Ive never understood what antivirus progs are needed for. Id use it if i had a kid maybe. I used to have on my desktop but that was years ago. I dont even remember the name
Right? I don't understand what people do in order to get these viruses/trojans/etc. - it's common sense, really I unboxed a netbook for a co-worker & set everything up....ONE WEEK LATER she had 500+ infections. Another co-worker gave me her laptop & there are over 1500 infections. FIFTEEN. HUNDRED. I CAN'T EVEN QUARANTINE THEM with MWB (I can remove them but the POS spits out a stale cigarette smell so I've been procrastinating) Ransomware - how are people even getting ransomware nowadays? What are you doing/visiting/clicking? I just don't understand  |

Even if you suffer from paralysis, try to keep a dream journal updated every morning A notepad, book, paper, etc. by your bed - upon waking, write down everything you remember. Over time, you'll notice your dreams become more and more vivid...this can help with nightmares, lucid dreaming, so possibly it could help you as well, even though sleep paralysis occurs at a different 'layer' of sleep. Now I'm curious to see if it'd affect this condition I have dream journals documented online from years ago.....some of them could be hollywood blockbusters, they're so detailed and I still have 'flashbacks' as if they were real memories from..this plane  Journaling has caused me to prefer spending time in dreamland rather than reality...it's really hard to describe how much of an impact they've had. I can share some crazy dreams if anyone is curious, but I don't want to derail the thread. Maybe a new one? Everytime I realize it is a dream is when the dream feels being boring to me. When I realize then I start to fly. And when I do this it normally ends with awakening because flying somehow eats energy. It's like having to push you away from earth. When I prevent that then I forward dreaming though I get unconscious fast. An idea how to keep it? Yeah lucid dreaming is hard - I've only kept it lucid a few times; usually reach the point to where I realize I can control it then get excited and wake up. There are a few guides online, but you should definitely read a few to figure out what method (or a mixture) would feel right for you |

Thanks for the heads up. I am looking to switch from bittrex because their policies encourage scam coins. Specifically it is pretty easy to get a coin on there, and when the volume drops (as it eventually does for nearly any alt coin at some point or other) they are quick to delist the coin. This means that if you want to buy and hold a coin that you think is promising, you can not do so on bittrex unless you want to check the status of the coin frequently.
like dnet or hire..... or EDRC...they'll have ~100BTC volume trading on any random day, just buying and selling their own coins...  |

Yup, if a USB has data stored onto it, and doesn't have room to breath, it'll slowly corrupt itself as it attempts to survive in such an environment. OP, I'd dig those sticks up ASAP. Print out your wallet and stick the paper inside a book, or hang it on your wall behind your clothes |

Saw a lot of hate toward Xapo in the community, what don't you like about it.
Personally I never used it.
In a few words, people hate Xapo because of trying to create equivalent of a bank in cryptocurrencies world, but idea of Bitcoin is to fight with decentralization. This is the main conflict. So why isn't Coinbase hated as much? Or is it? I don't follow people's opinions on such matters, for logical reasons |
