641  Economy / Reputation / Re: P2PB2B - resolving "scam alerts" and misunderstandings on: November 28, 2019, 05:32:57 PM
By looking at the accusations against your exchange, I think it would hardly take you some years to solve this all or probably never.

Just a good luck from me for your fake fight !
The same can be said for pretty much any exchange; don't let your bias cloud your judgement and let them try to resolve their issues rather than attacking them for trying.

I am glad they are trying to address the issue here rather than rebirthing again with another project. But they are engaged in showing fake volumes of cryptos on there exchange which is simply not common for any decent exchange.

643  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitcasino.io complaint - Am I Wrong? on: November 26, 2019, 08:42:11 AM
I think it's at the bad side of the casino if it is putting up some attractive titles and rewards for it's users after reaching some amounts of bet and after reaching it, the rewards are nothing.

Here's a strategy that might help in the future; stop gambling or stop complaining that a casino is taking your money.  Pick one.

I don't think its wrong to complain about a casino if it's a flaw from it's side.
644  Economy / Reputation / Re: "ExtStock" Exchange listing token with Fake team & plagiarized whitepaper. on: November 26, 2019, 08:22:52 AM
Flag supported.

I agree, an exchange trading a scam token is just greedy overall and is not acting on its users interests. It's more than risky to trade on such exchanges.
645  Economy / Reputation / Re: [REF] Review for booogabooo u=1797062 on: November 26, 2019, 08:11:40 AM
booogabooo looks like a shill account for sure, not only from the loan requests he is posting recently but due to his support towards a ponzi or scam token AskBrains.

The token he is referring to as an collateral has an ANN thread here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5165263.0

Most of the accounts posting on that thread are already busted for offering bumping services. You can check more details here.

I even think the account is also a part of the same ring and just trying to pull some BTC dust out by asking stupid loans. Pretty lame way of scamming.
646  Economy / Reputation / Re: Blurryeyed - Yobit Vigilante Scam Hunter Superhero on: November 24, 2019, 07:00:16 AM
Is that why he deleted all his Yobit shilling posts then do you think?.....

If admins or someone prove me wrong with a deletion log then I'll change it.

You accused him of something and you should have some proofs to it. I think @LoyceV can help you here.

But still I don't think neg tagging for promoting some project is an good use of trust system.
647  Economy / Reputation / Re: Blurryeyed - Yobit Vigilante Scam Hunter Superhero on: November 24, 2019, 04:11:14 AM
I don't think @dkbit98 deserves a tag for bumping Yobit thread in the past, nor its @blurryeyed's hidden agenda behind the tag. Both of them seems right at there own place.

If you see, when the Yobit campaign started here there was a big wave of shilling accounts and the forum was in a bit mess. Good number of people already lost large sum of funds on the Yobit exchange and all the feedback heat was around as you can see @blurryeyed's posted large number of similar feedbacks and some of them are sure to be true. The feedback on @dkbit98, could be out of spite at the most.

It would be better if both the parties come to a mutual conclusion here, and I insist @blurryeyed to remove the neg feedback as OP is not an Yobit shill, nor I think he likes Yobit or promotes it.

Congratulations dude !
649  Economy / Reputation / Re: Unknown reason for scam warning in our thread on: November 19, 2019, 04:08:14 PM
The warning is shown as you have a red tag from a DT here, by looking at it, it seems to be for using shady marketing techniques to bump your projects exposure.

Anyways, just a tip, it's hard convincing a kitten to remove it's tag.
650  Local / India / Re: FAQs Regarding Bitcoin's Status in India | Newbie's guide on: November 18, 2019, 05:05:50 AM
But I have a question to ask to community, let's assume bitcoin was made illegal overnight then what could be the best way to cashout bitcoins?

You should understand no individual can stop the use of Bitcoin as it is a community powered crypto and all of its value depends on the demand and supply. So if the community is there, demand is sure to be and the usage will never be banned. So, no need to worry you can cash out Bitcoins in multiple ways even if its made illegal.

Can we use localbitcoin via western union or money transfer from another country traders?

Yes you can. Just contact the trader and inform him accordingly.
651  Other / Meta / Re: Help my account got hacked I need help recovering it. on: November 18, 2019, 04:28:36 AM
-snip-

All of this alts and getting banned doesn't matter as ban is personal and if the operator of the account was not the OP at the time of this it doesn't apply to him and hence he can recover his account. Your connections would be valid only if they are from before August 2018, before the password change.

About the email thing, OP could be unaware of what all was changed as he doesn't know much about it.

By paying attention at the merit history, you can easily track up the hacker, and he is surely not from Canada as per his posting style and him posting in Shri Lankan thread.
652  Other / Meta / Re: Help my account got hacked I need help recovering it. on: November 17, 2019, 04:00:27 PM
What, with the Alt account above and proof of Is it enough to prove you are lying, do I need to show your Alt account again out there.

Good info there.

But all of this doesn't matter if the account was hacked before the connecting stuff was posted. The accounts password was changed on  2018-08-06, and there is non prior crypto address posted.

After 2018-08-06 password change, the account started posting on the local Sri Lankan thread which surely indicates a change in hand after it.
653  Other / Meta / Re: Help my account got hacked I need help recovering it. on: November 17, 2019, 07:03:07 AM
I never made a signature because I  didn't understand anything about it.

There is a huge post gap between October 10, 2014 to February 25 2017 and most probably there is a chance of change in hands between the same time. Although, the email address doesn't seems to be changed as per bpip.

I see you have no crypto address posted before 2014, there is even a password change on 2018-08-06. I would suggest you going with recovery team. The account is banned for now.

Also, please move this thread to meta section, from the left bottom of this page by clicking on move topic. Suits better there.
654  Other / Meta / Re: Help my account got hacked I need help recovering it. on: November 17, 2019, 06:28:43 AM
I would suggest you following the instructions here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5089777.0.

This signing thing is confusing to me as well. I have never signed my account that got hacked, can it be recovered?

That just means, you ought to have access to the crypto address used by you, before the hacking incident. It helps in identifying if the user is the original owner of the account to the recovery team. ( You can also recover using registered email sometimes, but its case by case)

Hi Fifa, how do i know it is safe to post my stolen account name here. are you trying to help?

It would be more helpful for you if you post your username here, as it will make your account mostly unusable for the hacker due to the red tags. DT's here would act upon it and you can clear it up once to get the account back.
655  Other / Meta / Re: Rule #34 perhaps - Multiple bump topics on a single board should be consolidated on: November 17, 2019, 06:09:43 AM
What about the specific discussion around the topics, they would all just land up jumbled upon in the main consolidated thread.

Its good for marketplace, as the rule just states similar marketplace items to be listed together and not all threads started by the same person in the marketplace board.
656  Economy / Reputation / Re: Flag - "CryptoSparks" on: November 16, 2019, 09:07:18 AM
If you are interested on the funds currently managed by Arakne, is a little above 60k usd- but don't worry, is growing fast Smiley

A simple thing to be noted.

Even if you claim to have 60K USD + funds held, one should give its proof of holding by signing a message from the address. Still, even 60K $ is not an acceptable amount from a casino.

FUCK that telegram group if you want to show it as a matrix of your fund growing. STUPID MOVE!
657  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trolls, delusions, dramas and a lot more in Indian local board on: November 14, 2019, 08:00:49 AM
Lmao drama over choosing a white man as an escrow? Could it get any more logical for the selection criteria of an escrow?  I thought only the reputation mattered but today I learned, skin color does!

So Darkstar is White? I didn't know, I thought Canada has both Blacks and Whites. See, racists are spread across the globe. In India, the stupid caste discrimination is predominant, but there is no discrimination based on skin colour as in other parts of the world. Wiki page says that because of the British colonization, Indians favour fair-skinned people. So, I see no racists thoughts here.

It's less about racism and more about patriotism. I agree it's still silly to judge upon.
658  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trolls, delusions, dramas and a lot more in Indian local board on: November 13, 2019, 05:49:59 PM
I think suchmoon was just exaggerating the extent of trolling on the Indian local board.  If it was really wall-to-wall cryptohunters, I'm sure we'd see a lot more complaints coming from the Indian section.  Nobody could deal with that level of trolling for long without a cry for help.

Yes, suchmoon is even exaggerating his views on trolls by the examples he has given. Seriously, the board would at least be more active than it is now if the board was full of cryptohunters text walls. Just getting over myself.
659  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trolls, delusions, dramas and a lot more in Indian local board on: November 13, 2019, 05:18:14 PM
I was referring to a prolific walls-of-text troll who is well-known in Meta and other boards, and the fact that you seem to have many of such walls-of-text drama queens on the Indian boards.

It would more clear if you could point out some such trolls other than Rotten Egg in the board. It would be good to hear from nanny of the forum.
660  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting Mods to be a little careful before deleting my posts. on: November 13, 2019, 04:44:38 PM
If you edit the post after the deadline you can act on information that others can't act on. It doesn't matter if you win. Some cheaters don't win but that doesn't make it not a cheat.

I admit editing the post after the deadline is not a good way around, but it definitely doesn't mean I was willing to manipulate the game, I just participated to show interest.

So did HH allow you to edit the post after the deadline? It's funny how you dance around the key issue.

Yes, he said me to do so as the price was over lapping with another participant. You can makeup many ways of looking at the situation, but the only truth is none of me or HH had any shady intention behind it. One can make whatever theory's he wants over this like OP.

If some of the participant from the spiculation game thread think it was unfair, I would happily back out of the game and still support it fully.
