181  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] Lesser Known Physical Crypto Coins, Paper Wallets on: August 03, 2015, 05:32:56 AM
I've got 5 of the total 500 Physical WDC Antaui coins from 2013 that I'm selling, and I'm certainly not gonna let them go for cheap.

I'd be interested to hear your price for one of the Antaui coins, either buying one or trading for other physical cryptos.
182  Economy / Goods / Re: Make money! - Selling 1 box - "MCDONALDS HAPPY MEAL CURSING CAVEMAN MINIONS TOY" on: August 02, 2015, 09:30:31 PM
Haha that's awesome. I just Googled "cussing" and one of the auto-filled choices was "cussing mcdonalds minion toy". Had a good laugh at the video but think people are probably just being too damn PC when it comes to it and freaking out for no reason. You'd only hear it if you already knew the phrase "what the fuck" and knew what to listen for. I don't think a random kid is going to start talking foul just from playing with the toy...

Anyways- Awesome sales listing dude! I second (or third) the notion that BayAreaCoins is trustworthy enough for PayPal. Put me a down for a single as well to whoever buys the lot. Need to grab one for the kids.  Cheesy
183  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Limited Eddition 24k Gold Plated & 0.5oz 99.999 Fine Silver Vault Coins on: July 29, 2015, 09:46:02 PM
The coins are scheduled to arrive on July 29th.  If they do come in that day we will have all orders shipped on the 30th.  I am excited to see them =)

Can't wait to see some pictures of the 1/2 oz. Silver coins! Would love to see close-ups of the gold plated as well. You will definitely have to post up some nice pictures in the thread when they arrive. I'd love one of the 1/2 oz. Silvers, I will try to get one when I can.
184  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Giving refund to all who are scammed by me on: July 29, 2015, 07:23:43 AM
While I do somewhat respect the fact that you are trying to refund all of the people you scammed, I believe it's 99% only because your ass was doxxed son and you are afraid of getting fucked by the long arm of the law. So I have little respect for it because of that fact. Part of me wants to feel just a slight bit sorry for you, but you should not have scammed/stolen from others in the first place. Many of the people you stole from likely had little amounts of money to begin with, which makes your thefts even more devastating on their end.

Let this be a lesson to all scammers/thieves out there- you can get caught and have your whole world fucked up in an instant. Just don't steal from others in the first place. I personally have experienced Very rough times in life in the past, but there are better ways to get money, better hustles out there.

Props to whoever doxxed this thief and put the squeeze on his balls to cough up the money...

185  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Various Crypto Coins on: July 29, 2015, 05:59:43 AM
Interesting selection you've got here naypalm. I would be interested in 1 or both unfunded 1 BTC MicroSoul coins. Also interested in some of the mjbmonetarymetals pieces as I don't have any yet. Please PM me details about buying these when you have time if they're not already spoken for.

I've been considering trading some of my personal coins lately as well, if you'd be interested in that let me know.
186  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 1oz Bronze Bitcoins for Sale (75% copper) on: July 22, 2015, 12:48:49 AM
I have to give grbox2001 my vouch too. I bought a good handful of his coins a while ago and they are great quality for the price! A great BTC coin that you can carry around, flip for a coin toss, or give to your kids/relatives/co-workers and you don't incur a loss like if you had given your 4 year old a $1,000 Casascius coin. A nice, clean Bitcoin design and they feel pretty right in your hand. Grbox2001 was very friendly and easy to work with too.
187  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] Ravenbit Node Silver + Ravenbit Node Brass Special Editions on: July 21, 2015, 06:27:40 PM
Have you got the Node Copper and the Satoshi coin as well? I'm missing the Node Silver myself. I had a lot of bills to pay at the time and hesitated on the silver. By the time I went back to the thread to buy one the 25 had already been sold out...
I'll end up with one eventually though.

By the way hedgy73, I will respond to your PM soon about the redeemed Cas coins. Sorry I've been slacking today.
188  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Physical Crypto General Discussion on: July 21, 2015, 04:07:57 PM
Does anyone know why so many super high ANACs grades have suddenly arrived? There seems to be plenty when once upon a time there were none.
My guess is two things:

1) As more coins come through, each series develops its own reputations for grading.  Things that initially may have been seen as detrimental to grade - poor plating, poor die strike, nicks in certain areas - are now accepted as "common" to a series, and thus are not causing as much of a hit to the overall score

I agree with TheAnalogKid here. For instance the 2012 5BTC coins are known to have some weak strikes in some areas. Where before this might have led to weaker grades, MS-65 perhaps, now ANACS might recognize that the weak areas are universal to that Series and not count against it so much.

Either way though- I think a Population Report for all "tokens" graded by ANACS will really show what is out there, if and when ANACS ever releases one. Although I believe most of the people submitting these are no stranger to BitcoinTalk, there might be some people out there sitting on some MS-69s and we don't know about it yet.

I'd say people either saved their best coins for last, Or- perhaps ANACS has gotten more comfortable grading Casascius coins and finally feel like they can make a better distinction between what's an MS-65 Cas and what constitutes an MS-69 grade.

Either way, this recent rash of high grades is going to make the market do a flip. And I agree with Blazed and others- the market is getting Hot again!

190  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTB] Casascius Redeemed Coins on: July 21, 2015, 06:06:55 AM
I have a 2011 1BTC coin with Series 1 hologram still attached but peeled/redeemed, and a 2012 5BTC coin that's been redeemed. I've been considering selling them and a couple other coins recently to purchase another loaded Casascius. You can PM me if interested and I'll get back with you tomorrow; I have some prices in my head that I think are in line with recently sold redeemed Casascius coins.
191  Economy / Goods / Re: [opinion] 2oz silver clock alice-in-wonderland tuvalu 2015 on: July 20, 2015, 04:27:25 PM
It looks very cool. I've seen a few similar things like this before and think they're really neat.
What was the reason they went with Alice and wonderland though? I mean it seems like a pretty random theme to go with.
What I like about it is that it's something I'd openly have on display at home or in the office unlike having just a silver coin displayed in a presentation box. Those are more likely to end up in a collection in a box out of view.

It's for the 150th anniversary of Alice In Wonderland. I believe I've read that the Perth Mint is doing a few other coins with a similar theme, but I could be wrong (I read a lot about silver/coins sometimes when bored and end up surfing through different links).

As far as a valuation: Perth Mint products are very finely made and known for quality and purity of the precious metals used. Their smaller mintage/limited edition stuff usually does well as far as appreciating over time. I would say you'd probably be able to sell it for a profit in the future, but don't know how much profit it will be because it is already a higher-premium item. Perhaps in the future when and if the silver spot price rises substantially again. That + collector value might pay off.
Either way, it should be a cool product; if you're into it I'm sure you'll enjoy it. That is very cool the coin has a working clock on it, sort of like a silver pocket watch-coin.
192  Economy / Collectibles / Re: MS-69 Casascius 1BTC Silver Round /w Gold B on: July 20, 2015, 04:29:40 AM
I remember master-P sold a graded physical Bitcoin in an ICG slab on here in the past. I think it was a silver Cryptolator Unchained coin but I could be wrong, he had a lot of coins listed at the time.
I would love to see NGC or PCGS take on Casascius and other physical cryptos, I think it would make the physical BTC market boom.

On Topic- An amazing coin you have there, good luck with the sale.
193  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [Trusted and Fast] Buying BTC with PayPal on: July 19, 2015, 11:18:23 PM
Still buying. 1:1 only right now. I'm looking for people who want to cash out quick, not exchangers trying to make a buck Wink

Willing to lower the minimum for some of the older members who are in need of quick paypal. Looking to buy trust? Look elsewhere. I'm not leaving trust or expecting trust to be left for these smaller trades Smiley

Hey xetsr,

I need a quick 15-20 bucks Paypal F&F for my BTC. I just came to the Currency Exchange section looking for somebody trusted who had PP to trade. I really don't want to deal with anybody shady or have to even worry the slightest bit about some chargeback scam in the future. Then I found your thread and you seem to fit the honest person/trader that I am looking for here. Please let me know via PM if you can help. I would probably have no problem sending my BTC first to you, unless on further inspection it appears your account was hacked or similar.

Thanks

EDIT: PM sent
194  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SALE] Philosopher's Coin 20 for sale Limited Edition on: July 19, 2015, 01:20:03 AM
I don't think anybody buying a coin would disclose those codes online, as they would have paid a premium price to get their "copy" of the code, and posting that publicly would only decrease their chances of being the 1 "winner."

That's just how I imagine it happening, kind of an 'everybody out for themselves treasure hunt'. Posting it publicly would greatly increase the competition of people trying to crack the code. Though there is always that one asshole who Would do that, so who knows? Wondering what gravitate and CI's thoughts on it are.
195  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SALE] Philosopher's Coin 20 for sale Limited Edition on: July 18, 2015, 07:38:27 PM
I do think this was a relevant question of bithalo's about the prize concept that wasn't answered, but that could have been accidentally skipped.

6. You mention that the bonus will be funded when all sales are completed.  So unless/until you sell all 20 or 30 coins, the bonus prize won't be funded?  What happens if you don't sell out?
196  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SALE] Philosopher's Coin 20 for sale Limited Edition on: July 18, 2015, 07:30:01 PM
Fuck yeah, this is awesome! Glad to see one of your "secret treasure-hunt" style coins come to production, and by 2 great physical crypto makers (Crypto Imperator and MicroSoul) nonetheless! I want one, but can't spend the funds at the moment. I agree I would personally be more likely to buy a non-funded coin as it would help me afford it more with the premium. Though the coins would be very cool if they were funded with 1BTC inside and gave you the chance to "find" another 6BTC.

Kudos to gravitate for making a very original and
unique idea of his come to life instead of just staying in the idea phase.
197  Economy / Collectibles / Re: ۞۞۞DogeDigital's Shop (Physical coins -- Ravenbit (colors) and Finite*Design)۞۞۞ on: July 15, 2015, 07:11:12 PM
Nice sale & assortment of RavenBit colors you've got there. I might be interested in one of those F*D Bitcoins, I haven't gotten one yet. Will post here to follow for now.
198  Economy / Auctions / Re: ►฿ ❎~ LEALANA-CASASCIUS (2011) BRASS HYBRID AUCTION on: July 13, 2015, 11:54:26 PM
Yet another interesting auction posted by smoothie randomly. He's had some pretty unique ones coming out of the woodworks lately. Will be watching to see if this one surpasses the basically 4 BTC bid it's at currently (3BTC bid + 1BTC funding amount).

In addition to OgNasty doing a similar thing with Casascius 5 BTC coins as mentioned, serp did something like this to aluminum Casascius promo coins for his first couple series of coins. http://serpco.in/#v0_1
199  Economy / Goods / Re: MtGox-ed? Meet Mark Karpeles Revenge Doll on: July 13, 2015, 04:32:55 PM
That's awesome man, +10 points for being unique and original. Your price seems fair too for canvas components and printing work. It seems like something you would see on Etsy.com as well.
200  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [WTS] Casascius, Lealana, CryptoImperator, Vericoin, Maxcoin, Antaui *SALE* on: July 13, 2015, 04:26:41 PM
Great stuff as always TookDk, and priced to sell too. Looking forward to seeing pictures of the rest. The 100K Dogecoin Silver graded MS-67 seems like a steal at that price. Has anyone seen any others graded? I feel like this is the first graded I have seen out of the 25 released; could be wrong though.
