721  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: wallets for staking cryptos? on: June 25, 2020, 05:13:48 PM
Which coins are you planning to stake? I have no idea if any of the multi crypto wallet support staking, you have to download the official qt wallet in order to stake. For example, to stake DeepOnion, you have to download DeepOnion QT wallet and run them continuously. On the other hand, some exchanges also support staking program through which you can gain some rewards however, I wouldn't recommend you to keep your fund on any exchanges. They may get lost someday. Rather use the official qt wlet and have control on the wallet by yourself.
722  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Read and Learn bounty managers on: June 25, 2020, 05:09:51 PM
Most of the bounty managers these days do not have any standard and never do any analysis before launching them which is one of the reasons bounties are going shit. I would recommend every hunters not to join any bounty campaign which is managed by so called bounty managers who don't hold any responsibility for the hunters and think of making some money and weight their portfolio. Yahoo62274, Hhampuz, Julerz, bubbalex (Don't have much info on him though) are some of the good campaign managers and hunter should only join their campaign.
723  Other / Meta / Bengali Thread Merit Statistics on: June 25, 2020, 04:29:57 PM
Couple of days ago, I was looking for some statistical data on merits on Bengali local thread. Thank you LoyceV for that data. Now, I would like to compare some data with other local boards. DdmrDdmr has shared all the required data with me. The purpose of this thread is to visualize Bengali Local Thread is lacking of enough merit senders which is being a resistance to the profile rank up who is active in local thread. With delivering necessary merits, we may increase the quality of the post in local thread.
Please be noted that- first number represent frequency of the local board and second number represent the percentage of that local board.
Total Distributed Merits
Total Number of distributed merits in local board is 205252 but the total amount of merit distributed in Bengali thread is 163 only. It's less than 1% where the total number of local boards/thread has been divided by 23. Other languages include all the other local threads who don't have a separate board, Bengali is excluded from other languages.

Total Unique Senders
Total Unique merit senders in local boards are 9883 but it' only 46 in Bengali which is again less than 1%.

Total Merit Receivers
Out of 12334 receivers in local boards, Bengali thread has 62 receivers who received 163 merits. Average merits per receiver is 2.63 merits but in other local boards, average is 16.71 (Excluded Bengali) merits per user. This is a privilege for other local users that they have enough supply of merits but in Bengali thread, the merit receivers are high but not enough supply.

Total Posts Received Merits
In local boards, 74926 posts have been merited. In Bengali thread, 103 posts have been merited. Average merits per post in Local boards (Excluded Bengali) is 2.74 merits but in Bengali thread, it's 1.58 merits per post.

Total Merit TX
In local boards(Excluded Bengali), 205089 merits have been distributed in 118664 tx which indicates an average of 1.73 merits per tx. But in Bengali thread, the average is 1.28 which is far below from the average.

Limitation: Data is from 19/06/20

Share your opinion if you think Bengali thread require more supply of merits.
724  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] BestChange Signature Campaign on: June 24, 2020, 03:23:57 PM
It's an honor to work with such a long exisiting signature campaign, 23 weeks. There are very few campaigns which stay active such long. Be the next long existing signature campaign.
👌
725  Economy / Reputation / Re: Spotted this guy selling his Hero account! on: June 23, 2020, 03:34:10 PM

It looks like its Texac selling his own account, but I am not an expert when it comes to Telegram.

The telegram account may be owned by Texac but what's the proof that Texac1985 has sent the PM on telegram? How can you believe OP's words? This may be true but you can never be sure. A video of the chat and username may prove although.
It can be an attempt to destroy Texac reputation or red tag the account too.

Have you joined the forum with a goal to rank up or joined the forum in order to enhance your knowledge on cryptocurrency? If the later one, I see on problem with that, you can ask any question and community will gladly help you. But if the case is the first one, I think you will face huge trouble to rank up.
727  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bluzelle(BLZ) mainnet is coming.. on: June 23, 2020, 02:24:43 PM
Where did you get the information from, that this coin will be listed on Binance?
The porject is already listed in Binance and having a trading volume of $800k approx. You can check it here- https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/bluzelle
For short term, I think it's a good opportunity to buy some at this moment as there will be a short term hype on mainnet launch. Not a financial advice.
728  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🧅 [ONION] 🧅 Popular Privacy Coin with Real Use Case 🧅 Check DeepOnion Updates on: June 23, 2020, 02:13:39 PM
We need feedback on new marketing material for DeepOnion DeepVault
I would recommend to do some SEO works targeting some keywords like blockchain notarization, intellectual property etc. At the beginning, of course the target should be low volume keywords since they are low competitive.

They provide some nice tools for chart analysis. This may be useful when volatility starts.
Seems a good one, yet to try it. Will check and share feedback someday.
729  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Trading Advice on: June 23, 2020, 01:57:20 PM

What I only see there is a retweet and it should not be used as a proof for alt accounts. But if you say so, then the owners of those other retweets will be marked as alt of this user as well?
Both of the users used the same twitter handle. Have you got the point? @NinBarongo twitter account was posted by the OP's banned account, Goethe a banned user also posted the same twitter account a while back.
731  Other / Meta / Re: Ban Appeal on: June 22, 2020, 03:50:46 PM
This user was included on A wave of bans: 400 yesterday, 300 the day before. What changed?. So yeah, its plagiarism issue.

732  Other / Meta / Re: Need some statistics on merits on: June 21, 2020, 03:46:48 PM
Now, what do you think? Our local thread has only 103 quality posts only since Jan 2018? I think it has more quality posts within this time but due to lack of merit distributor, they didn't get merited.
The obvious problem is the language: not many users can read it, and if the local users don't "bring in" Merit earned on other boards, the local board won't get much.
I sometimes Merit local boards using Google translate, but only if I end up there for a reason. I'm not going to search for posts in a language I can't read.
It's not possible to merit language which you didn't understand. I remember to see a merited post long ago by you may be or another user non Bengali, which was not merit worthy. My best guess was because of misunderstanding. But sending merit has no fix standard. May be it was not merit worthy to me.

Quote
The easiest way to improve Merit distribution, is when a local user becomes a Merit source.
BitcoinDream is not active all time. I think merit source has to be active. Among top merit senders, mdayonliner is also not active. So, Little Mouse is the best remaining option but he has some problem with reputation. I can apply for merit source but I doubt my rank would be good one to apply for be a merit source.
733  Other / Meta / Re: Need some statistics on merits on: June 21, 2020, 03:30:12 PM
Thank you LoyceV, you are faster than anyone.

Have anyone looked at the most merited posts? Most of the merits come from other local users or global users like LoyceV, fillippone, YOSHIE, Murat, Ddmrddmr. They merited on some translated topics.
Most merit senders are from local. Little Mouse and BitcoinDream have sent the most but not enough. On the other hands, most of them are inactive.
Now, what do you think? Our local thread has only 103 quality posts only since Jan 2018? I think it has more quality posts within this time but due to lack of merit distributor, they didn't get merited. There's lacking of enough merit senders. I agree that the number of quality posts are low but that doesn't mean it is too low to receive such low amount of merits. It deserves more merits. What's the solution of this? The thread creator can be a merit source if applied but he is not enough active although after couple of days or after a month he deletes the spam. I appreciate his effort.
We need more merit senders which may also encourage users to post high quality.

Edit-  LoyceV are you a bot? I know you were too good on such data providing but this is way more than expected. Thank you very much.
734  Other / Meta / Need some statistics on merits on: June 21, 2020, 02:28:44 PM
I used to see a lot of statistics on merits and most of them are interesting. But no one come with a statistics to find out which board are lack of merits and where distribution isn't proportionally low. In my local thread (no local board), there is lack of enough merit distribution. Lack of quality posts may be a reason but if people do high quality posts (some users do sometimes), no one is there to merit them.
I'm talking about Bengali local thread- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=631891.0
Can someone posts below details from this thread-
1. Total number of unique users got merited- 62
2. Total number of posts got merited- 103
3. Total number of unique merit senders- 46
4. Most merit received (User, post)
5. Most merit sender
And some more if you have in your mind.

Data provided by LoyceV- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5257102.msg54659225#msg54659225
735  Other / Meta / Re: Meriting: local boards posters vs rest of boards posters on: June 21, 2020, 02:13:55 PM
Yes, I decided to post this topic after unable to compete against local posters even I am here for around 5 years and do posting after my regular job.
Which competition you are talking on? Getting accepted in signature campaign? If you are qualified enough, you will be accepted, there's nothing to compete. Most of the times, local posters aren't accepted (Local posts actually) which made local contributors less qualified for the campaigns.
If we talk about repeated posts which is true, but there's no way you will have only unique post. Most of the times, discussion are same.
If we talk about my local board, there's no one to merit a post, no one posting quality though.
736  Other / Meta / Re: Allowing NEWBIES to keep flooding and handling scam projects On Bitcointalk on: June 20, 2020, 03:00:39 PM
It's not forum's job lol, the projects can decide to give bounty management to whoever they want to. If you don't like the newbie managing bounty, then don't join it.
Exactly, if people start to ignore newbie bounty manager, projects will be forced to hire experienced bounty manager which most of the scams project will never be able to do. Most of the bounty campaigns give a reward of $10/$15 or so equivalent of coin for working even couple of months. Why would you even join them. It's not the job of forum, it's your job to choose which one to join and which one to ignore.
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Unbelievable undervalued gem - RNDR on: June 20, 2020, 02:45:02 PM
I never knew the existence of this project until Coinbase announced future listing of this project. I don't the team is a fake one, or using fake name of the JJ Abrams because coinbase must have done the background work. Wondering though why a project from such a popular guy gone unnoticed. Their might have other reasons too, the project owner didn't want to come in such a bad bearish market may be. I think this one will have a huge buzz soon and will get huge pump at certain point.
738  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: THE ORDER OF ALT PUMPS?? on: June 20, 2020, 02:16:31 PM
Crypto don't follow such of an order certainly. The way you are suggesting people to invest is a very wrong one. Because investing in small cap coin can turn your balance into a nut within couple of hours even because you know a big bag of dump can ruin the market. I would rather hold btc than investing various coin to accumulate more BTC.
739  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CoinGecko Most Searched Assets on: June 20, 2020, 01:58:23 PM
All seems good. I don't know why some people are crying for BNB here, BNB is a total shit and too much over priced to be honest. Investing in BNB in current price is way ore risky in my opinion. They are nothing but an exchange backed coin.

Here's their forum profile- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=112605
But it seems they are not active here for a very long time since January 2020. There's no other way to contact them at the moment. Try sending a PM on forum.
