Hey there, just now finally getting back on the forum after a couple years. I see I'm a Hero Member now too, awesome! Let me know if you could make room in your signature campaign for me. I will only make constructive, non-BS posts.

Do you have a signed message? Two years abscence and your first post back is to try join this campaign is a bit suspect.

Sure thing! I'm at work right now on my phone, but here's a quick post/signed message to prove I am still the original snarlpill in control of this account:

Hey CasinoBitco - Do you guys still do that percentage of won/lost back the next week? Any sign-up bonuses? I'm on there as carlbill35 and my address is 1FeKQXb2xU9RUYEZnhuDdny3HzDAAzM1SM. Hook it up! Thanks

BTC

Ummm. Anymore info other than that?

Such as:

Is the Lealana Silver a Smoothie Funded or Buyer Funded Coin? Is it even funded?

Is it graded? Can you share some pics?

The Bitcoin Suisse Note. Is it funded, or blank? (you get a few types).

Some more info, and some pics, would be great Wink

Lol, yeah it has been a while since I posted here; I had clicked the BTC symbol and accidentally hit the Enter key and it posted the thread. I then tried to delete it but remembered that I could not do that, so I then proceeded to type up every word as seen above on our crappy laptop, which totally shits out on me approx. 30 seconds before hitting 'Post', and then proceeded to type up everything once again on my iPhone, and, here we are.  Smiley

93  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [Taking Offers] 2011 Casascius Error Coin - Raw on: January 28, 2016, 05:45:59 PM

To me it looks like part of the last number 2 is missing its right side.  So I think something smeared off the ink.   If it was cleaned, how does that affect grading?  Would ANACS penalize it and maybe give it some remark on the slab like "Cleaned", "Altered", etc?

Cleaning/polishing a coin is a major No-No in the world of numismatics, and greatly reduces the coin's market value. I don't know for certain about ANACS, but NGC and PCGS will not assign a numerical grade to a cleaned coin, only a "Details" grade, which assures authenticity but does not determine value. The coin can still be noted as Uncirculated, About Uncirculated, etc., such as "UNC Details - Cleaned".

However, I definitely can't say without a doubt that Blazed's coin has been cleaned/polished without seeing it up close in person. Sometimes coin graders need to use magnification to tell if a coin has been cleaned or not, usually looking for fine hairline scratches and noting the lack of luster or of the smooth flow of an original coin's struck metal.
94  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: dayet - Scammed me for $400 - also vouching for campycoin (could be bought/alt) on: January 10, 2016, 09:04:48 PM
Campycoin account was bought and he is looking to scam someone.

I have no stake in this and am not involved in any way, but just curious why you guys are saying campycoin's account was bought? I checked his trust ratings and only saw 2 mentions of this, none of which were left by highly reputable members and there is no proof linked except for a password change.

96  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: something like Purse.io for ebay on: January 02, 2016, 01:16:34 AM
I see where you said no gift cards at the end, but I find Gyft.com to be the best solution for buying things on eBay with Bitcoin. The cards start at $10, but after that they go up in $5 increments, making it easier to not over-spend on a gift card. Also when buying cards with Bitcoin, you get 3x "Gyft Points", which you can use towards any future purchases. So if buying a $20 gift card with BTC, you get 60 points, which equals $0.60 off future purchases. Also, all of the eBay gift cards I've ever bought with BTC via Gyft have been available to use instantly.

Besides that though, I don't know of any services specializing in discounted eBay purchases like Purse.io does for Amazon. So if not wanting to go the gift card route, your best bet would probably be to post here on the forum for somebody to buy your desired eBay item with their CC/PayPal, and then pay them with your BTC. Although most people will want to tack on their own fees for doing that, so I think Gyft is better because you pay no fees and actually earn "cash back" in a way.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Illegal bitcoin exchange Coin.mx busted in NYC on: January 01, 2016, 09:57:11 PM
While I have no idea about the money laundering or hacking allegations, and therefore will not speak of it, I can say that I used Coin.mx dozens of times in the past to buy BTC instantly with my credit/debit card. Nearly every transaction was flawless; could deposit, purchase, and withdraw funds instantly once verified. The few times that there were slight hiccups, due to site maintenance or something similar, their Support team was amazing and very helpful. They also had a great referral system where you and the person you referred got $5-$15 of Bitcoin for free, which they honored every time. Their exchange was one of the only BTC exchanges I would actually recommend to people, because they were honest and easy to use.

I just wanted to speak up on their behalf, with other people commenting calling them scammers. In my personal experience buying Bitcoin through them I can say that they were very legitimate. I have no idea about the claims of illegal activity, but I am sad to see them caught up in that if true. Also, their fees for buying BTC with credit/debit were pretty high, but with many people scamming them with chargebacks after buying BTC, the fees had to be higher to account for that.
98  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] ANACS graded Silver MicroSoul 0.05 BTC Physical Bitcoin, Series 1 w Gold B on: January 01, 2016, 06:15:46 PM
Is it the photos or the coin - all I can seem to see wrong is the gold wearing off in places - is that what caused the MS65 grade?

Hey goose20, there are a couple small areas around the rim where the gold plating is thin, but I am not sure how much the gilding is taken into consideration when grading a coin. From my understanding, the strike of the coin, along with its condition, are the main areas of focus. I know that many levels of magnification are used when a grader is examining a coin, and sometimes imperfections that affect a grade are not visible to the naked eye. However, coin grading is subjective at times, and this coin could very well receive a different grade if resubmitted.

Any interest in this original MicroSoul Silver 0.05BTC coin? Pricing was a bit tricky as they do not pop up very often on the secondary market, but I believe the price I set was pretty fair. For example, I know of the same coin (Series 1 Silver 0.05BTC) currently being offered for sale in MS67 for 1BTC, and one graded MS66 being offered for approx. 0.5BTC.
I will reduce mine to 0.4BTC from 0.42BTC; if there's any interest let me know.

100  Economy / Collectibles / SOLD! ANACS graded Silver MicroSoul 0.05 BTC Physical Bitcoin, Series 1 w Gold B on: December 28, 2015, 09:29:43 PM
SOLD!

Price reduced 1/1/16 - Happy New Year to my fellow Bitcoiners!

Hey everybody, I have for sale today an ANACS graded MS65 2014 Series 1 - 1/2 oz Silver MicroSoul 0.05BTC coin with Gold BTC.
These coins are pretty rare- not the smallest mintage physical Bitcoin, but these do not pop up often on the secondary market. A must-have for anybody needing to fill in a gap in their MicroSoul type collection!

With an original planned mintage of 1,000 coins, it is estimated only 140 of them made it into collector hands, as the rest were seized by Chinese customs. (Source) Each coin had their serial number etched into the rim of the coin, this particular coin is "243 of 1000".

Funded by its creator with its face value of 0.05 BTC, struck in a 1/2 oz of .999 pure Silver, and with beautiful selective gold-plating, this coin will make a great addition to your collection! Though graded MS65 (which still qualifies it as a "Gem"), I feel like this would probably grade a point or 2 higher if cracked out of its slab and returned to ANACS, especially with the trend of higher grades that seem to be coming from them lately.

**It is possible that this coin may be one of the more rare "Zombie" MicroSoul varieties, as I have not had any luck searching for the first bits of the coin's address on any block explorers. ("Zombie" Source/Info.)   Perhaps gravitate will pop in and clarify this.**
There is a slight ripple on the top of the hologram as can be seen in pictures, but the security hologram is still fully intact, and this coin was purchased as is from a very trustworthy source (Blazed).

Price: 0.40BTC, including tracked shipping to the US; for international we can figure it out, but it can be done with a reasonable price. Will also consider trades for Precious Metals. Escrow is of course accepted if desired; buyer pays any escrow fees.
