Weekly Update 1/1/14

The new year looks bright for Active Mining as we continue to assemble our miners for quick delivery.

Not a lot of changes from last weeks update:

We are also continuing to develop our Intellihash program and with our 2013 sales at $6,311,788.33 we have a very good share of the market.

We have been working 100% on our core business.

ActiveMining-PR Staff

Have a good evening.

lol

The man is a legend. Personally I like his style.

The problem here isn't that he doesn't communicate - he really does. The problem is a lot of investors are either unable to listen or just haven't enough worldly experience to read between the lines and recognise what is going on behind the scenes.

Having said that there are a lot of people on here who have listened and know what's coming.

I'll go with you Vince if you are paying.

On the issue of Canadian guy - I have a pm from zumzero where he quotes a conversation with CG. ZZ is trying to buy the machine from CG. There is no way CG has been paid by anyone. Canadian Guy is VE and he was trying to pump shares by pretending he had a machine. You know what VE is like, one minute pumping the other sabotage. He is a gym junkie and takes way too many testosterone pills. Hence the wild swings in sentiment, the deceit, and the occasional death threat.

As long as ACtM has shares, eASIC will not and can not comment on anything to do with product or chip development. It would open them to  insider dealing charges.

If anything was said on here by ACtM staff that was substantively untrue (relating to eASIC) or could damage the reputation of eASIC they would have their lawyers close the thread within hours.

Think hard on that last fact.

Some people in here are so naive it's rediculous.

Although I've said before the Trolls are likely paid this is a real shock.

I see a court case on the horizon.

I've already been down the road of contacting eASIC. They will tell you they can't tell you any details and they will refer your email (or call) directly back to Ken. So sending eASIC an email us as good as sending Ken one. They have had plenty of contact from shares holders in the past, as would be expected in a project with this time span.

keep up the cheerleading you faggot

Everything I say on here is based on, or is, fact. That isn't cheerleading, it's reporting. Most homophobes I've seen have a low IQ so the lack of originality in your train of thought is not a surprise.

Have a great day.

Provide an image.

I'm absolutely certain that would be a restricted image under the NDA. 100% sure.

Edit - thefunkybits reported.

We have had our share exchange shut down by SEC

The exchanges were closed by their respective owners based on advice from their lawyers.

No exchange was actually closed by the SEC, the overarching threat of the SEC was the reason and it's likely the SEC would have stepped in if the owners had not followed the advice from their lawyers.

Well yes we know the SEC contacted with what we assume were cease and desist instructions. I know they didn't barge into Ukyo/Jons apartment and unplug his server. By saying they closed BF I mean they made instructions that caused it to be closed or put on sufficient pressure to cause that.

Ken's self-imposed deadlines over regular comms are being met.
We have 'shipped product'.
We have over 6Mill USD confirmed online orders.
We have had our share exchange shut down by SEC
All mined btc are being logged.
We are awaiting new batch of chips from eASIC - stated openly by Ken.

Now think about the last point. eASIC monitor this thread. They are intimately woven into this story. Do you think they would allow a statement like that to stand if it were untrue?
They would shut this thread down in a day if anything substantial like that were fabricated - they have a huge reputation in the silicon industry to maintain.

So every post from Ken which mentions in the passing anything to do with eASIC is fact. So the fact is, we are awaiting chips.

Now stop letting the Trolls wind you up guys. We are going to be grinning from ear to ear very soon.

I recall the post but it didn't say eASIC engineers it said 'our engineers'. Well the post I read said that anyway.

I was recommended to ACtM
by whom? do you realize you probably bought their shares?

By someone I know personally and who still has their shares...well, Ken has them.  Cheesy
913  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 06:40:37 PM

Minerpart, whose account are you?  As soon as this account got out of noob jail, it started pimping Active Mining.  What's up with that?

Are you serious? I've been on here for four months. Regularly for four months. Not four HOURS like you you sad-case.

 Roll Eyes

I was recommended to ACtM, so I bought shares and signed up to this forum. I think that is pretty usual behaviour.
914  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 06:20:06 PM
how the world actually operates.

So the court case raised by the SEC which is currently on-going and involves Options offers to the US market from an un-licensed broker is not the real world in operation? You should get your head checked.  Cheesy
915  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 06:10:20 PM
We really need something substantial from Ken at this point.

I disagree. We are still on schedule on the amended time-scale. You are just piling on pressure for no reason. January is the month for full delivery on this project. You know we are currently waiting for the new batch of chips. Relax.
916  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 05:35:38 PM
The last laugh will be on all you little Trolls when the big news comes out and we don't re-list until after the fact.

Get your wallets out. Oh and remember what your dirty little game amounted to for you. Zilch. If you left this thread alone you might have been able to make some money here. lolly lolzy lols.

Also, minerpart, please explain to me how the IPO offer on the first page is a legally binding contract of anything on this rinky dink forum?? The man can go and change the wording of it to imply anything at his whim.

Honestly, I can't be bothered, you are not prepared to listen.
918  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 04:55:07 PM
entrophy it seems you are confused.

The other day we were talking about a specific, non-fraudulent, breach of legislation -  one is being prosecuted by the SEC right now on a 'fine punishment' basis.

Today we are talking about fraudulent taking of peoples issued shares. That is a far more serious offence and would be prosecuted with a prison sentence as the outcome.
919  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 03:58:36 PM
knybe, what are you on? The IPO is on page 1. Ken is bound to the share issue and div split as detailed in the prospectus. If he dishonestly breaches that pledge he will go to prison, end of, period. No ifs and no buts. Please get you perspective back on this.
920  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] The Official Active Mining Discussion Thread [Self-Moderated] on: January 04, 2014, 03:21:00 PM
I would interpret the 'tender offer' as the whole process of tendering BF shares to ACtM and the relisting of them on another exchange. Think SEC.

In other words, because BF was shutting down Ken was obliged to offer his shareholders a new home. That's the tender offer - it was not a compulsory scheme.
