941  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: July 16, 2018, 10:58:23 AM
Certainly it can improve your winning chances but for certain games, I believe that some people are naturally gifted.

When I told my friend about card games I was playing on a website, his first reaction was making a friend of his play on it who rarely looses any match offline. That friend made his living with this , he had financed the education of his brothers and other importnat things in the family using the money he won. So, he is one such talented guy, practice will make him sharper.
942  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you play loteries ,did you won something on: July 16, 2018, 10:36:50 AM
A typical lottery is illegal at the place I live and thus I have not participated in it. However, I had played games like Tambola, is is also a kind a lot lottery if you see. As you have to spend some initial money in the form of ticket. If you get a good ticket (are lucky), you can win prizes like houseful and all.

Also, when I was a kid, we purchased a ticket for lottery in local club and won some prize as well.
943  Other / Meta / Re: Hacked and Changed Email addresses Account using Yopmail accounts on: July 15, 2018, 03:47:05 PM
This is quite unusual. I am leaving a comment here and will check for bug related to this information. Will update this thread and inform the admin if I find anything useful. Op, are you sure that there is no fault of yours in this hack like clicking any link in your mail box or so ?

Also, it is strongly recommended that you remove the security question completely from your account. Can anyone with similar hack conform if he was also using a security question in the account ?
944  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think if Facebook releases its coin? on: July 15, 2018, 03:43:21 PM
I think that Facebook will release its coin in 2 years. This process is not as easy as many think. The product must be maximally good.

Every A,B,C company comes up with a new coin everyday and you say that a company like Facebook will need 2 years for this. And why do you assume that they are already not working on that coin ? One more thing, if they release any such coin, I am sure that it will be in some way integrated to FB.
945  Other / Meta / Re: Limit to new accounts every month on: July 15, 2018, 03:41:00 PM
KYC is a "know your cleints"/"know your customers" and means that every user would have to provide ID documents before they could use the site - something we definitely don't want here.

And the admin has also spoken against it already so we should not waste time discussing it.

Coming back to your suggestion OP, it is not practical as :

1) It hampers the growth of the forum. Forums spend huge money on promotion to get new members and you want this forum to limit the number of members ?

2) Someone mentioned above that if there are limits like 2000 members per month, it would be bots competing for those accounts and not real people.

3) What do you think will happen to those who fail to join here ? They will got to alternative forums thus more competition for this forum.

There can be other ways to control bot accounts like requiring users to make "n" number of posts per week or month. This will have to be implemented in wisely to prevent those posts from being automated as well.
946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoin To Buy Now? on: July 15, 2018, 03:30:03 PM
What altcoins are you guys picking up for cheap in this dip?
I mostly like the NEO & RIPPLE. cux  is increasing the price many times in these past few weeks. I believe when is price increasing again, it's will give me a big profit

Ripple has given the worst performance this year and I do not expect better of it now:

1) The owner said that they are working on making it decentralized but we see no progress being made there.

2) It was said that at the time of main net this year, prices will at least double but nothing of that sort happened either.

3) When we talk of crypto being used for payments, ripple is nowhere.

947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are. You leaving crypto? on: July 15, 2018, 03:27:50 PM
I do not want to leave the sphere of crypto currency. I am firmly convinced that this sphere will only develop, and grow more and more every day. With such market fluctuations, any person who left the crypto currency will sooner or later regret it.

Anyone who has tried crypto once will not leave it because:

1) Easy money: It is so easy to make money with crypto, you just need some money to start with and leave the rest on time.

2) Good returns: If we compare the returns given by crypto, there is almost nothing anywhere near to it.

3) Free options: In case, you do not have any money to invest, you can still earn crypto through various options like bounty.
948  Economy / Economics / Re: How much money are in the World? on: July 15, 2018, 03:18:02 PM
How much money are in the world? And how much money can Bitcoin be worth? in comparation to that.

There is no way one can count that. In addition to declared money, we will have a lot of hidden  money as well that people earned from corruption and various other practices.

Also, you will to count resources like gold in total wealth in the world and there is no way you can determine the unexplored gold in the world.  If we compare the share of bitcoins with total money in world, it will not be more than 5% in my opinion.
949  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be patient for your profit on: July 15, 2018, 03:17:28 PM
I understand the thought that you only believe those famous coin but that doesn't mean that if  coin is just new you dont trust them that much because sometimes even if its new it becomes successful

Of  course , some of the new coins will be successful and they can bring you lots of money. But the problem is how to identify such a coin as there are so many options.

For new investors, investing in coin like bitcoins is better. Once they get used to crypto world, they can make better decision about such a coin.
950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ban in india on: July 15, 2018, 06:22:57 AM
The current ban on Bitcoin-rupee trading in India is very controversial.

RBI decision is not based on market sentiment or thorough research. For domestic cryptocurrency exchanges, it causes many different issues. Most platforms have transitioned to a crypto-only trading business model to survive.

Indian authorities are taking note of the repercussions caused by this blanket ban on trading. Local sources claim the government is contemplating a different approach. Labeling cryptocurrencies as commodities appear to be the new potential outcome.

Labeling crypto currencies as commodities  will cause a lot of problems and will limit the growth of bitcoins. That is completely against the basic concept of bitcoins.

I think that government should take its time to understand the concept and basics of bitcoins, hire some experts for this and then come up with final verdict. Changing decisions in future as they have done in case of demonetization gives a very poor impression.
951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Like Facebook, will Twitter welcome blockchain?? on: July 15, 2018, 06:13:14 AM
Twitter strongly supports blockchain. This is evident from the openness of twitter to crypto currency while the technology underlying crypto currency is blockchain technology. Maybe one day twitter will switch to blockchain technology in running the project. Blockchain technology is proven to facilitate human activities so I'm sure the longer the more people who want to adopt this technology. I also believe if twitter has adopted blockchain technology then most likely will also create a coin of crypto currency for use on the twitter. Of course this will be an advantage for twitter.

If Twitter decides to go against crypto, it will affect the crypto community very badly. This is because Twitter has played an important roles in promotion of coins and all new projects use it. It has also been the medium for celebs to share their crypto investments with their fans.

However, I do not think that Twitter is going to ban crypto. They are struggling with their own growth and thus cannot take such harsh steps currently.
952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TIPS to be come victorious in bitcoin on: July 15, 2018, 06:10:43 AM
The best TIP I am going to give you is to get AML BitCoin. This coin cannot be hacked and the price is not determined by the government, is determined by the market.

This thread is about bitcoin and how to make good decisions in relation to t but you are promoting another coin that many have not even heard of.

Coming back to OP, here are some tips :

1) Patience is the most important trait required. The longer you can wait after investment, more will be your profit.

2) Invest only what you can afford to loose. If you invest more than that, you will not be able to follow point 1 .
953  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Huge potential earnings in bitcoin, still not interesting for others on: July 15, 2018, 06:05:59 AM
Some people don't know how to earn bitcoin that's why they are not interested, if they research about it and study it they could earn a lot of amount of money. They are just supine and lack of connectuon in internet that's why they are not interested about it.

True, at least in case of bounties, it is easy money without investment.

I think that majority of people are not at all aware of this earning opportunity and are thus missing on this fantastic option. For trading, I can understand that everyone does not have the required funds or does not want to take risk with own money.
954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is Bitcoin largely used on deep web? on: July 15, 2018, 06:03:54 AM
I have never accessed dark web and thsu cannot comment about the use of bitcoins there.

But from what I have heard of the kind of deals happens happen there, bitcoin is best suited for those deals. You just have to give a bitcoin wallet to the buyer and he sends you the money without getting any other information about you. In other payment system, you have to give information like email or bank details.
955  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: July 15, 2018, 05:54:02 AM
For me,the goal of bitcoin is almost achieve,we heard a lot of topics about bitcoin but to speculate its goal is not as easy as it is in our simple conversation, everything is at hand of everybody who believe on bitcoin and I am part of it,realization is almost at hand,we must have to work together for this purpose, not only about profit at hand but most of all,for the future.

How can goal of bitcoin be realized in such a short time ?  People get amazed by the growth of bitcoins from few cents to $19000 but that is not the ultimate goal of bitcoins. I think the developers wanted to achieve a lot of things with bitcoins :

1) They want even the weakest sections of society to benefit from it. If we see on that front, a lot  is to be achieved.

2) There are many other important things to coming up like BTC halving. These will affect the prices a lot.

956  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I learn trading ? on: July 14, 2018, 03:06:44 PM
I think you can start learning in the hitbtc, poloniex, binace exchange, for us there are also many new coins, so you will more easily get profit in a short time, with you waiting for the cheap price and you can get the profit at a high price.

A new investor should always stay away from new coins because :

1) There is a lot of risk involved, Chances of making a wrong trade is more. If you make a big loss with initial trades , you may completely leave crypto.

2) Thus starting with a solid coin like BTC is a better idea. You will get less returns but chances of loss are minimal especially if you have some patience.
957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you actually use Bitcoin? on: July 14, 2018, 02:59:22 PM
yes i am using bitcoin in a lot of ways . I use bitcoin primarily for investing in different investment platforms online . and also i use it for trading which is the main coin used for buying altcoins . I also use bitcoin to pay for my bills from electricity , water and many more . I use bitcoin to support my family with their financial needs because of bitcoin i can easily earn profit from it.

You pay your electricity and water bills with crypto ? That sounds to good to be true ? Which country is that ?

I cannot expect this to happen even in next 100 years in my country. However, if I open some retail store here, I will surely accept payments in crypto.
958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin isn't a legit currency. on: July 14, 2018, 02:55:04 PM
because bitcoin has not been recognized by all countries. and the value of bitcoin is very volatile so it is not possible to make a valid currency in this period. and bitcoin users are dominated by some groups and communities who understand about technology so it is very difficult to make crypto a legitimate currency.

Do you think you need to go out in the market and buy things with the currency allowed in your country. Literally everything can be purchased online and there are ways to exchange your crypto for any currency. This is because crypto is in use all over the world. Majority of the countries still allow it as they understand its value.
959  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India closes doors for Crypto Currency on: July 14, 2018, 02:53:33 PM
Let's get some facts right:

- RBI (Reserve Bank of India) has not banned crypto. It has adviced the banks to stop providing services to people and exchanges dealing with crypto.
- This means holding and trading crypto is legal. But you need to use alternate ways for making the trades (P2P trades, local bitcoin, cash etc).
- In fact most crypto exchanges are still operational and have switched to crypto-crypto trading or P2P model for crypto-fiat trades. These remain operational as of today.
- Crypto exchanges have filed petition against RBI's banking ban in Supreme Court and the case is to be heard during this month.
- Some recent reports suggest that government is not considering a blanket ban on crypto, but their main concern is money laundering. Hencd they're considering to regulate the space, declare crypto as commodity and allow trading with strict KYC & AML policies.

Crypto is far from dead in India.

1) That is an indirect way to discourage crypto. They do not make laws and thus cannot make crypto illegal.

2) Alternate ways could be next target of RBI.

3) I have hopes from court. Even if they ban everything, they will give sufficient time to all to exit.

960  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My small advice about crypto market on: July 09, 2018, 11:46:23 AM
Many people are still hesitant between trade and hold. In my opinion, Investment is different from speculation is that you spend time and knowledge for it. When you trust and understand, you will not be afraid of the volatility of the market. It's an investor or a HOLDER. It's very good, but I think you get to know the market, trade, the cycle of market so you can be an investor, a smart holder.
"Don’t be a blind bull. ALL markets are cyclical. Don’t be afraid of pullbacks or market crashes – that’s where you can make the most money"

That is why I advice all crypto investors to :

1) Invest in a coin only after doing proper research regarding past performance and upcoming changes or developments.

2) Invest only  the amount of money they ca afford to loose. This will help them remain patient.

3) Invest in solid coins only in the beginning.
