8461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum in 5 years on: July 25, 2017, 10:21:17 AM

Positive on the air, in my opinion, indicates an early correction, and not a quick recovery))) Five years will be enough to return to today's levels)))
Yes , for the issue of big hacking of Ethereum it will take much time for the ethereum to get back in its ATH price before .Maybe that 5 years may we see some improvements in security of ETH and its new high price .
Strengthen its security should really be the main concern here and this should be resolved as fast as they can specially to those 3rd party developer who do make use of eth based platforms in able to avoid such hacking incident along the way because when i saw that theres a hacking incident do happen on eth ecosystem it does really somehow affects it credibility. Reaching its ath again would really takes time for sure.
8462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The best Altcoin to buy right now on Bittrex. Hurry!! on: July 25, 2017, 08:34:29 AM
This is just an another pump dump coin i cant see any potential on this coin why it should be bought or to be used. Having low marketcap doesnt mean that most of them will shoot to the moon. I have seen the graph it would really start to dump or decrease its price now which is really not a good idea to enter because if you did bought on cheap price you wont know if it would rise up again or dump forever.
8463  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How hard is it to make payments Bitcoin? on: July 24, 2017, 11:59:39 AM

bitcoin payments to buy the goods we want
There are already merchants which do accept bitcoin to buy goods and some services but its only limited only on some places. If you do really like to experience the full use of your bitcoin which you can able to spend them just like fiat money then go to Japan since this place is already regulating bitcoins which you can really find lots of stuffs and merchants would accept bitcoins direct on the spot.
8464  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Don't Spend Too Much Time Trading? is that true? on: July 24, 2017, 10:25:41 AM
i'm one who spend too much time for trading. I made so many stupid mistakes because of thinking emotionally instead of logically. Cry
what is your opinion?
Its not really bad on spending too much time on trading since there are are active traders which do really spend their times on doing trading. This would really depend on what kind of trader you are. The suggested thing on here is when you do know how to stop specially when your mind or brain is quiet tired on doing trading because once you are tired you cant execute trades properly which causes mistakes. which causes for us to lose up money.
8465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Identifying profitable ICO on: July 24, 2017, 09:21:52 AM
I think it is hard to tell which ICO is profitable. It is always a good idea to take a look at the devs history and who is recommending their project. There are some people in crypto who are a trusted source (to me).
For a long-term perspective, a very right-wing approach. If you want to make a profit faster, then you can turn things over to other information.
This is not always the case. Profit making on ICO might be fast or slow depending on how it goes. Identifying possible profitable is somehow hard but i do always see on physical aspects and those coins being listed on each year category does really have progress which we can almost see they are on the top of ranking which is good for those people who jumped in.
8466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could BTC dissapear ? on: July 23, 2017, 11:24:16 AM
I see all these topics ( especially related to crypto-investment advices ) where someone asks " hey i have X ammount of fiat and i want to invest it in some shitcoins give me advice pl0x " and everyone is wisely advising "whatever you do invest in BTC also , BTC gonna be 10.000 in a couple of weeks, btc rulz " . Why ?

Don't get me wrong, in my opinion the blockchain is as revolutionary as the introduction of the world wide web, but as Bitcoin goes , besides being the first of it's kind(sort of) what's more to it ? There are other products that do it's job better, faster, safer and more private ( am i wrong ? Please correct me if i am )

Thank you
You cant blame on people here on advising to buy bitcoin all over again and again since we are on Bitcoin forum then mostly people do really prefer on selecting always bitcoin as an investment. Since we do know that bitcoin is father of all crypto and people do somehow have high trust already to bitcoin when it comes to its support and strength when it comes to issues that i faces which these things caught really the interest of many people.
8467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bowhead Health: Personalized Health Platform on: July 23, 2017, 10:41:19 AM
If calculated without bonus how many dollars collected this project? May need to be added information how the funds collected in the dollar, because not all mathematicians

The maximum amount with all tokens sold will be $24 million.
I joined your bounty campaign, but I have a question about your bounty program, this bounty will end soon than the intend time if your ICOs crowdsale ended earlier than expected? Is right?
If all the token has-been sold yes it will end earlier  than expected time. Is any one here know how many coin has been sold at this moment?

i registered an account for the purchasing of tokens.. but as what i saw in the dashboard, no details on how many tokens have been sold already.. the only thing you can see is the bonus on how many tokens you will get, the percentage, etc.. but nothing about the tokens sold.
Yeah I already do that multiple times, I hope some one know it will answer.

You can check 800k token sold out from starting Super Earlybird until today, current still have 112,239 Tokens in stock with rate @ $0.45 USD (31% Bonus) if you want investing

Link check + buy token: https://tokens.bowheadhealth.com/
I was really amazed on the sold token for just on a short period of time which is almost 900k token at short period of time which means there are lots of people who are interested on this project. Ill hope that itt will be sold out of all the tokens which are being offered on discounted rate. Hurry up and buy cheap coins as of now.
8468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could BTC dissapear ? on: July 23, 2017, 06:16:36 AM
In the near future, we cannot see BTC disappearing. It's so popular that people cannot tolerate its dump.
People could possibly do that for which they do decide already to dump their bitcoin which would really make for bitcoin to disappear but i do strongly believe that this thing is somehow impossible to happen knowing that bitcoin do really have lots of users which is really superior on any altcoins in the market. They might using some alts but they wont really leave bitcoin behind for sure.
8469  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BTC grow or less on: July 22, 2017, 02:32:37 PM
Hi! Do you have something information about grow Bitcoin or less on the next week, two weeks??

Regards All !
No one really cant tell since no man on this world can able to predict the future and talking about bitcoins price its really unpredictable because anytime or in a blink of an eye price do really change either it would rise or dump but yet we can still see some indications or news on the possible movement of bitcoin. Just like on the upcoming segwit activation we can really assume that price would really rise up.
8470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't invest in ICOs without working products. on: July 21, 2017, 03:28:11 AM
Gilgam.es, Bowhead and Opus
I recommend these three ICOs. They have products that increase their chance to become successful.

Gilgam.es :  a platform for players that allow them to compete in eSport games.
Bowhead : an instrument which monitors the health of people at home.
Opus : a platform for sharing musics that is supposed to solve some of music industry problems.

I agree, thats why i Choose to participate on their promotion and at the same time as an investors on Bowhead project because i can really see a product here compared on those ICO which do project only an imaginary thing which it doesnt really convinced me off on putting money on those ICO. As a wise investor always seek out on this kind of things which you can somehow assure yourself  that you are on the right track and lessen the risk of getting scammed.
8471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum reached the bottom ? on: July 21, 2017, 02:38:01 AM
Price would drop hasnt just been started, wait a little bit more for those hacked coins in parity would be sold because ETH would definitely dumped for sure. ITs hast still yet reached the bottom and we might see again the price of below $100 usd. Depending on the circumstances would happen to those coins. Just hold la little bit more buying now would really be more risky.
8472  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best trading site now? on: July 20, 2017, 08:45:02 AM
I used to trade crypto back in 2014 but left it since. Heard bitcoin talk on the radio few days ago so decided to get back into the game. Read up about recent tradings and notice that polo seems to be the IT trading site now with a very high volume. So is polo the best trading site?
Always go on the top reputable site but i wont recommend poloniex as of now instead of them better to go with bittrex, i do have problems on using poloniex as of now they are really experiencing lots of issues regarding withdrawals and even deposits, slow response of their support which do really suck this is the reason why i jumped on bittrex as of now. They do have different user experience.
8473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Investing 10000€ in crypto on: July 20, 2017, 03:35:03 AM
Hi bitcointalk!

This is my first post ever on this forum! I do follow the crypto market for a couple of months now and I think the moment has come to invest in it. I'm actually hoping for another leg down first and then go for it but I'm suddenly not sure anymore this is going to happen.

I'm going to invest 10000€. My heart says; go all inn in Stratis, forget about a year, then look back and instantly recieving a big smile on the face.

But I know a lot are not going to advice this, putting all the eggs in one basket SO that's why I'm here, and asking for some advice.

Should I follow my heart and just go for it? Or should I just stick to bitcoin only? Or diversify in multiple coins like most of you do?

Glad to hear some opinions and how you men and ladies are doing this?

Crypto is IMO just at the beginning... This is going be so big in a couple of years.. I had the feeling a couple months ago I missed this great opportunity but nahh..

Looking forward to some suggestions!

Peace
You are actually right, even me would really say that dont put your eggs on the same basket which means diversifying your money would be the best moves because incase that the coins would fail you can still able to recover since you do have another options to earn.Unlike on focusing just on one coins. Stratis does have the potential but we cant still be sure if it would reallt rise up later on. I would suggest, bitcoin, eth, monero, stratis, waves.
8474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bowhead Health: Personalized Health Platform on: July 20, 2017, 03:00:46 AM
So how much total funds have been collected? The website should be made sales statistics, to facilitate us see the information

You can use live chat to find out how much the total funds collected.
Theres no need to use live chat since you can able to find out for yourself visually without the need of asking on the chat Smiley
Theres an update on the stat board which is really good because they do already putted how many coins are being sold on a particular price on a certain discount.
8475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Scaling Flowchart on: July 19, 2017, 03:46:00 AM
~snip~
Finally, a visualization of Bitcoin scaling format. Ive been searching for this thing since i do have a hard time on understanding these flows and now im clearly seeing the possible things might happen ahead. Regarding on approval and rejections and now im quiet excited on the upcoming event would happen on bitcoin history.
8476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Critique my altcoin portfolio plan on: July 19, 2017, 03:05:29 AM
I'm late in the game to actually invest in crypto, just been keeping a casual eye on Bitcoin for years. I've done some research, but would like the help of more experienced investors.

I'm putting in only money I can lose. Plan is to do a lump sum investment this month, hold for years, and buy more positions monthly using Dollar Cost Averaging. I will not be trading, except potentially taking out a fraction in fiat whenever I realize doubling of value of a coin, or perhaps annual rebalancing.

Below the six coins I'm considering, and their share of total (crypto) portfolio. First three I see as growth plays, and the last three as more speculative. I've tried to pick coins which have strong fundamentals with good potential for long-term value appreciation vs Euro, and are available on Kraken.

Code:
Name         Ticker	Share	Notes
Ethereum ETH 25% True platform with active development, partnerships, and variety of potential uses
Litecoin LTC 20% Mainly a diversification play
Bitcoin   BTC 15% Low portfolio share due to limited growth potential (high price and strong competitive pressure)
Ripple   XRP 15% Huge growth potential if it becomes widely adopted
Dash     Dash 15% Despite suspicious launch and outrageous block rewards, strong on-going development
Monero       XMR 10% Privacy and anonymity will be in increasing demand

Any critique is welcome. Keep in mind I'm brand new to this!
This portfolio is just fine for me since you are investing your money on those coins who are on top of the marketcap but expected moving prices would really be more slower but still just fine as long you arent on a rush on making profits. If this would be for long term then its would be a great choice but the thing i do recommend to change on this one is the share percentage. BTC should have more than on ETH because even eth do shows some excellent progress but theres no one can beat BTC in terms on long term.
8477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What's THE coin to mine and HODL? on: July 19, 2017, 02:38:14 AM
I have a x7 1080 ti rig, mining ZEC using EWBW Cuda and Flypool. ~5230 h/s

My plan as most here is to HODL, but the future of ZEC is uncertain.

What do you think is the coin of the future to mine and hold for years?
No one can tell since No one could able to predict the future of coins. For now, instead of thinking off
long term hodl of coins better to secure out first the ROI of your GPU. I know that 1080ti isnt cheap at all. Best move to do is mine the coins which you are able to make money. Once ROI is reached then its the time you think off on mining potential coins. The hard part on this one is we dont know which one thats why its important to mine up before your GPU would bust out.
8478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bowhead Health: Personalized Health Platform on: July 18, 2017, 11:47:13 AM
As already proposed Bowhead should offer his product discounted to ICO investors, would get more clients and a good start of sales I guess.
I think is already been discounted knowing that they do have early bird promo when its still on pre-sale. I dont know if they would put up again on this live ICO
8479  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should I do? on: July 18, 2017, 10:30:53 AM
I leave many of my BTC in trading wallet,
Why?
Trading platform would do the home works to
Find best solution.

I dont know to avoid forking with which wallet Smiley
I do also think on this thing which those exchanges would really do the work since they will surely update their wallets just to get those old and new bitcoin because if they didnt do such thing they will surely have a big problem to its users but as suggested by theymos we shouldnt store it on exchanges and wont make any transactions before/near on that day. Blockchain would be a good webwallet to store up since you do have the possesion of your keys.
8480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Dogecoin have a future? on: July 18, 2017, 02:35:39 AM
68 Satoshi right now.
Is it possible for dogecoin to rise again?
68 Satoshi prices now, obviously it's not an advantage for me who already bought Dogecoin for 150 Satoshi.
No one knows if it would rise up again on that price range even i do bought DOGE on 100 sats wayback before and now the price is still beloe it which i cant really make money if i would tend to sell it but well im do holding my DOGE too no matter what happen. This coin is still standing and i do really have high hopes that this coin will pump up later on. If you do beleive on this coin then better to hold of and keep an eye if theres sudden movements which is reaching out higher on our purchase price.
