For more than a few months HadBear has not made a post. Do you not want to give me a position to participate in this campaign. Why you are giving pressure to the manager? DO you think this project opened for a single person? If the manager needs a person then s/he will post about that. ANd you have no guarantee that you will be accepted on the campaign there might have a lot of reputed person than you and they might be accepted rather than you. As a legendary member, you should know about this. So, be patience. Some rando' shitposting pajeet complaining, quite amusing. Accepting him would crush the reputation of this campaign, to say the least. I see nothing surprising here as this kind of behavior constitutes the very definition of the person behind the alias HostFat. It always did. HostFat has moderated the Italian section for over 7 years, and I can recall few complaints and no unethical actions. I think that you're biased against him because of his support of BCH, and while I strongly disagree with him on that, I haven't seen any mod abuse related to this from him. I was referring to the Roger Ver DT shenanigans i.e. abuse of position, not necessarily his moderator position. I'll leave it at that as this would deviate from the topic on hand. |

My rating is legitimate, and I don't recall theymos telling me anywhere that it isn't. Anyhow, he "gave away control" of the system for a reason. I don't know where you're getting this certainty of what "will" happen..

Without knowing anything else about this case, I'm just going to assume that you were ranting about Lauda and/or DT in a thread that had nothing to do with them, your rant was deleted because it was off topic, and now you're complaining because in your mind the "Lauda/DT issue" affects the whole forum and is therefore on topic in any thread (again, only in your own mind). Am I warm?

Personally I feel that given what has been stated here, HostFat should no longer be a moderator on this great forum because he does not possess the required/expected attributes and etiquettes.

I just rebuilt my Linux node machine recently. A full DL of the blockchain took a full week. Fortunately storage is so cheep that I was able to go with a 3 Terabyte HD. That should hold me for a few years. I like having a dedicated machine like this. I usually shop on a different computer and spend from my node for additional privacy.
Weak connection or weak hardware.  Last time I checked on a dedicated machine it took me maybe half a day for a full sync (probably less). |

Seems OP got tag from Parodium for below reason without reference link. Spamming me in broken English on Telegram, then lying to me. I am not sure someone should tag on bitcointalk due to spam on telegram since admin isn't encourage to tag spammer even spam on forum. So how OP deserve red tag for spam on telegram? Also I can't see any reference link why OP got tag. Also I am not sure Parodium newly added on DT? I can't check also who have added him since I am using mobile. Is it right to tag someone for broken English and spam on telegram? Yes. Stop thinking that harassment isn't untrustworthy behavior and that people should censor their own defense against such. I tend to warn people several times before acting on it over there, but that very rarely helps. |
