All of ATX PSU is intended to use for building desktop PC not for mining purpose. So it's just normal if they come only with maximum 4 pcie cable(yes some beast come with 6 cable). For gaming desktop you can build SLI using 2 GPU card, that will use 4 pcie cable(2 each).
Instead of buying PSU that come with 8 pcie cable, it's will be cheaper to buy 2 PSU that come with 4 pcie cable for me.

Hi Zich, ok, thanks. I know binary chart, its part of my job to know it Its very clear for me, thx. edit: i tried: chip 0 and 1 are disabled now, thx Great

@Zich Do you know how to disable chip 0 and chip1 for a hex4m? Those two chips are not working right due to mailfunction in controllerchips. Marto said number 7 or 14 instead of 255, but only with 14 i can disable chip0 not chip1. How to calculate this? Hope u know The setting use binary numbering. 1 represent enable 0 represent disable Example: Chips numbering ==> 7654 3210 Decimal all chips enable ==> 0000 1111 15 all chips disable ==> 0000 0000 0 chip 3 disable ==> 0000 0111 7 chip 2 disable ==> 0000 1011 11 chip 1 disable ==> 0000 1101 13 chip 0 disable ==> 0000 1110 14 chip 0 & 1 disable ==> 0000 1100 12 For complete chart : Binary Chart

I am not so sure whether the switch position had impact to the system but i believe you should move it to 3G/4G. Since the default IP is 192.168.0.99, maybe after reset the ip will be 192.168.0.99 not 192.168.1.1. Failsafe Mode
- Set your computer's IP to 192.168.0.2, subnet 255.255.255.0 - Connect the TL-MR3020 to your computer via ethernet - Power on the TL-MR3020 - When the WPS button starts to blink: on BB (Breaking Barrier / trunk) move the sliding switch quickly from one side to the other. - Do this until the WPS button starts blinking faster. - The device is now in Failsafe-Mode - You may access it by using telnet 192.168.0.99
If you success then you can give command for full reset

Zich, This difficulty which i can use in the settings of several miners, what is it exactly for? i understand the difficulty of a mining pool, but when i look at it, this looks like its an another kind of diffuculty.
am i right here?
I guess the asic had the capability to filter the accepted nonce before send it to pool. This is similar to A1 asic. This feature will reduce amount of data sent to pool. But wrong setting on nonce timeout will make cgminer reset the asic. You will loose hash if it's reset every times 0 nonces return. So you need to see how long the nonce return to pool each time.

Ok I give up this makes no sense today maybe tomorrow i now see my error I need another usb hub, was using the one I have which is allready connected to my pc lol
|
|
|
Again sorry for that but please understand with posts in Bulgaria I have to spent about 3-4 hours to go there , wait on one desk, then wait to pay small handling fee, then go to 3-rd desk to get the sending.
Wow, 3-4 hour is very far . Guys, please do not send yours RMA unit or Asics using regular post service

compared to use tp-link 15 mins. why use windows?
Actually TL-MR3020 only used 2 minutes
|
|
|
Setup process for windows: 1. Download & install oracle virtualbox = 30 Minutes 2. Download & install Ubuntu = 1,5 Hour 3. Install additional dependencies for cgminer = 20 Minutes 4. Download & compile cgminer = 10 Minutes Overall process only 2,5 Hours Hey I do not feel masochistic right now Is there a naive user manual or how to available on topic? No It's clear enough

............
i suggest them to sell the miners only in combination with tp-link to create only the good experience
Sorry, i am disagree. I can easily buy TL-MR3020 here in my hometown. All computer store sell them with very cheap prices.

http://technobit.eu/0_3_8.rar* 0.3.8 * cgminer for hex BTC Miners - patch to cgminer 4.5.0 rev_07c57008cfae8e210248394c90645bb920895b7f.patch * cgminer for hex Scrypt Miners - patch to cgminer 4.5.0 srev_07c57008cfae8e210248394c90645bb920895b7f.patch * cgminer - Please configure pool worker difficulty for best results and less rejects. Work pool updates and pool diff changes are handled properly. The pool paid shares should be increased with 1-2% hopefully. This hack is not tested with pool load balance mode. In case you mine in load balance mode make sure to setup pool worker difficulty. * scgminer - Pending sync with cgminer rejects optimizations * openwrt updated to r41917

So where do you set the difficulty, looked and can't see the setting.
Difficulty is set on pool. But not all pool had this feature

i use same pc hosting some 750ti mining so the watt of pc doesnt count it run anyway
u really think a vm-ware player linux would run the hexa1 if windows cant? i ordered a tp-link 3020 now but want to get some mining going until it arive
Any virtual will work as long as you use linux as the os. I use oracle virtualboxBut my concern is you GPU mining performance may decrease.

got 3x 240 GHs HEX8A1 Coincraft A1 try get them running under windows hexminer link provide no file.... http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/498738/hexminer-A1-rar.htmldid try follow that guide https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=569689.0the ccminer see no devices did follow the guide and all troubleshoot hints why if windows isnt working do u promote it? just make it required buy that tp-link if thats the only stable way run the miner i didnt vote in this thread until yet lets see how u can support me first i suggest provide up to date mining software for windows Please calm down your self. There is many thing you need to know if you want to run the miner under windows: 1. If you choose to use HEXMINER software, then do not zadig the driver. HEXMINER use default driver provided by windows. If you zadig the driver, then you need to uninstall the driver and delete the driver. 2. cgminer compiled by farmdve need zadig to work. Sometimes you need to unplug the usb then plug again. Since the beginning, marto already stated that there is no cgminer for windows support(Don't ask for the reason). What available today is not official release from technobit but i believe marto had part on it. If you insist to run on windows, i suggest you to use virtual pc running linux. With proper setting the virtual pc only use additional 10 % resouces & they work great. I tried this already, but only for testing since PC use 200 watt. No, i am not linux man. I am windows man. I start learning linux at the same time technobit release their first product.

Each of them used about 9 - 10 A at 12V rail.
1 molex per miner, do not parallel the molex.

This image is not tested with HEXA and HEXC (Avalon 1 and Avalon 2) boards. Please be ready to downgrade if something is not working with HEXA and HEXC! * openwrt updated to r41679 * BE200 (HEXE) options * --hexminerbe200-options - asic_count:freq - default 16:300 * --hexminerbe200-asic-diff (default 0) - Allowed values are: 0 - diff 1, 1 diff 64, 2 diff 4096 and 3 diff 262144. Use 0 or 1 only. When using 1 make sure --hexminerbe200-nonce-timeout-secs is at least 120 secs! And your pool worker is configured properly, otherwise you are loosing hashes! * --hexminerbe200-skip-hw-res (default 1) - Do not reset chips log only instead.
