761  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't let those spelling mistakes & poor grammar turn your post into a shitpost. on: January 26, 2019, 03:58:29 PM
There are a lot of crypto related words that come up as spelling errors on my browser.  Even crypto has an incorrect spelling marker underneath it.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: January 26, 2019, 03:53:36 PM
Anybody think there will be any huge transfers this January, I mean huge money deals? Nothing that shocking has happened yet, surely some big clubs will open their wallets soon?

Ronaldo is going to the greatest league on earth, Major League Soccer.  All jokes aside MLS has become the graveyard for washed up superstars, Beckham, Zlatan, Rooney, it wouldn't surprise me if Messi and Ronaldo end up playing in MLS at 40 years old.

I like to carry around my lucky rabbit's foot that has four leaf clovers on it while wearing my lucky shirt and shoes   Grin Grin Grin

And I make sure not to break any mirrors or walk under any ladders.
764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to get reliable bounties on: January 26, 2019, 03:46:21 PM
If your here for money you won't make any, just learn a trade or find another job in your country.  Then you will have actual skills to be used for the rest of your life.
765  Other / Politics & Society / Re: What do you think about crypto startups for children??? on: January 26, 2019, 03:38:30 PM
For some childrens, with parents - school with the funds to supply all their necesity, this crypto world can be a projection of the advance economy courses, but for the "middle class" childrens is better the knowleage of basic economy...

Schools aren't going to teach people about cryptocurrency and if they do it will only be negative things.  Government pays for schools and they are obviously going to support the traditional financial system.
766  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [FOR MERIT] when was the word "halvening" created. on: January 26, 2019, 03:32:42 PM
Impossible to know and I'm sure someone used it in real life talking instead of typing it on a forum.  I still don't see the word that often, lot of people just say block reward reduction or something similar.
767  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CoinStar: turn coins into BTC on: January 26, 2019, 03:29:49 PM
Coinstar always charges high fees, your better off taking your coins to a bank then transferring those funds to an exchange.  Maybe this is useful to someone that has no access to a bank and likes to accumulate change off the ground. Cool
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Philippines' PH Resorts Group gets regulatory nod for $350 million share offerin on: January 26, 2019, 03:15:19 PM
Governments aren't going to say no to easy money.  They would rather make these types of businesses legal and generate a lot of new revenue.  Prohibition didn't work in the United States back in the day, the best solution is to make it legal and tax the hell out of it.
769  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Disscussion: Innovation(technology) that changed the world. on: January 25, 2019, 05:48:19 PM
Farming was the invention that had the greatest effect. Without farming man would have remained a hunter/gather, and would never have had the time to reflect on potential changes, discuss them, and then implement them.

Agree, agriculture has had the greatest effect on humanity.  Before farming humans only lived in small tribes and were hunter gatherers.  We didn't have large civilizations until humans were able to harvest and store grains in mass quantities.
770  Economy / Reputation / Re: Sold/hacked account. Open scam accusation against this user. on: January 25, 2019, 05:44:29 PM
Just wanted to chime in and say a lot of miners dumped their coins and very few people actually held through all the dips and crashes bitcoin went through.  Just because someone was here in 2011 doesn't mean they are rich.
771  Economy / Economics / Re: China says rejecting physical cash is illegal amid e-payments popularity on: January 25, 2019, 05:40:07 PM
The future looks very scary with how fast technology is increasing.  Eventually the government will know every single thing about us and getting rid of cash is only the beginning.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to valuate gambling domain? on: January 25, 2019, 05:33:48 PM
Domains don't really hold much value like they used to.  Think of how many words are in the English dictionary and all the combinations you can do.  The possibilities are endless so it is not very difficult to create a unique casino name that sounds good.
773  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Ready to Jump in Crypto. Again! (Looking for Advise) on: January 25, 2019, 05:27:09 PM
If i where you i would buy bitcoin, xrp and eth and let it keep  for  long term until bull run  replaces this bearish market. With the current price of bitcoin and other altcoins i think the risk is lesser than the chance of esrning profit for long term. You just need to be patient.
Bitcoins, XRP and ETH are a common currency for investment but what i think is investing in other coins/projects can also be good for good profits. There are a lot of newly launched coins which have potential to make huge profits ahead and also the price for them hikes up a lot and it makes us earn a really interesting profit. Online cloud mining services is also a good way to earn but just you need to find a potential and real team and we can mine without actually buying the hardwares. Also PoS mining is a good way to earn passive income.

I would never invest in cloud mining and I would advise everyone else to stay away.  Your right about the small projects giving a much higher return.  The days of bitcoin going 100x are gone so we need to be on the lookout for the next rising star.
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's the strangest or craziest thing you witnessed in a casino? on: January 25, 2019, 05:19:02 PM
The craziest thing I've witnessed or maybe the craziest thing I've watched since I just seen that in the news report is the gunman at the Resorts World Manila last year, I can't forget that.

The gunman started stampede and shooting his gun, he also set fire on the casinos table and some slot machines inside the building. He then stole ships and then commit suicide. That is the worst thing that could happen to a gambler as reports say that Gunman is a gambling addict, his addiction caused 38 deaths including his own, that is the worst.

Wow, that is a crazy story.  I haven't heard of that one but it reminded me of the Las Vegas shooting.  Casinos usually have extremely good security but if the madman is determined there isn't much you can do to stop it.  It's clear that money will make people do crazy things.
775  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuela on: January 25, 2019, 05:12:24 PM
I believe the United States will eventually try to take control over Venezuela because of their vast oil reserves.  I also know the media in America is trying to use Venezuela as an excuse to declare capitalism is better than socialism.
776  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stock Trading: How do I learn how to trade stocks for some bucks? on: January 25, 2019, 05:09:29 PM
Your better off getting a normal job instead of playing a losing game.  Markets are a zero sum game which means in order to win money someone has to lose money.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Pre-Season on: January 25, 2019, 05:03:00 PM
This may be slightly off topic, but does anyone here think the 100 point record set by Wilt Chamberlain will ever be broken?  I thought it was eventually  going to happen after I saw Klay Thompson score 39 points in a quarter but it still hasn't happened.  In today's era of 3 point shooting I think its only a matter of time.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A quick cancellation can make a profit? on: January 25, 2019, 04:57:16 PM
Most people don't know when to walk away.  Casinos bank on the fact that people will always continue to play losing back any significant wins that they achieved.
779  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: i want to buy 30 BTC, whats the best way ? on: January 24, 2019, 07:05:32 PM
I would not risk such a high amount of money at local bitcoins.

Go to reliable exchanges such as Coinbase, Bitstamp or Kraken.

Cex.io usually have a much higher BTC price, so I wouldn´t recommend it.

Thats not even a high amount, 100k is pretty low considering people buy cars worth that much everyday.  JUust do the transaction at a bank or a police station and you will be safe.
780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Outside risk: similarities between gambling and trading? on: January 24, 2019, 05:02:00 PM
Trading is more skill based than gambling.  Outside of sports betting and poker, gambling is mostly based on luck and very little skill is involved.  They are both zero-sum games though, for someone to gain money another party must lose.

Gambling is much more friendly to newcomers than trading is.  A newbie jumping right into the crypto markets will get intimidated and most likely get slaughtered.
