I just read their FAQ which basically says to their customer base "idiots fuck off and die".  

With that level of professionalism from the site admin I doubt anyone in their right mind is putting significant sums on the site.  

Also their joining fee is still stated as 30 BTC !

Google "hong kong company search", find a search provider and do a search for Bitfinex.  You should be able to find phone numbers or at least registered addresses that way.

Most bitcoin ATMs are one way.  They sell bitcoins but don't buy them. Imagine having to stand in front of an ATM for even three confirmations when the miners take 70 minutes to find a block (happens all the time).

Which incidentally is a serious time delay problem for bitcoin generally don't know how that is going to be resolved unless you take the risk of zero confirmation attacks.   

So here we all are sitting around waiting for the Chinese to come back from holiday.  I've got a buy order on BSP that filled at 811 about 8 hours ago and so far the price has done exactly nothing.
