More interestingly NotATether's trust list looks totally based on some conspiracy too me and aimed towards having DT Crawling up motives. There are no solid or offical rules even for the most core features of the forum like usage of trust ratings and flags hence it is abused at max. You should expect an century of time for formation of some solid rules for alt coin ANN and Bountys on the forum. It would be better and helpful if we push some officialy written rules forum wide anyways.

Yes, it is an objectively ban-able offense but only when it is done due to some financial motivation, doing it unknowingly or unintentionally without having any motives to spam or harm the forum makes it reconsiderable and objectively not an offense in specific cases.

I was referring to generating signed message online with the help of private keys generated from https://iancoleman.io/bip39/, which doesn't seems to be a safe method due to the requirement of putting your private keys online.

You could try following the method mentioned by hosseinimr93. It seems to be the only way around as even I have experienced a similar issue before with blockchain.com.

You just need to set a pass phrase to your wallet from blockchain.com and put your passphrase here https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ to extract private keys to all the address linked to your wallet. And you can even easily sign a message with the help of your private keys online, but I would recommand going with the Electrum method for privacy.

You can even recover account without having access to a connected BTC address, by sending an e-mail from the registered e-mail id. There are previous cases of such account recoveries so it should not be an issue always.

I guess this would work if you could sign a message from that address you posted. It is pretty easy to sign a message if you are using Blockchain.com for it.
