761  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who here has the most Bitcoin? on: April 12, 2017, 05:52:31 PM
Searching up bitinfocharts on google. Some addresses there have more than 120,000 bitcoins. Now that is a lot of money wow. When there are price drops they must be sweating bullets. That is around 150,000,000 in USD.

As far as people on this forum sharing how much they have, not only is it not smart for us to tell that is sort of rude and socially wrong to ask. How much money users have is none of your business.
762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bribing via bitcoin a good idea? on: April 12, 2017, 01:23:42 PM
With 1000 dollars each, it seems that bribing with bitcoin would be a good idea.  One USB stick will do the job with no third party required.

Well lol, what have you been up to man Grin

Sure, the idea seems great. Actually you don’t even need a USB stick, you can just tell them the private key by mouth, although that is a hassle to do due to the sheer number of characters in a private key. Or you could hand them a piece of paper.

I doubt that people will accept bitcoin bribes to be honest as most people don’t know what bitcoins are even yet across the world. You’ll probably find more success using cash not bitcoins lmao.

Disclaimer: I do not endorse the act of bribing anyone! Grin
Yeah for real asking about bribing says something about the user sort of. I think the USB stick idea was to make the transaction of the key quicker and smoother. Even a piece of paper is hard because you have to type it all out.

An usb stick is awesome because you can just copy it straight from the txt file on the drive. I don’t know though if the other party would accept a bribe in bitcoin. They would hopefully have a use for it since changing it into fiat might loose 20% of the money.

Only relation I see is just-dice uses clam as well.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some more good news about Litecoin. on: April 12, 2017, 12:20:54 PM
https://www.litecoinpool.org/pools#segwit

Approximately 76.8% of the hashrate is now signaling for SegWit. BW.com just started signaling a few hours ago so the 24 hour average is rising and soon to surpass the 75% threshold for SegWit activation.

Litecoin will get Lightning Networks (LN) off chain scaling. Bitcoin will not. Thus Litecoin is highly undervalued at $12 and should soon make a new ATH above $50. I expect Litecoin above $100 in 2017.

8.4%HappyChina
6.4%BW.com

I do agree that the price will go higher, this new segwit adoption will see Litecoin trying something no other major coin has tried before.

However if it fails and doesn’t result with anything good for Litecoin that would also mean segwit may not be solution to bitcoin neither (low chance of it fail if you ask me) in which case it will push even lower. There is a short term price peak after Segwit tough that is for sure.
765  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a bagholder? Which altcoins do you hold? on: April 12, 2017, 11:51:25 AM
Yeah I hold dash waaay to much dash. I mean I bought it when it was 69$ and now stuck with it for a while.

I do believe it will go up and not selling on loss but it may take a while before it goes back up again. Aside from that I have some eth that went down but not too much to consider bag, I can even sell right now and it wouldn’t be a big loss.
766  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2016/17 on: April 12, 2017, 08:38:47 AM
Yeah Barcelona is a team with a really high high and a really low low, I mean they play a game like a perfect football in everyone minds and just so beautiful to watch. Than they get games like Juventus and PSG. I think what they will do now is focus on league, since they are going to win it by the looks of it, they will work on making sure no one else is near them.
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: April 12, 2017, 08:13:17 AM
I understand that attracting gamblers through your affiliate with tips is a great way to gain affiliate income and making money but at least start your own topic. These “tipsters” came all the way down to tennis league now after all major sports are done. I wonder when there will be a “tipster” with affiliate links everywhere for esports people.
768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: April 12, 2017, 07:15:36 AM
In trading it is always advisable to use a stop loss in trading to reduce the risk involved, it is also advisable to trade with the amount of money you can afford to lose. I.e Do not carry all your eggs in one basket. And always look for profitable trade with a high risk to reward ratio I.e 1:3.
That's good advice. I would also say that how you deal with it is not really a question that can be answered in one sentence. It really depends on what you were trading and how that currency is going.

If it were altcoin or something you can just wait for the currency to rise back to where it was again because there is a pretty good chance that it will. For other currencies or coins like dogecoins or something no one has hardly heard of you may have to just cut your losses because the coin may have just defaulted.
769  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is 1000 btc Possible on: April 12, 2017, 06:43:45 AM
Yes it is possible but to earn that much money you can't just take 0.1 btc or even 1 btc and expect it to reach 1000 btc just like that. In order to increase to 1000 btc or even 100 btc you will 900 btc and 90 btc and also you should have the ability to risk an amount like that. To do this you can just pump dash and other people will join you and sell at the right time before a dump occurs.
If a person is lucky enough and he invest in any coin which will have the potential to increase in value like bitcoin then it is possible that he earn a high profit like can earn 1000 bitcoin with the investment of 1 or a few bitcoins.
People can't get that 1000 btc profit with just 1 or few bitcoins because that is impossible and it would take a lot of years for him to at least get 100 bitcoins without losing in his investments. If you really want that 1000 btc profit then make sure you are ready to risk a lot of money because 1000 btc is not a small amount of money and bitcoins and it will required a high amount of money also to reach that target profit.
I wouldn’t say it is impossible but it is certainly going to not be an everyday occurrence. I would think that some coins have risen 100x their initial value. If you do long term trading you could probably make this amount eventually. I’m not sure it would be the best way to make it though. It is also risky having that much bitcoin in my opinion.
770  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gunbot trading bot on: April 11, 2017, 06:27:56 PM
I've seen a lot of positive reviews on this gunbot even on other forums. I don't ' think the bot trades perfectly but in the end you end up in profit. For now i' m yet to find a negative review on this bot. The creator seems pretty reliable and the same goes for the customers service. This kinda seems too good to be true but I hope it's not.
Yeah right? I was looking for a bot that could do this and this one has the most reliable reports I have seen so far on the net. I think since it trades 24/7 the amount of profit rises considerably faster and more predictably than if one traded manually.

I am really thinking about a bot like this myself although 0.1BTC feels a little steep. I’m not sure how long I would have to have it just to pay off the price of the bot.
771  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Investments on: April 11, 2017, 05:50:38 PM
In my opinion, best investment for bitcoin is Cloud Mining.
I think mining used to be a good way to invest Bitcoin but I think with the amount of Bitcoin left to be mined and the amount of difficulty that has built up to makes it practically worthless to mine. The only way to make it pay off is with big server farms. Those ASCII miners are worthless. You will pay more for you electricity needed to run the rig than what you will get. Thats just my opinion based on what I have seen though.
772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: April 11, 2017, 05:31:54 PM
well i like best about bitcoin becouse bitcoin we can easy move our money to some body we want..easy buying..and also easy for spent it too..imagine it you can transfered your money 1 million dollar in bitcoin just in single click.
Yeah that's awesome and scary at the same time! I like what you said and because of the anonymity of the currency.

Not for illegal purposes but just in general being able to not be tied to a certain name or address or bank account is very nice. Of course someone may trace the IP address of the person’s bitcoin address and find where it was made but in general you have a lot more privacy which is nice.
773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: if someday the network internet totally dead . on: April 11, 2017, 05:02:41 PM
what if someday when bitcoin has become the main payment instruments in the world. and how when the Internet network paralyzed. it means that we all can not perform various financial transactions? , is there any solution ?
Yeah I have thought of that. It could definitely happen. If there were a Electromagnetic bombing it could destroy all electronics. This would cause even a whole nation to not have a payment system if they started only using Bitcoin.

That is one of the reasons why I don’t think it is wise to use only an electronic currency. It might even destroy the blockchain and certainly everyone’s BTC addresses would be erased and accounts on servers like Coinbase would be wiped.
774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have u ever received BTC accidently? on: April 11, 2017, 04:48:50 PM
Many times thought about it that may accidently I receive 1btc and feel very happy but never ever happened in my life. Even I not receive 0.1$ any time. If it will happened in reality, then I should go through a good amount, get profit. Play again and get profit. Try 2 to 3 times more then send that amount back to that address. So I will have a good profit in my wallet. But I think it will still just only a dream. May happens true ! Smiley
I wouldn’t take liberties like that with someone else’s money. Besides what if you lose instead of win?
Technically the money is yours now because its in your wallet but if you have any sense of morals you should return it. That money could have been for an important purpose and they may not have more. Even if they do have plenty more that’s no excuse. The concept though is sort of fun to think about.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: April 11, 2017, 01:11:55 PM
Even sports betting has a risk of loosing money as you never know if the match is fixed then the game can go against you and if you have betted huge amount looking at the past performance then you will loose big money in single match.
This may happen but it has small chances but still we need to be cautious and for that we have to bet some part of our money and we do not need to go all in for any bet. If continue with cautious then there is a chance to win some money with sport betting because it is a skill based gambling.
It all comes down to what you do tough isn’t it? Like if you are a good trader with a great background and have been trading well over the past couple of years than you should keep doing trading, if you don’t know sports that well and know trading.

If you are a great in sports better and have been betting on games and winning most of the time and don’t know trading that well than you should be betting. It is all about what you know not which one is better.
776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: April 11, 2017, 08:24:21 AM
Usually promises are made to be broken, honestly it's easy to cheat ourselves, we can make promises anytime but we can always break that promises as well. Giving up could be very hard if we are too attached already but if we reflect on what gambling has made into our life, we might realize that we have to even if its hard, with that, we can make it possible even done in a long process.

You dont need promises, you need your determination to stop if you wish to stop. If you are not determined then you might be coming back sooner than what you expected. Most people has no determination when it comes to stop gambling therefore we see alot of losers around that blame gambling has ruined their life
If a person cannot stop gambling or do not want to stop gambling then he is not doing anything bad as he have to stop looting his money only and have to continue his gambling only with a calculated amount of money which will not destroy him if he will lose that amount of money.
Yes, I totally agree, but that should come after being able to stop. If you are able to stop whenever you want than yes do play for small amounts, that is what I am doing. If you can’t stop you will just surpass your limited amount and try to recover again which is a downfall.

Moreover I think first you need to stop all together, than you can know if you can gamble with small amounts, I suggest faucets.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which Sport Do u Like to Bet? on: April 11, 2017, 07:59:59 AM
I watch all the major tournaments but I only gamble on tennis and cricket as I think there is a great opportunity to make money in it if you have constant watch on the bets and it can go in your favor sooner or latter.

Yes, Games like Cricket and tennis are easy to bet on as we already know the strong team and strong player and 75% chances are that our predicted team/player will win. But still anything can happen in a game and upsets do occur in sports.
I Would suggest to invest small amounts in betting to not to lose on a unpredictable result.

Nowadays match fixing will make gamblers to stay away from sports betting, and all big events will be fixed before the start of the match, That is why our predictions will be wrong at the end of the game. But we have 70 - 30% chance to win our bet in sports betting. Sometimes our bad luck we will get loss in sports betting,  otherwise, we can make a profit.
but match fixing is not a big problem because it is not posible that almost all of the games are fixed a match fixing occur only on a smallest scale like I think about less than 5% matches will be fixed and in that if someone will bet according to the past performance of the players then they will face a worst lose.
I think you are too optimistic, I think if it is a major game yes there are 5% possibility but for regular games that % is a lot higher if you ask me.

Definitely around 20% ranges, which is enough to make you lose your capital if there are also unexpected results as well. That is why I try to bet on NBA games because they look like the least flexible games.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to make a good amount with 0.01BTC? on: April 11, 2017, 07:14:35 AM
i do not think that gambling has a big risk it all depend on you if you are expert in gambling then you will face to risk there is a lot of people are earning profit in good amount through gambling.
You got any evidence to prove those people are earning profits in good amount from gambling ? Honestly I like to see those proof. I believe these type of statements are just based on myth about gambling and searching for successful gambler might be an endless journey.

0.01 bitcoins will be more than enough to get start with gambling. But we cannot be sure about making good profits with it, anyone can gamble with this amount of bitcoins in sports betting, but the outcome is just based on their skill level.
779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: April 10, 2017, 02:18:56 PM
Gambling is gambling, gambling is all about losing big or small money no matter who you are and what is your state in life. There is no sure win formula or side in gambling, all may go against your odds.Even the highest percentage may fail Smiley
Then why not we say that trading is better than gambling ? Almost every gambler faces losses at the end of the day still people not ready to give up gambling. I am not going to say trading is the better and only way for profit making, still comparing to gambling, trading is much better in many aspects.

Keeping gambling for entertainment and trading for earning money will be the right choice and I'm doing trading and gambling for these purposes.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy Litecoin Inmediately. on: April 06, 2017, 08:07:27 PM
Looks like a classic pullback to me so far. I think the mini dump was just the idiots trying to squeeze a couple dollars out of that BTC spike. That drops and LTC starts climbing again. So typical and one of the annoying aspects of crypto. Whiule I was typing this it climbed back into my triangle pattern.
I think it will go down soon, than it will go up, it will than go down again. You guys are focusing on too much fort he short term.
It is Litecoin we are talking about, as long as there is Bitcoin there will be Litecoin, they are now doing a great job and trying out segwith and LN, I think in the long term it will go even higher.
