861  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Kucoin to introduce mandatory KYC on: June 28, 2023, 02:28:48 PM
It's very sad that my first and favorite trading platform also can't go against the mainstream of global regulation. It seems that no more privacy-friendly CEXs will last long. Especially for active traders, submitting their sensitive documents is a must.
Glad I found this news earlier before the next signature payment.
862  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AsanVerse-4 round payment Issue on: June 28, 2023, 12:28:24 PM
Thank you so much for taking action against this cheater. Everyone should be careful about his new account creation.
He must have been banned for some other reason like evading the ban I think, not because he cheated the hunter. All forms of fraud aren't moderated in this forum. So be careful in trusting any manager in the future.
863  Economy / Economics / Re: What could Elon Musk be buying next? on: June 28, 2023, 12:14:34 PM
What is clear is that he isn't going to add to his collection of social media platform ownership, let alone intend to buy Meta (not because they're in "conflict"). I see the biggest failure because some new policies that are messy to drop Twitter's valuation. I conclude that Musk's sometimes controversial wishes aren't applicable to platforms that deal with users directly.
864  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overcoming Technical Challenges in Building Scalable and High-Performance Crypto on: June 27, 2023, 04:56:02 PM
Ok I get it, you are a newbie and it takes so much time to earn trust then you should show your samples and experience too. to gain some trust. As many people try to show fake samples too so you also have to prove your patent maybe.

I'm not sure that although they can present a good portfolio, the service they offer is a core requirement that companies have to own instead of using a third party service. Unless they are willing to be dedicated to only one brand until it becomes major, because it is impossible for someone to become an important person for 2 companies with the same business.
865  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Being Knowledgeable before Bitcoin investment is very Good on: June 27, 2023, 04:18:39 PM
Knowledge is not everything, Kiyosaki wrote a best selling book about investments and went bankrupt himself 3 times in a row, some kid who had 10 000 allowance and had everything like internet and a computer and a ton of free time in 2010 could have made more money by spending $10 it on a whim on Bitcoin than any professional trader would be able to do in all his life with that amount. SBF had probably 1% of the knowledge Bitcoin developers have but at the same time he made for sure a thousands times more money than they do.
Having some basic knowledge can at least prevent you from making unnecessary mistakes, and not make you look stupid at first impressions of others when you present your higher financial level to the average Joe.
If I teach you many things it doesn't mean I won't make mistakes in the future, every new field I explore will have different challenges. On the other hand, a new field for you doesn't mean it is new for me.
866  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: AsanVerse-4 round payment Issue on: June 27, 2023, 03:27:29 PM
As information for participants who feel aggrieved, your manager has been banned. https://bpip.org/Profile?id=3479982
Unfortunately, he won't come to clarify anything on your claim and this prevents you from getting your rights. At least he won't be managing any bounties in the future, unless he secretly creates a new account under a different management name. So, prepare your sharp eyes to recognize the signs.
867  Economy / Services / Re: Bounty Graphic Designer Needed on: June 27, 2023, 01:43:37 PM
Maybe my understanding is wrong that "bounty" means you wanna pay a designer with your token, because you have to pay in bitcoin or another bluechip altcoin if you wanna get a decent designer. Well, find your talent in this thread, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5406507.0
just check their rates in their respective ann thread. I recommend @jayce in this case Cool
868  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1.7 billion people are still Unbanked; chances for bitcoin on: June 26, 2023, 01:15:44 PM
I briefly imagined the condition of people in remote areas which I have visited who are generally not technologically literate and the environment is usually constrained by contemporary infrastructure, I don't think that bitcoin will help much other than as a store of value. And maybe you wouldn't even suggest they own bitcoins if they had to follow the rules of storing and operating wallets safely, because imo they'd be more sloppy.
869  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Am I Being Scammed By A Prominent YouTuber? on: June 26, 2023, 12:56:14 PM
Why your scam experience has increased recently?
If I'm not mistaken you claim to be a forex trader, but I doubt that from today. I think you trade only relying on some signals and mentor subscription (cmiiw). If that is true then stop, you will not gain self-improvement that way.

Answering this topic, yeah you were scammed.
870  Other / Meta / Re: Can Bitcointalk Adopt the Web3 System? on: June 26, 2023, 04:16:47 AM
This forum doesn't have an interactive business plan where you've to authorize your wallet, in conclusion your proposal isn't needed. But really, it requires high financial responsibility regardless of security, and fyi so far mods haven't been too enthusiastic about dealing with cases of user loss.
After all, this forum is oriented towards community discussion, and that should remain a hallmark.
871  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think, do you see slave trading as a means of boosting economic grow on: June 26, 2023, 03:56:17 AM
I had no information about slavery for too long, I thought it had disappeared from the face of the earth. As for the opinion of the slave trade in improving the economy, it must be reviewed from several causes and effects. But my big question is, what is the contribution of companies that employ slaves to improving the economy? I mean, obviously slavery in that country signifies social and economic inequality.
In my country there is no slavery system (afaik), meaning that every citizen is free and obliged to pay taxes which then the tax funds will be returned to the people in beneficial ways to boost the economy.
872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you only have a receiving address pay send bitcoin? on: June 26, 2023, 03:15:52 AM
Safepal
You can't do "coin control" with safepal, until the last information I found[1] they don't have that feature yet despite many requests from users.
I think you should import your wallet to electrum, or create a new electrum wallet then sweep bitcoins in your safepal.

873  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Apakah Jaringan Blockchain Bitcoin yang Paling Canggih? on: June 25, 2023, 03:16:25 AM
874  Economy / Reputation / Re: AI Spam Report Reference Thread on: June 25, 2023, 02:45:45 AM
No sir, he wrote some post for me which was not used anywhere in any place just like some one write writing article for you. I don't think it will be refer to pilgirarism
Your account is also used as a poster of the results of spinning tools and AI that the main suspect did. If this uses the analogy of solving a criminal case, your account will also be confiscated by the authorities as evidence regardless it doesn't belong to the suspect. This means that your account should also receive the same consequences, just hope it won't happen.
875  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Promotion methods. Dark & Bitcointalk? on: June 25, 2023, 12:02:45 AM
Maybe it will require a completely different marketing algorithm than you'll ever know, the dark web is however a place of privacy and is known to be less trusted. I've explored the place once or twice (that I can remember), but I don't think any user crowd like the surface web's version of social media is worthy of target marketing.
876  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: ASAN VERS Bounty scamm on: June 24, 2023, 11:45:23 PM
Oddly enough that none of the original participants didn't make such a report, I became doubtful of the seriousness of the problems in this campaign. If you focus on failing to distribute rewards, reports posted by unrelated users won't get much attention afaik.
877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost coins redistribution on: June 24, 2023, 11:08:40 PM
This sounds like bitcoins going unlimited, "renewing" bitcoins that are considered "obsolete" by being forcibly taken, don't you think?
We don't know the minds of people/bitcoin geeks/OGs even when they know they won't live long, especially if they don't have a choice of plan to pass down their bitcoins. I'm reminded of several unsolved privkeys puzzle challenges in digital images. Just assuming that the puzzle is indeed set to be more easily solved by the next few generations where the technology at that time might be more capable.
878  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's get rid of all regulations, what can possibly go wrong on: June 24, 2023, 05:24:11 AM
This case even violates the rules of science where it applies in every part of the earth that is without regulation though, this case isn't the right approach to get rid of regulation completely.
Generally, people just don't want administrative rules that actually have almost no impact when they're violated unless you have substantial need in the realm of bureaucracy.
879  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Old Electrum wallet - 3.0.6 on: June 24, 2023, 04:24:10 AM
The light in the bottom right corner is red, I assume it should be green?
Yep

Don't you want to consider updating to the latest version? I think it will provide you with a list of the latest active servers as well.
Don't forget to back up first your private or master key(s) if you want to do so.
880  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance to integrate lightning network on: June 23, 2023, 02:57:07 AM
there are only 21 validators and these validators are all connected to Binance even if there is an error Smart Chain will be Halted.

Well, here's the answer.
Binance would be fine even if they set out the highest gas to broadcast their withdrawal transactions exclusively to all existing validators. The fact is that it's not a loss at all, all the rewards earned will return to the binance pocket again. Grin
