because the first chips are coming and burnin opens the shop we have to decide to whom we will send the chips..
but the most important thing will be how long it will last from sending the chips to arriving the functional miner
therefore how much time do you estimate to make the miners (or how much could you make in one day? - because I think burnin will get to much to assemble and perhaps a long waiting list...)
The I'll have K16 board assembled and tested this week, then I'll start colecting orders. PCB delivery is 3 weeks Then assembly and test , about a week Any updates on working board and starting to collect orders ? Are the batch 1 chips still scheduled for eind of august ? Look like there is some delay on other group buy too. SebastianJu batch #1 which orderred on May 11, 2013 still not shipped. So let hope there is not too much delay from Bitsyncom. |

I've enabled a "Paypal by Manual Invoice" payment method now.
This is actually "By Check" in the system, but allows me to get the order on hold, and then send you a manual invoice on Paypal. Until I can get proper integration I hope this will suffice. It will just be a bit slower to finalize payment but you get your order into the queue just as quick.
Great. I have some suggestion, how about included the electronic component on the cart  Edit: I didn't read this Thanks for setting this up. Is there any chance you could put together an option for a K1 or K16 board with parts. I am guessing that there will be a lot of people interested in something like that as it would bring down the total cost.
I want to do that, and with an assembly guide. The problem is sourcing parts. I'd have to take pre-orders and then use that to do a big order, but at this time some items are completely sold out. I feel uneasy taking money not knowing if I can actually deliver kits for who know show long. But I do like the idea and would like to offer that. I guess in the end, if I can't get parts then neither can my customers on their own, most likely, so they don't really lose out. How does everyone feel about that? Pre-sell kits and then see where the chips fall? |

Update
As far the beta version of K16 is ready now.
I did ordered a new sample boards today.
And requested production and components prices update.
If everything works ok , I'll open ordering in Monday.
