Good point that is another scam. I pay zero attention to coin posts in the forum. So sending these guys money is a waste.

Every coin added recently was added for competitive reasons only. Whats that mean customers wanted one spot to trade the coin and there was enough volume to justify it.

Without going into to much more detail I assure you there are no mistakes or tickets from this user. Whatever deal you believe you had seems broken.

He can make a ticket using any email.........Freshdesk is a totally separate system. Basically if hes not giving you all this info something is a miss with your "associate"
