721  Economy / Reputation / Re: Super High IQ BenCodie vs Low IQ forum posters about gambling. on: August 26, 2023, 03:46:38 AM
This topic should be move on reputation since it’s all about forum member behavior towards the gambling discussion and this is not a gambling discussion thread.

His point of view against gambling while promoting one on his signature is responsibility of his campaign manager for accepting him to promote the brand. Heated argument is normal on discussion. Just ignore him if you don't like his post.
722  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are there crypto related freelancing sites around? on: August 25, 2023, 07:05:08 PM
please I will need guidance on how to get started with freelancing but will prefer if there are crypto based specifically Bitcoin as main payment option. I am a complete novice as regards freelancing and will like to know how best to set up a catchy profile that will be outstanding and unique one that will make my skills more marketable.

Use linkedin to job hunt crypto related company that looking for the skills set that you have. Typical freelance website usually requires to pay fees in able to get a job or you will be charge commision fee while applying directly on crypto company will give you steady job and paid with crypto.

I do some quick search on google about freelance website that pays Bitcoin and here is potential company that might help you.

723  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Logan Paul Promises Compensation for NFT “Crypto Zoo” Project’s Failure, Yet 8 M on: August 25, 2023, 05:41:54 PM
People who buy NFT from a youtuber and a boxer are fans.
People who buy NFT from a youtuber and a boxer for profit are idiots.
Even the most famous NFTs, which were sold during the hype for millions of dollars, are now not worth even a few thousand.
I can wish the "investors" good luck in court.

Here goes my version -

People who buy JPG images in the name of NFT, are idiots!

The NFT market is a scammers paradise and it's the main market for money laundering nowadays. It's just dead for commoners like us and living on a sole purpose of converting the black money white. That's all! It has no purpose and it doesn't add any value.

Exactly, I don’t understand too on where did this people find the courage pay huge amount on NFT despite it has no utility and not instant liquidity to cash out this trash when needed by the user. Price of NFT typically being manipulated through buying and selling by the owner on his 2 address just to boost the price and create a fake demand.

I’m sure Jake Paul will face charges on this issue but he is just enjoying the free time while the case is still cold or if ever the victim will stop pursuing the case.
724  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can money be saved in gambling sites? on: August 25, 2023, 08:03:35 AM
It’s utterly nonsense to use casino as bank savings for your money because it doesn’t have an interest to your deposit, casino will charge you fee for holding your assets if you didn’t place any bet for a certain period of time and most importantly is you will always be seduced to gamble when you have balance in the casino.

Blackjack.fun offer a staking to their bankroll that rewards user passive income. I think you are looking on this casino feature and not the regular deposit to your balance because casino doesn’t work like a bank.

726  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What micro games is best for you? on: August 24, 2023, 05:39:12 PM
I’m starting to like this game called Fury Stair. I’m not usually playing this kind of games but find it very interesting to play after winning multiple huge multiplier by just risking small amount. I’m also playing mines and tower games now as an alternative to slots whenever I’m already down a huge chunk of my bankroll.

I easily recover all my loss and print profit by doing all-in of my remaining bankroll and hit x3 as target profit to cashout.

Anyone manage to hit the final multiplier on this kind of game?
727  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sometimes the win is right in front of us-little tip to sport bettors on: August 24, 2023, 02:25:50 PM
How many of you overlook this simple fact which can lead to bet wins?

I don’t really get the point of the feature you present since you didn’t provide the description of the attack feature that you mention. That probably is your local term for that attack or something on that sports. It will be helpful if you will provide brief explanation on how is that a major advantage to secure victory.

However, Even with that kind information in front of us is available. Bookmaker surely take note that too and lower the odds for the team that show an always sure win stats. It’s pros and cons while players usually sk tp bet when bookmaker give a brutal odds such as 1.1 below on team that show dominance.
728  Economy / Gambling / Re: Using ToS against users normal? on: August 21, 2023, 03:14:47 PM
I have been reading this allegation of company and casinos changing their terms of service without notifying customers.
Since I have been reading about this, I have never seen a very tangible evidence either by screenshot or by link where such Terms of services were changed without the knowledge of the customers. Almost everything in the discussion is based on assumption and accusation. I haven't seen a real life situation. I do not argue that it cannot happen or it is not happening. But at least I need to see an evidence that it has happened with a certain casino.

It’s very hard to to provide evidence on ToS changes since no one reads it seriously in full every time they play in the casino or even during on the registration when user click agree and read the ToS.

I believe this is why it's important to use only a reputable casino when gambling huge amount to make sure that you will not be cheated by the casino since shady casino usually use ToS to make their way against user that won huge funds against casino. Stake.com ToS update is the best example for notifying all users that they change ToS since they provide notifications during login for easy notified.
729  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I will pass KYC later is a bad idea on: August 21, 2023, 01:04:08 PM
Submit your identity and wait for approval, do not be in haste to make deposit first, because the identity you submitted without a green approval from the team can still be rejected, take your time to get the passed approval first before proceeding with gambling.
I learned this the hard way and the terrible experience still stays with me till this day. I had played in an online casino for about two months. During this time I made some wins and was able to withdraw my money without submitting any KYC document. Then one day I had won close to a $100 and was when I tried to withdraw the money, I was asked to submit some documents for KYC before withdrawal. One of the documents kept on getting rejected for almost three day until I submitted another one. It was a terrible experience. Since then, the first thing I do after signing up on a casino is to go to my account profile and submit the necessary KYC documents. And if the documents keeps getting rejected and I think some casinos intentionally do this, I simply sign up in another casino.

Maybe the problem is on your document? I experience this too on my KYC verification on Duelbits, My documents keep rejecting even if the quality of picture is hd and the documents I is eligible for their requirements. It turns out that my ID is just recently expired which I didn’t notice since it’s just a few days it expires while I use same documents to KYC on other services successfully.

Casino that use 3rd party KYC is typically the one who is very hard to pass because they are using some automated verification on the documents provided which a simple glare or blur on part of ID will automatically rejected.
730  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I can’t cope on my own. What do you think I should do? on: August 21, 2023, 12:57:49 PM
What do you all think i should do?

Rest from gambling and use different strategies on gambling since even with your comfortable sports bet pick is still not working on your side. It only shows that something is wrong on your analysis skills and you should analyze first before you start gambling again.

I usually play different games until I find a game that will give me a better winning probability. Gambling is still requires a lot of luck even on sportsbetting, you will need to experiment until you find the perfect game that will work for you. Just rest if gambling doesn’t give you entertainment and just a burden.
731  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $25,000 give this time? on: August 21, 2023, 10:54:15 AM
It is very possible if the support is broken, and it is possible that it will drop again. Moreover, the big sell-off came from large institutions that were shaken even though they knew that BTC had to be patient and use a defensive pattern, although some people think that BTC is very cheap now. So, we can take a lesson in these 2 days, not only the direction of price movement that we see, but margin and leverage must also be calculated in trading.

Some institutional investors always think about profit and doesn’t care about long term investment especially if they just enter on the dip and probably taking profit. This is same with day traders that rush in to purchase Bitcoin during the short term bull run. I’m thinking the current dip as shake off to remove those short term players and transfer there Bitcoin is to the new holders that will hold long term. This will make Bitcoin value slowly moving upward instead of a quick pump that follows by sharp dump like this.

732  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to tell if a new coin is worth investing in! on: August 20, 2023, 05:51:03 PM
If a coin introduces a completely new technology that enables a different function and is sustainable in the long term, does it have the potential to be a worthwhile investment?

It depends on the strength of the team and how huge their funds to sustain the project development consistently because there’s a lot of good idea crypto projects that didn’t materialize and die slowly because of insufficient funds or the team abandoned it because they faced a dead end on the development.

These days, Those project with strong team and marketing usually becomes successful no matter how shit the project is just like Richard Heart projects HEX and Pulsechain which are both shit peojects yet it has a lot of investors to sustain the project. The CEO is now being sued but the project itself will continue for development if the SEC didn't hit him.

734  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: August 20, 2023, 04:41:00 PM
by this logic any VPN would put you in the same basket as other users
even a premium one could give you the same IP as a cheater

It depends on what VPN services you are using because premium like NordVPN account gives you a dedicated IP assign to you that is not shared with other user. Purchasing a premium VPN that share IP among premium subscribers is useless and waste money because it’s not a complete privacy since you share with others.

I believe most of the premium VIP offers dedicated IP since I use multiple VPN before with this same feature.

Source: https://nordvpn.com/features/dedicated-ip/

how a shared ip wouldn't be complete privacy? it would make it even harder to track specific things, don't you think?
a dedicated IP will have other advantages like technical stuff with servers, probably, not having to solve captchas many times in a row, this kind of thing.
what do you think?

I just answer about your opinion about premium VPN can still give you same IP with a cheater. We are talking about the possibility of being connected to cheater while you are redirecting the topic on different type of privacy which is not what I meant on this discussion.

Your share IP logic is good but with same concept of the privacy concern here, Are you comfortable to share IP to those money launderer and other criminal compared to have a dedicated IP which your only problem is if the VPN company save your logs.
735  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympic Games, but doping is allowed?! on: August 20, 2023, 04:04:22 PM
Their is already one Olympic game which is most important one, people give more importance to that game.If new Olympic come to the world games, the old game will not have their own importance. The Olympic with dope will spoil the Olympic culture and the society. The old Olympic doesn't allow the people who consume the dope to the game and also take the medal after finding of he used of dope.

There's a lot of sports event globally that being performed every year and some of them coincide with the Olympic. This is not a general concern anymore since Olympic is already established as the most prestigious sports event in the world. There's already Paralympic games as a version of Olympic games for person with disabilities.

I don't see any problem on establishing different sports event that is unique to Olympics.
736  Economy / Gambling discussion / What micro games is best for you? on: August 20, 2023, 01:48:33 PM
By my definition of micro games, It’s a game that let you bet small amount such as penny that has an option to scale up slowly.

I play slots, mines, dice and live game show. What I really like the most in terms of return is slow games because it can give you a possibility of high return on small bet in random manner unlike dice and mines that you need to setup the difficulty just to have a chance to get that target huge profit.

What micro games works well on your gambling style?
737  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New bull market or new bear market ahead? on: August 20, 2023, 01:44:23 PM
Right now, it is looking very bearish for our coins because recently, we had a big loss. Bitcoin and Ethereum almost dropped 10%.
But Bitcoin and Ethereum are still up from previous gains.
It is very difficult if we will have new bull market or new bear market ahead.

What is your personal expectation?

If you browse the price chart of Bitcoin during April to June this year. Bitcoin price slide from 30k to 25k on same manner but it recover slowly after that. There's a bad news that time about inflation or something but the price recovered after a few days of 25K support hold the dip.

I expect price recovery soon because there's no real bad news in crypto space unlike previous heavy that is really backed by bearish news.
738  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to use Bitcoin or crypto? on: August 19, 2023, 05:51:02 PM
The trick is to remember the price you received those highly fluctuational coins.
Say you received 0.03 BTC (720 ish today 08.19.23) for some work at 25500? Well, once you need FIAT you can just sell the 0.03 at plus 25500.

Bitcoin wallets already have the equivalent fiat value of your Bitcoin which means you don’t need to remember the price that you received payment if you knew how much in fiat  you received for your service.

The price of Bitcoin doesn’t matter if you really need Fiat because you can’t control when will the price of Bitcoin will go near or above the price when you receive your Bitcoin. This is the price of using Bitcoin to receive payment, You can earn more or less once you convert your Bitcoin to fiat when you already need it.
739  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Typical scenario when you are losing on: August 19, 2023, 05:35:46 PM
The only pattern I can think of at the moment would be about those occasions I logged in on Stake to see whether I had gotten some money and since I had not I would distract myself rolling dices while waiting. When I finally got the Satoshis I was waiting for, then I would usually increase the wager of each roll until I had lost enough to call it a day and withdraw.

I share same experience. The excitement of gambling while waiting the deposit to be confirmed is always my waterloo on gambling. I follow the same pattern as yours that I bet irregular amount just because I feel that I will be lucky due to my excitement.

The end result is me chasing my losses by betting huge amount randomly until I lose everything on a very short period of time. It's very hard to maintain a controlled bet when on this kind of excitement playing. I always use high transaction fee whenever I'm gambling as a solution to this problem of mine.
740  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: August 19, 2023, 04:19:41 PM
Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting this morning that the NBA is launching an investigation into the circumstances surrounding James Harden’s claim that Daryl Morey is a liar and got him to sign a contract under false pretenses. The drama takes another step forward. I’m not sure what the NBA can do though. Maybe nullify the contract?

It’s very to prove this kind of accusation of there’s no hard evidence to backup Harden claim. Maybe he is telling the truth but it’s very hard to win it even with the conference help if they can’t provide any form of evidence. Harden skill is slowly fading away and maybe this is the reason why Philly is treating him like what they did to Simmons.
