wow 7 million is more than enough for the team to work on. despite the fud, you guys made it through. that 32 pages of fud just seem to be all shit. congrats to taasfund.
Even more than 7 million, it is interesting that they have raised this via 3700+ investors. That's a lot of people. I hope the number represents the number of people who actually put money into TaaS, not just the number who registered.
822  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: April 27, 2017, 10:15:53 PM
buyback is inddeed a nice Idea. and it will surely help ICN in future. but we were all expecting the dividends to come and distribute. and suddenly they announced that cancellation of dividends. this thing can make people disappointed a little bit.

You wouldn't forget that dividend if your trading skills isn't that good actually.

But for those who are god at it, they don't mind at all. Only those who are able to baghold millions of it can benefit to that dividends which is why its best to cancel it so those big guys won't keep pulling the price down by accumulating every spike.
We have to wait and see. It is common for people in charge to overvalue their projects. We see it all the time in the stock markets - buybacks at the worst possible time.

TaaS incorporates Kepler Technologies in Switzerland and appoints Patrick Salm Managing Director

https://medium.com/@Taas/taas-incorporates-kepler-technologies-in-switzerland-and-appoints-patrick-salm-managing-director-f5690fa1daaf
That's big news for investors. The announcement also goes into some more depth as to what Kepler is supposed to do:

Kepler, a cryptocurrency investment platform similar to a Bloomberg terminal, will cover the entire spectrum of the investment process, from market research, due diligence and order management to risk exposure and performance forecasting. Kepler will offer a range of services for cryptocurrency investors, including market research, analytics and portfolio management. Its market research includes an audit of each cryptocurrency and token, including a measurement of its likeliness to succeed, as well as a comprehensive catalogue of news articles, blog posts and opinion pieces about the blockchain space. As part of Kepler’s analytics, TaaS will provide quantitative tools that examine the fundamentals and technical assets of digital currencies. These can include hashrate graphs, price performance and indexes, volatility measurement, and transaction volume, and are designed to maximize data-driven insight into the cryptocurrency market.

I invested a little. I have more cushion projects with small initial capitalization, which gives an opportunity for growth.
That's good thinking, especially in crypto where the upside seems huge.
825  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [4100+ BTC RAISED] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [JOIN ICO] on: April 22, 2017, 03:44:55 PM
Great to see this kind of attention (and investments) over the last couple of days!

what news  on  taas?
He just gave it to you Smiley
Watch out for any updates on Kepler. That's one biggie differentiating this project from the rest.
826  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - Decentralized World Knowledge Base on Ethereum - 20,000 ETH Raised on: April 20, 2017, 07:09:56 PM
Remaining less than 5k Ethereum is not any issue anymore. There was really a time when situation became like in exact in the middle of the campaign when it gave worry to investors but now all is well. After long wait and being sure that it will be met I also put some sum of my money in this project.
Actually, it was fairly obvious that the ICO will raise more money towards the end due to the ICO incentive structure. More information available towards the end for investors.
827  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [3700+ BTC RAISED] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [JOIN ICO] on: April 19, 2017, 09:57:41 PM
Thank you all for kind words! We just got excellent news in about Kepler -- stay tuned for coverage in the next few days. 8 days left, let's make them great!
Look forward to this news (although, not a fan of an announcement for an announcement scheme).
828  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: April 19, 2017, 07:18:49 PM

But you know better than them how long this should be taking? Or do you want them to release and hype an unfinished product? If you're such an expert why don't you do it yourself?

For an investment of $10,000,000? That probably is closer to $30,000,000 now since they haven't spent any of that in investing?
It should take them a month tops.

I'd do it myself if I could, for $10,000,000,hell, I'd have this token sitting at top five right now.
We got to teach the team the American way of making it.
What's stopping you from duplicating the project, if you can do it much better than ICONOMI? It's all open source and ideas cannot be patented. Be our guest, and run your own token.
829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - Decentralized World Knowledge Base on Ethereum - 17115 ETH Raised on: April 19, 2017, 07:16:44 PM
I have said it before it is not a matter of when the ICO minimum target would be reached but how much the project would raised. You will see the power of whales in the last day of this project. A win-win for investors

Correct. It's because there's no early investor bonus so people aren't panicking on buying. People are going to buy at the last minute. It's even better if we only raise minimum because that would mean there's very little Lunyr in circulation. The coin would be more volatile, meaning the coin can get pumped very easily. 7 more days to go and I think that's more than enough time for us to raise 25K ETH all in all.
If there's no bonus to invest early, smart investors will always wait till the last day to invest. This is because you have maximum information advantage on the last day.
830  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - Decentralized World Knowledge Base on Ethereum - 17115 ETH Raised on: April 18, 2017, 10:38:44 PM
I'm seeing the project with good eyes, 17k Eth sold so far ... great work from those involved ... I'm present at this great event!
Yes, 8k ETH left to pass the goal and we have 8 days to reach it. I wonder why Investor not sure to invest in LUNYR with such good idea? Because using ETH? . Well, I hope they can reach the goal before deadline.
Investors will jump in the last moment. This way you create an optionality - some rare case scenario you wouldn't invest, but normal scenarios you'd invest. There is no advantage to investing early, except as a signalling mechanism, but as an individual, that's hard to achieve in a high-priced ICO.
831  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [3600+ BTC RAISED] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [JOIN ICO] on: April 18, 2017, 10:30:23 PM
Guys when is the Token supposed to hit the exchanges ?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!
Mate, at least let the ICO end!
832  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [3400+ BTC RAISED] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [JOIN ICO] on: April 17, 2017, 04:12:32 PM
I don't get it.
Why would you guys invest in a project that is doing exactly the same thing as you do?

What do you mean? As a fund, it should invest in all promising projects, even if it competes with the fund's business. Why is that hard to get?
833  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: April 17, 2017, 04:10:40 PM
Remember when Iconomi fanboys would say that ICN couldn't be up because Bitcoin is so strong???

Yeah..  NO.  About every ALT with strong mission/tech/innovation and COMMUNICATING dev team on respectable exchange is way up.  Bitcoin hasn't gone up in awhile - Alts have had one of their best months ever and ICN sits in a 5 cent range.

I continue to follow this thread because I bought more ICN too high and I'm in the red.  This is the only coin I'm currently in the red on.  I trusted something I read about getting on Bittrex & Polo.

I'm not a troll and I have have not seen a more poorly executed communications strategy in crypto.

True dat, good idea, poor execution.
I mean, this could be sitting at $10 by now, if they had handled it well.
They need some American or other Western European to guide them, show them how it's done.
I am not a fan of ICONOMI's execution so far, but this is really patronizing. You need some random American or Western European to show them how it's done? Seriously? Like you, perhaps?
834  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [3300+ BTC RAISED] TaaS: Token-as-a-Service | Closed-End fund [JOIN ICO] on: April 16, 2017, 10:01:11 PM
The TaaS project gonna be huge.

Exactly, fund management projects are huge thing, not like general ICOs, fund related projects raise money very easily.
Successful projects are usually in areas of growing demand. Fund management definitely seems like one of such areas. If the team executes well, there's a lot of scope for growth down the road. The crypto business is just getting started, and the team will have lots of opportunities.
835  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - Decentralized World Knowledge Base on Ethereum - 13,244 ETH Raised on: April 15, 2017, 11:06:09 PM
May not give much results in the short term but I think this campaign will be effective for a long time. I hope this job keeps on.

over one month promotion is agree not long time
but promotion use signature campaign and social media campaign, result LUNYR coin in ico selling is good result
Actually, I think one month of promotions via the bounties is plenty. This is especially the case when the project is also doing the ICO while the bounties are live, so it creates awareness in the community, and the people who learn about the project can then immediately participate in the ICO. Since there are no bounties, there is no fear of 'being left in the dark' for a few days, and therefore getting a lower ICO price. Of course, there are pros and cons to any ICO structure.
836  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ICONOMI - Digital Assets Management Platform on: April 15, 2017, 12:17:45 PM
delete it and I will just re-paste. Can't censor truth

1.Because despite the fact that Jani and Tim think that they are building the best platform ever, their complete autism when it comes to communicating

with their investors is hurting their overall brand.

2. Their refusal to answer very legitimate questions about where they are incorporated for example is making them come across as shady Slovenian scammers.

3. No Poloniex.

4. Daparski constantly deleting stuff and acting like a thread nazi.

5. Cause ICONOMI revealed itself to be full of shit by going back on the main reason why people gave these scammers so much money: they had promised to pay ETH dividends.

5. Every ico investor who feels scammed because of buybacks can sell their icn at 200% profit. I don't think this is a scam lol  Smiley

Thats a weird way to calculate 200%... ~11-13 cents ICO price to ~42cent right now might be a little more than 200% - but not sure though Cheesy
Returns are notoriously hard to calculate, because many people invest in BTC/ETH. Compared to the price of ETH, ICN hasn't skyrocketed or anything, so people who invest ETH may not see the same returns as those that put in USD.

Less than 2 weeks remaining. How you can guarantee that this ico campaign will reach the minimum threshold even there is no early bird bonus available?
Nobody guarantees anything. If you like the project and believe in their vision and their token utility, invest in the ICO. If not, don't bother.
838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - A Decentralized World Knowledge Base Built on Ethereum - 8545 ETH on: April 02, 2017, 05:24:17 PM
If I want to buy LUNYR, can I use https://www.myetherwallet.com ? ( I have full access on it) or it works only with Mist/Parity wallets ?

I don't know why some people underrate the value of myetherwallet.com, the simplicity of use is one of the best in the space and compatible with almost all Ethereum based tokens
I think it should works, may be I'll make a small transaction to see if everything is ok
MEW is one of the simplest ethereum wallets to use. Because you control the private keys there, you can use it for sure. Just be sure to save a backup of the file/password or the full private key somewhere safe.
839  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - A Decentralized World Knowledge Base Built on Ethereum - 8545 ETH on: April 02, 2017, 10:29:42 AM
Has anyone downloaded Parity? Is it safe?

Do I need to download the entire Etherium blockchain on my computer?
You just need a wallet whose private keys you control. If you don't want the hassle of Parity, MyEtherWallet is a good option, although it's web-based and arguably less secure.
840  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LUNYR - A Decentralized World Knowledge Base Built on Ethereum - 8545 ETH on: April 01, 2017, 11:35:43 PM
I joined with a few ETH. Sounds awesome a bit like steemit. Do you think you guys will reach the liit and sell out?
It's not really like Steemit. For starters, LUN isn't controlled mostly by the founders. Secondly, there are rewards for both contribution and editing/reviewing. Thirdly, Lunyr's use case is more akin to an encyclopedia than random blog posts.
