I'm a little worried, we can't know when he's going to heaven. We support and run campaigns to get people to support him, but what if he leaves before we reach our goal? We need something to ensure that he still gets this money even when he's gone, it's good to make sure what we do is not pointless. I know many people who think the same though, we need a solution, or some way proposed but I don't know?
I have a feeling Bruno probably already set things up so that this is taken care of in such an event, but it is hard to know unless he chimes in. If I was in his position I would put aside some instructions along with my will to make sure it is taken care of, but who knows. As per his last update he should yet be in the hospital going through his unwilling quarantine for Coronavirus, as it would mostly be 14 days at minimum as per I know. I would go with pretending on him already having something planned out of those funds. |

It is normal practice to do fundraising by selling stuff and to donate all collected funds. There is nothing wrong about it, would you 2 please stop acting like 2 complete morons about this? I don't even think that it is legit to damage elmanchez further trades with not only red but those alarming neutrals too. As DireWolfM14 said in the faith of the current pandemic and economic instability everywhere it's wise to expect a delay even from an honest and faithful person. Although there are no such previous experiences of high risk with the user.

I think the first one I remember was something to do with avatars. Avatars were re-enabled on April 1st after being disabled for a years, but everyone had a joke avatar for that day and they could then be changed the day after to whatever you wanted. Or am I misremembering/getting confused with something else?

Please keep me away from it, I have asthma, diabetes, heart disease which appear to be more vulnerable to becoming severely ill with the virus.
Also, more veteran or higher level members should consider posting less today as old users are more vulnerable and could carry high risk.

May be North Korea A country that shot dead its first Coronavirus carrier can do anything inhumane. DPRK has the entire internet blocked. Literally. I would agree they don't even seem to allow access to it to common citizens which is equal to blocking it totally and would never lead to much of there activity on bitcointalk.
For people from Russia, is it enough to change your DNS, or VPN/Proxy/Tor is needed?
VPN/Proxy/Tor. I'm using Coudflare DNS but it useless to bypass censorship. It's pretty sad from an mod here, looks like this would drastically reduce the traffic and internet of the people's in the crypto industry there. Sad news though. |

Never in the history of this forum have impersonators received neutral ratings for trying to defraud somebody else. By looking at his post history I don't think he attempted to scam anyone or defraud. But I could understand your negative viewing of every situation due to your inner negativity. It seems that the max recipient limit for your account should be 30 recipients per PM as per described in the limits by theymos and you would probably extend it to the same amount even if you get whitelist by any staff, it would still remain 30. Better option would be contacting theymos directly.
I would agree, not going with off forum platforms as an alternative as it would decrease the credibility of the forum in running friendly casino games here and don't think many of them are willing to go off that way.
