901  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: September 22, 2022, 06:01:02 AM
So US is sending million 155mm shells, EU depleted their military stock reserves and about to loose heat during the winter, and Russia declaring mobilization. Like literally, what else needs to happen for people to stop pretending and start questioning that maybe, just maybe, this is much bigger than Ukraine??

Uhh, nobody is pretending that.  Ukraine is receiving aid from the rest of the world because they know what happens when a psycho gets away with invading another country.  If Putin were able to steam roll Kiev without any consequences, he wouldn't stop there.   That's literally why NATO exists - to stop the next ass hole that wants to see how many countries he can conquer.

If you remember before this all started Russia drew up it's security concerns and requested written reply from US, think it's now safe to assume what kind of finger was drawn on a paper that U.S. ambassador, John Sullivan handed back to Moscow.

Oh boo hoo.  The US wouldn't let Putin dictate who was allowed to join an alliance that Russia is not a member of.  That's how alliances work.

Clearly US didn't take Russia's concerns seriously, as a final attempt to show that this is an existential threat for Russia Putin did more posturing, he sent a column of tanks directly to Kyiv. At that point all of EU knew just how serious the situation was, that this is an existential threat for Russia and RU is willing to make it's last stand over this, thus no one in EU expected for US to enable UA to just start taking out that column.

There was no existential threat for Russia. There might be now though.  You can put 100% of the blame on Putin for that.  And what is "this"  Russia needs to annex a piece of Ukraine and then what?  You think Ukraine won't continue on the path to joining the EU and eventually NATO?  You think NATO won't continue to be more unified than almost any other point before February?  How about the two countries that joined NATO in direct response to Putins decision to attack Ukraine?  You think the rest of the world will just forget the weaknesses in the Russian military that have been exposed in the last 6 months?  Putin already failed.
902  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: September 21, 2022, 07:36:02 PM
Is that a process where you elect your representatives

Exactly.

toppled in colored coup if not favored by USA?

Unlike dictators, elected officials are supposed to have accountability, and may even be forced to resign if they try sketchy shit like passing authoritarian laws. If USA doesn't favor authoritarians that's probably a good thing but to each their own.

OK; so you're fine if USA topple other country presidents...why you then object if Russia try to topple Zelensky?
Or do you consider USA exceptional in some way? Why it was OK when Trudeau passed authoritarian laws?
He's right next to your border, it would be easy to send US army and replace him

Ukraine ran their own president out of the country because he was working for Putin instead of Ukraine.

Putin tried to take Kiev with his military.

There's a difference.

No, I'm talking about the war in Ukraine.

Putin wants Ukraine to be Russia.  That's what makes it an existential threat to Ukraine.  If Ukraine didn't fight, there would be no more independent Ukraine.  If Russia stopped fighting, there would be no more war - but Russia would still exist.

Putin fooled you.  He claimed there was an existential threat at the beginning of the war, when he thought he had the power to topple Zelenskys government,  to justify his decision to invade but the reality is if he wouldn't have invaded NATO wouldn't be expanding as quickly and Ukraine wouldn't be fast tracked to join the EU.  Do you really think Russias existence depends on whether or not Putin is able to annex a few regions in the South and East of Ukraine?  Because that's all that's left.  Use your brain.

Zbigniew Brzezinski: "without Ukraine, Russia ceases to be a serious power"
Since collapse of Soviet Union, USA played by Brzezinski words

I guess Russia isn't a serious power than.  They're the ones attacking Ukraine.

for Russia the stakes are existential

No.  For Ukraine the stakes are existential.  Not Russia.

Russia is invading Ukraine.

You're talking about communist utopia kind of world.
In real world, there are only select few countries with UN veto power, and they play by different rules.
USA didn't see Russia as partner after collapse of Soviet Union, but as defeated side in cold war.
We're now looking at consequences, as Russia doesn't seem willing to play that role

In his latest televised interview he was talking about how inflation barely went up at all from 8.2% to 8.3%. I really think he doesn’t understand it and thinks that means prices were only increasing 0.1% because that’s how much the inflation rate went up. I genuinely believe he doesn’t understand even the most basic inflation reading. Whether that’s because he’s an idiot lifelong politician or he’s just suffered a massive cognitive decline, who knows.

Biden is actually making a logical, simple point.  Inflation can be measured over periods of time other than a year.  And he also went into detail about how many products like food and homes and cars went up by more than .1%, but other things like gas went down, leaving us with a 0.1 consumer price index increase for August.  (That means inflation)  It's political spin, yes, but it's not irrational the way you've been told to think it is.

Here's the CPI monthly change for 2021 and 2022

You can see the last two reports, 0 and 0.1 are clearly a sudden change from the previous months.  And it's a good change.

You can read more about inflation and how it's calculated here: https://www.bls.gov/cpi/

Wait I forgot, this is a Trump thread.  None of you guys are going to understand any of what I just typed are you...fuck.

Here's a picture to look at:

Some people won't understand why Putin invaded Ukraine until it's in a coloring book and even then unless it's a woke coloring book it would be ignored.  It's really not hard to understand, but you must first come to grips with the idea that the USA doesn't always do everything fairly and we take actions on others we wouldn't tolerate in return.  Those blindly stuck in the brainwashed state that Joe Biden isn't running our country off a cliff will never understand.  They're too busy in defense mode and brainwashed to believe whatever lies they're told.

You've been clicking too many BADecker links.
909  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unprecedented political raid on Trump/Redacted affidavit/etc. on: September 19, 2022, 08:02:54 PM
^^^ Trump had declassified the other docs.

At this point it's pretty clear that's a lie.  Here are a few reasons:

- There's no evidence he declassified them.
- He's only made that claim off the record.  In court, where lying has real consequences, no claims have been made that the documents were declassified.
- Dozens of former Trump staffers, including 3 of his chiefs of staff had said there was no standing order to declassify anything.
- I don't think any former staffers have backed up his claim.
- It's Donald Trump.

Don't be so gullible.

And if Trump were innocent don't you think PrimeNumber7 would be coming up with something better than "You really don't know what Clinton, or Obama took because their houses weren't raided by their political opponents." to defend him?
910  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is a scam - I lost my money for ''Money laundering'' on: September 19, 2022, 05:10:29 AM
What's not money laundering?
I tried to find a definition:
Money laundering is the illegal process of making large amounts of money generated by criminal activity, such as drug trafficking or terrorist funding, appear to have come from a legitimate source.
Money laundering is the process of concealing the origin of money, obtained from illicit activities such as drug trafficking, corruption, embezzlement or gambling, by converting it into a legitimate source.
Money laundering is the processing of these criminal proceeds to disguise their illegal origin.
An abundance of black money leads to the origin of several illegal practices, and money laundering is one such process to disguise the source of such funds.
Money laundering is the practice of making money that was gained through criminal means, such as smuggling weapons, look as if it came from a legitimate business activity.
The intention of money laundering is to make illegally obtained money appear to come from a legitimate source.
Money laundering refers to a financial transaction scheme that aims to conceal the identity, source, and destination of illicitly-obtained money.
the crime of moving money that has been obtained illegally through banks and other businesses to make it seem as if the money has been obtained legally
Those definitions all have one thing in common: the money has to come from an illicit source. Simply depositing and withdrawing doesn't mean the source was illicit, and even trying to hide your money flows from blockchain analysis doesn't mean it's money laundering.

If I'd want to launder stolen money through a casino, I'd make one large high risk bet (say x10). If I win, I can prove that 90% of my money came from being very lucky at a casino! If I lose, I move on to the next casino.
So anyone betting $100k in one bet and winning $1M could very well be laundering money! Anyone losing $100k and abandoning their account could very well have attempted to launder the money! But someone who deposits and withdraws a couple hundred bucks doesn't mean he's he's laundering the money, and even if he would try that way, it wouldn't do him any good.

I guess casinos don't investigate users who lose $100k and leave Shocked

By "what" I meant "what did op do".  Seems likely that he's mostly full of shit.  I believe his funds are locked, but obviously he's not telling anywhere close to the whole story.  Someone who believes they're innocent doesn't create multiple threads only to share a few vague details.

I detect some cognitive disorder, do you read what you type? Even if we try to follow your logic, you do realize that "most" means over 50% right?

Actually 'most' just means the greatest amount, which doesn't necessarily mean over 50%.

If you have 5 apples, BADecker has 6 apples, and I have 7 apples...I have less than 50% of the apples, but still the most.

That being said, I think more than 50% of Russians revere the Soviet Union.  Up until recently (when Putin went all Stalin) I believe Stalin had a higher approval rating than Putin, in the high 70% area.

That would almost be like Hitler having a higher approval rating than Angela Merkel in Germany with the main difference being their evil sociopath that murdered 10's of millions of innocent people lost the war while Russia won the war.

Haha you're really fishing here, you mention it and yet claimed yourself that you don't believe that such definition (for non binary choice) is applicable here Grin "A" for the effort! I mean right, we forgot all about the support for the head of Red army Trotsky (who was Ukrainian btw)

Ha you're really fishing there.  Trosky died almost 100 years ago.  We're talking about Russians still idolizing Stalin today.
912  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unprecedented political raid on Trump/Redacted affidavit/etc. on: September 18, 2022, 11:18:16 PM

I mean, yeah, I guess we can't say with absolute certainty that Trump was the first president to steal classified documents on his way out of office and then keep them in his basement as a civilian..  Just the first to get caught.  But, I think it's a pretty safe assumption to make that no other president has done that, especially at the scale Trump did.

Here's the rest of the quote from Barr on Fox News:

Quote
“And how long is the government going to try to get that back? They jaw bone for a year. They were deceived on the voluntary actions taken. They then went and got a subpoena. They were deceived on that, they feel, and the facts are starting to show that they were being jerked around. And so how long, you know, how long do they wait?”
You really don't know what Clinton, or Obama took because their houses weren't raided by their political opponents.

I suppose it's possible Obama stole a bunch of sensitive documents and got away with it because National Security was not taken seriously while he was in office.  I think it's more likely Obama didn't steal anything though.  But agree, who knows?

The specific location the documents were stored in was the same location that classified documents were stored in when Trump was President. The entire compound is under 24/7 secret service protection, and the location in question is likely more secure than many SCIFs, including the one in Hilary Clinton's closet. There was no urgency in getting the documents back. There is no reason why the government couldn't have sought to enforce the subpoena.

No, a SCIF is more secure than Trumps basement/floor of his closet/desk drawer at a country club that has been known to be infiltrated by foreign agents and membership requires a big check, not a security clearance.

Recovering stolen documents classified at the highest levels is and urgent matter of National Security.

The government did seek to enforce a subpoena.  Trump pretended to comply - returned one envelope of classified documents and had his lawyer and former OANN anchor certify that there were no more classified documents on property.  I've already explained all this to you, keep up.

So let's recap your worldview:

- Universe was created by God in six days
- Plants existed on Earth before the Sun was formed
- Earth is 10,000 years old
- the Bible is the word of God
- snakes can talk
- slavery is good
- women need to be controlled/owned by men
- human zygotes have the same rights and protections as human beings
- killing for adultery is justified
- kiiling of gays is justified
- Russia did not invade Ukraine
- Ukrainians are Nazis
- Trump is the current president of the USA

Did I miss anything?

Yep, you missed the most important thing. You missed the 'thank you' for informing you about what's really going on in the world. Of course, your little recap is brief enough that it is easily missing a lot. But you should even be paying me for helping you finally get some of it right.

Cool

I would also like to thank af_newbie for informing BADecker what's really going on in the world.

917  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 18, 2022, 12:06:32 AM

September monthly bonus has been sent by Stake today. Surprisingly, I have received less than $200 with almost $400k wager. I had received more than $100 from the previous monthly bonus with $85k wager only. My gameplay activity is same as it was in the previous month. I have played in-house games, slots and placed bets on sports event too. Didn't expect such low bonus amount from the monthly

It's really beyond my expectation because we think you will get more than $300 but will it be possible because you got profit in your game last month? we know stake has applied different formula for bonus since few months ago.

By the way how much is the base bonus for Platinum 3 ? I am platinum 1 and my base bonus is $50

There is no such thing as a base amount. My platinum 2 account got 12$.

So your base amount is $12, assuming you didn't play.

When someone says he has base 50$ for plat 1 and I have 12$ for platinum 2 you cannot talk of base amounts, my level is higher so my "base" should be higher obviously.
Yet another smart post from you. Business as usual.

It seems like the base bet is not based solely on VIP level, but also recent action.

A plat 2 that wagered $6k over the past 6 months is likely going to have a lower base amount than a plat 2 that has been wagering 60k a month for the past 6 months - and if both players wager 0 next month, I would expect the second player to still receive the higher base amount.

You claimed a couple months ago that you don't play at Stake any more.  If that's still the case, and you got $12, then $12 is the base amount, which, imo is generous.
918  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: September 16, 2022, 09:52:18 PM
^^^ Since you jokers don't seem to realize what is happening, I'll break it down for you. It's quite simple.

Russia is being pushed beyond what she wants. The result will be world war. Ukraine will be the first to go.

They already invaded Ukraine.

First they tried to take Kiev and overthrow the government, but lost that battle and had to retreat.

They decided to regroup and only occupy the East.

They were able to occupy most of the east for the past 6 months, but now the land is being taken back by Ukraines smaller, but smarter and more efficient military.

what she wants

lol

I bet your mother rolled her eyes when she saw that Russian flag hanging up over your bed.

40k is a lot of money. If you really believe you have a case, you can contact this lawyer below:

https://lms-advocaten.com/en/lms-curacao-gaming-lawyers/

He is based in Curacao and was successful in other cases against curacao bookmakers:

https://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbooks-industry/3614587-1bet-com-scam-account-closed-all-money-confiscated.html

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's the lawyer that was working with Game-Protect, in which case it will most likely be a nightmare dealing with him and he should not be trusted with any of your personal information.  He will waste tons of your time, hit you up for money over and over, and when you figure out he's full of it he will threaten to dox you if you speak out against him on the forum.
