Today few of qrk.coinmine.pl miners found an exploit to cash out more coins that they actually mined and hot wallet was completely dry out. This exploit was possible because of site upgrade I was doing and its not related to pool software.

How much did they get? If a lot those people cashing out would explain the drop in price earlier. 2 millions coins dumped last hours... don't think that single pool could give this amount |

All altcoins are going down atm, including quark. Don't know if I should sell or keep them.

hold them. it's recovering back slowly along with the market already. I'm impressed that QRK didn't fall like an axe even after such large dumps (~2 millions last hours). Still hanging around 20 cents. Seems that it really has several strong investors and holders. |

oh yeah, that's great! Already 3 exchange on it. Missing only cryptsy (and btc-e ) We can wait with Cryptsy - they really have problems. I don't blame - I know what is high load and what issues can it cause (Cryptsy doesn't manage with them bad, really, comparing to websites of some big and rich corporations ). So no need to get DTC there until they fix problems. BTC-E , yeah, and you forgot mtgox !  |

Coins from my cancelled order returned - I think that audit helped. Anyway, it's too bad, I lost near 1BTC on all these issues - sell orders were not executed even when price went higher than my orders.

Remember that there are tons of problems like 'order cancelled => coins not returned'. Hopefully Cryptsy will fix it, but no one knows when.

No more good exchanges of multiple alts now  bter - problems (shutdown withdrawal several times), cryptsy - lost my coins while cancelling order (5 hours passed, not fixed), coins-e - low volumes. Seems like collapse just for now. |

Important update: getwork is fixed, seems that now it's possible to point external miners to daemon. Our team will check that soon and inform you. If result is OK, pools will come very soon!

If Quark just hits $1 per coin, it'll be the 3rd Largest Coin on the planet. Everyone will want a piece of this coin, This is truly the crypto for the "masses". Great security and potential for "mass" usage. Get in while it's cheap Quark seems really attractive now. Fast, very secure, usable for trade usage. btw I'm promoting and working with Datacoin, but it is not just for money transactions - dtc has another purpose. Just to be decent, for 'pure trade' I'd like to use Quarks. |

What fix are you talking about? Is there a problem with Datacoin?
I mean getwork fix in daemon - it is not problem for the network, it is only small fix for pool creation. |

still no answers from ypool, their admin seems to have some individual thoughts against Datacoin Anyway, fix from oocook5u should come soon, in this case it will be much easier to create our own pool (or several pools) |
