Meme si PCL negocie avec les echanges decentralises sur lesquels il est liste, le retrait est franchement recommande.
Perso, quand je vois les frais de retrait sur Hitbtc, je pense que je vais attendre de voir s'ils ne supportent pas l'upgrade.

Pour ceux qui n'ont pas retire leurs PCL a temps, sachez qu'il n'est pas trop tard et que leur equipe verifie regulierement les transferts sortants des echanges.
Il est donc conseille de deplacer au plus vite ses PCL sur un wallet perso comme MEW si l'on veut recevoir les nouveaux tokens.
