ну это же чисто ваши догадки, верно? А по факту ну какой там "политический заказ"? Я вообще не сомневаюсь, что все криптовые разработки ставятся на заметку в спецслужбах. Возможно разработчики об этом и не знают, но аналитики спецслужб прекрасно в курсе дел какая команда и что примерно разрабатывает. Конечно можно подумать, что это все больная фантазия сумасшедшего. Получайте честную децентрализацию с форкнутыми свапалками старого протокола унисвап 2, на которых несколько неизвестных шиткоинов с ликвидностью в несколько сотен тысяч доларов. Еще бы разобраться кому эта ликвидность принадлежит. Если проектам, то они ее заберут и клиенты так и останутся со своими шиткоинами. Кто готов сделать честный стейблкоин без блокировок? Пампам в крипте мы не удивляемся, но думаю что манипулятору этот форк не интересен, пока он его не выкупит.
