841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bribing via bitcoin a good idea? on: March 06, 2017, 01:58:20 AM
With 1000 dollars each, it seems that bribing with bitcoin would be a good idea.  One USB stick will do the job with no third party required.

Yes , you can do that. Infact many are doing that.  Nobody will find out anything and there wont be any evidence. Definitely one day government will take action against this by banning the usage of bitcoins.A small advice to you brother, please dont do that.
Dont make use of this awesome technology for such illegal activities. This type of post should be banned here.

Bitcoin is a currency and anyone can do anything with his currency. Even if there were no bitcoins would bribe would have been stopped ?  I guess No.
People tends to use Fiat for bribe purpose in the past. So for me, Bribe is a bad act which can be done with all currencies and bitcoin alone should not be blamed for this.
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [RaiBlocks] RaiBlocks trading thread on: March 05, 2017, 08:18:43 AM
Now on cryptopia-nz.co!!  Grin

Thats the best news for everyone who has been with this project for more than a year. There was ofcourse a Gap where everyone though it might be the end of Mrai but that was just a bad period.
Has it been named at Mrai on cryptopia or as XRB ?
843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It's freaking 2017 - Do you own 1 BTC? on: March 05, 2017, 05:06:38 AM
I just started months ago, so that is really impossible that I own now a bitcoin unless I buy one, which I won't . Dont have that money to buy one.
You can still get 1 BTC is easy, you just simply convert fiat to bitcoin. but if we do not have that much money it is almost difficult to have 1 BTC now as prices continue to rise. we will be hard to have 1btc if we still use it for daily needs.
He said he doesn't want to buy because he has no money and you advise him to "convert fiat?" Are you dumb or pretending to be?

I still don't own 1 Bitcoin and with the current prices I won't buy one either. It's no longer something all of us can get without spending a large portion of our monthly wage. Getting 1 bitcoin is becoming harder and harder as time passes.

Yes, you are right. Getting 1 bitcoin or more, It's really hard. As we see bitcoin price increase day by day. The current price according to preev is: 1267$. It's a great price.  I think there isn't people who want to buy for this high price. As you said: ''Getting 1 bitcoin is becoming harder and harder as time passes.''
We should work hard to getting more bitcoins.

Yes, the price of bitcoin is so high that it is also becoming difficult for the people even to buy bitcoins at such high prices. Those who have collected bitcoins and have them save in wallets , are the most lucky persons. They will be millionaire if they keep their coins save and there is no stoppage of bitcoin price increase.
844  Other / Off-topic / Re: How are you earning BTC? on: March 05, 2017, 04:49:04 AM
Btc could be earn through couple of ways.

- Providing the freelancing services to clients and get btc as a payment mode.
- If some one takes the risk of gambling can earn btc
- Through signature campaign and participating in faucets as well.

Gambling is not really a way to make money, you may win once in a while when you get lucky but the truth is that we should not expect to win every single time and that is why gambling is not a reliable way to make bitcoin.

Gambling is by chance and luck. Luck always does not favour you and therefore it is big risk. For me, i mostly do trading of bitcoins and altcoins and get good margin profits. Again trading is also not so easy and need some experience to get profits.
845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bribing via bitcoin a good idea? on: March 05, 2017, 04:45:31 AM
bribing is not good idea, it's a crime. But i knew there are some ppl used bitcoin for bribing. The best idea is using bitcoin for donation or charity

Bribe is not a good thing so it should be avoided in the first place. People like to give bribe in bitcoins as due to the nature of the bitcoin the sender will not be caught if he has given bribe in Bitcoins.
Bitcoin transcations are anonymous and people tends to misuse it.
846  Other / Meta / Re: like where to raise the position bitcointalk.org account? on: March 05, 2017, 04:39:48 AM
I was new to the position after the stage what level of brikutnya please explain?

If you want to raise your position in bitcointalk.org you need to make a post daily. Your rank is still a newbie and so you need to rank yourself to full member so you can apply for signature campaigns. It is not an easy job since you need to make daily post around 20 to 30 post that are long, quality and well made posts. Possibly if you do this every day in three months time you will be a full member. Good luck ranking up.

You dont have to make one post daily. You need to make total 14 Posts in 2 weeks time to get the Rank up. So you can do this daily one post also or make 14 total in a week.
Also if you make only one post in 14 days and then in next 14 days you make 27 posts,  (total=28 in 2 weeks), This will also serve the purpose.
847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 69,000 (69K) Unconfirmed Transactions! ....WTF...??? on: March 05, 2017, 04:33:26 AM
69K unconfirmed transactions is nothing special anymore. There are nodes that have had over 100K of unconfirmed transactions in their mempool. Lauda is spot on regarding the heavy spam attack on the network. It's utterly annoying that an entity gains so much pleasure out of choking the network with rubbish transactions. Look at the generated block fees today http://blockr.io/block/list/ it's party time for pools.

That spam can be viewed as a network test. How effecient bitcoin network can be if it get mainstream and have that much of valid transactions? Currently, as we can see, it is not performing well. We need segwit badly, unfortunately, miners are not so keen on adopting it.

Yes, the miners needs to come up with a solution. It will be no good if we keep on going like this as confirmation time is increasing day by day and tx fee are also high. Many altcoins have new technologies which give zero confirmation time. Guess we need to adopt such technologies.
848  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin less evil than PayPal? on: March 05, 2017, 04:27:05 AM
bitcoin is not at all evil. it doesn't have any brain and so i could say that bitcoin is not a eveil not a good one but its the way how we use the currency. if we use bitcoin for good cause then its fine otherwise if we use bitcoin for bad then that's our problem not bitcoin's.

Bitcoin is a currency and paypal is a service.  Using bitcoin is easier and hassle free as compare to paypal. Those who know about bitcoins are now switching to bitcoins as they know that paypal sucks and  ask too much fee for their service. Bitcoin will soon overcome Paypal and other such services.
849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will BTC overtake gold this month ? on: March 05, 2017, 04:01:29 AM
But even if it was, it is important for bitcoin to break those barriers so we get used to the idea that nothing is really impossible of bitcoin, the next physiological barrier is surpassing the 1300 in price in the next weeks or months.

Yes, I am very excited to witness for bitcoin to pass $1300 and I think it is very possible for bitcoin to surpasse gold since most of the forecast says it is $1500 - $2000 range this year o more.I know more projects are utilizing bitcoin like micro payments etc.

It's really hard to believe that Bitcoin's price is now the same as the price of an ounce of Gold. No one would have thought this could have happen at the time of invention of bitcoins.
Bitcoin will surely take over Gold and USD.
850  Economy / Services / Re: Quick way to get $2 in BTC on: March 05, 2017, 03:47:32 AM
i use purse.io to buy bitcoins, but I need to wait 3 days for it to process. I am $2 short for something I need to do. Most sites want a minimum purchase of $10. Is there a simple way I can $2 quickly?

If you want to earn only two dollars then check any task in service section. There you will find some social media tasks which may give you $2 or more and then you will have total 10$ to be used at purse.io.
As per other suggestions above, dont do gambling, it may be that you lose the $8 which you already have  Roll Eyes
851  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: INTERNATIONAL FEES- coin base waning becare full.. on: March 05, 2017, 03:37:08 AM
There are many bad reviews for the coinbase's service(s) and one of them can be their exchange which sometimes sucks.

How much were you charged for the "International fee"? Better contact the support but they respond with a delay but better late than never.

As far as I know they don't have an official account here where we could send a PM to them or write a reply in their ANN.

Although there are many negative news about coin base service, but i never experienced such in reality from coinbase.
i have been using coinbase for a long time and never faced any issue of such type.
852  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Certified Bitcoin Professional on: March 05, 2017, 03:33:45 AM
So what is the benefit of owning this "crypto certificate"  ?  Cheesy

I am also not sure why anyone should do this bitcoin certification. There is no certified body who is given such a certification and i also feel that these people are only making money by giving the certificates on collection of certification fee.
853  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Losing investment on Gambling sites on: March 05, 2017, 03:25:11 AM
Losing hte investment because of the site making no profit is quite rare...

In fact it's illgogical for the site to lose money as they have a house edge.
What can happen though is seeing the site running with your invested money :/

It happens though. The site could lose money if there have been more gamblers that won than what the casinos have earned. I've seen it in bitsler when a gambler was able to win multiple 4 btc wins and pretty large wins like 20btc. Which dropped the global bankroll by more than 30%. Though, it recovered the losses and it's in profits now.
Very few gambling websites have lost and went non profitable. Bitsler is the one in which due to continuos promotion it overcame the loss, but several websites have got its end. If casinos run completely to make profit also won't be successful. It needs to be in a standalone to profit the users as well investors.

Its really strange to know that gambling sites went in lose. Gambling is one business where only the player lose and the gambling site owners always win. Spending too much on advertising that make you not earn profit is not a good sign of business oriented mind.
854  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is coinbase down or is it just me? on: March 04, 2017, 03:37:46 PM
I got logged out of gdax and now cant log back in due to a time out.  coinbase.com is timing out.

Anyone else or is it just me?  This is really bad timing for me Sad

Coinbase is not down and its working perfectly fine. I think in future you can use http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ to check in the future if the site is down only for you or not. Sometime clearly the cache and restarting the PC work if the issue is at your own end.
855  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining - Need some tips? on: March 04, 2017, 03:16:35 PM
I've currently invested enough in HashOceon to produce me $0.30 a day. I want to get this to at least $5 daily, but I'm not sure if I should invest more in this site. They pay, but many say not for long.

What's the most trustful cloud mining site out that has cheap prices and can produce a lot of money?

Thank you.

If you already invested in hashocean, I wish that your ROI will be happen to you, I'm not sure about in hashocean, As far as I now its a scheme of Ponzi. You shouldn't invested there, but its done almost.

Hash Ocean is done with. Its now a ponzi only. Regarding tips for the cloud mining i think you should invest in cloud mining sites only when the sites starts as it may pay you in the beginning and you might earn some profit.
But why take risk ?  stay away from cloud mining.
856  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitminer.io real or scam? on: March 04, 2017, 02:39:23 PM
I am trying withdraw 0.005BTC earn for free plan

Well withdrawing takes days, weeks and months. Others said that in order for you to withdraw you should upgrade your miner, pay for it. Or cancel then request for withdraw again for a couple of times. I tried but was not able to get anything.

The Bitminer.io is a scam but they are playing a game with their customers. They pay only once in,  if you upgrade with 0.01. So you will only get paid 0.005 and still you will lose 0.005 BTC.
And for free members, they do not give withdrawls
857  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling : Your new strategy will work. But every day you need a new one. on: March 02, 2017, 05:17:06 PM
No any strategy will work in gambling and even with low odds you will hit several red streak in row. So no any strategy, martingale method will gaurantee you profit. Better to play manually without any strategy and don't play with the amount you can't afford to loss.  Grin

It's quite odd to think that you need to have a daily new strategy. We know that strategies in gambling will always fade, it can be good for somehow but in the end that will be nothing. And even those people are keep on saying that they became successful with a certain strategy, it is for them but thinking that it can be for us is another thing.

I dont think strategy matters much in gambling. What matter most in gambling is luck and luck does not need any strategy. Many of my friends in the gambling dont  think and play gambling with free minds and win.  And sometimes they make some strategy and they lose   Cheesy
Again its Luck Game.
858  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: March 02, 2017, 04:00:33 PM
It does and doesn't.
It does when you are going to invest in the bitcoin.
It doesn't if you are making a transaction or if you're going to gamble with your Bitcoin.

I agree with you , price of bitcoin matters on how people treated it.
If you look bitcoin as your need in your daily life it can be more and much important than any, but if you sees it just something to for fun for sure you do not mind on how it increases and decreases.
859  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin prices go to the moon? on: March 02, 2017, 03:54:00 PM
The Speculation of some holders has just started. The highest price of bitcoin this 2017 will be at 2000$ if there is no panic selling that will occur. So fasten your seatbelt and where heading to moon

Makes me laugh with this, but yeah fasten your seatbelt now because people already learned especially those who panic selling their coin in previous time because they knew now that they need to hold it on until it reaches its peak. So for sure when goal
reached panic selling wiill gonna happen again.
860  Economy / Economics / Re: Sell Everything? on: March 02, 2017, 03:47:36 PM
You dont need to sell everything only sell the amount you need. Because investing in bitcoin right now is the best way to do. Holding it for a long time maybe 3 years will give you huge profit that you didnt expected.

Exactly !, holding now is a great choice rather than selling it because of panic selling that somebody's doing.
Just sell the amount you just need and avoud luxurious thing now because the price is still increasing just hold it.
