The silverfish hashes at the same efficiency rate as the A2.
All I see is 28 mhs for the silverfish.

oh geez...nvm. There's a difference between power efficiency and hashrate...you should do a little more research.

Also...the L3+ being sold for $2500 hasn't even been shipped from the manufacturer yet.

The only L3+ that anyone actually has possession of is being sold here in the market is listed for 5k...

I'd let my 2 fan L3 go for around $3000

I'm curious to know what you'll try and sell your L3 for once the L3+ ships

Honestly I'll probably raise my asking price.

it's really too bad I stopped growing...the mars lights are the best ones in existence.

What are you willing to pay for an L3?
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When your friend that cut you up about bitcoin now wants you to hook him up... on: April 30, 2017, 06:42:43 AM
well remember what ghandi said, first they ignore you etc...? this apply perfectly to bitcoin, those people that ignore it at first raising the unbelievable excuses that bitcoin is for terrorist that bitcoin is dead etc...

are the same people that later jump in the bull run when it's already too late, they are the so called fish, that help the whales make their dirty pump and dump

some of them don't even know that bitcoin is limited, and rare, and has a deflationary course

Ghandi never said that, it's a paraphrase.

Quote from: Mahatma Gandhi

Unfortunately for His Excellency the movement is likely to grow with ridicule as it is certain to flourish on repression.

[…]

It is for the nation to return an effective answer by organised non-co-operation and change ridicule into respect. Ridicule is like repression. Both give place to respect when they fail to produce the intended effect.

[…]

His Excellency resists the temptation to reply to his critics, meaning thereby that he has not changed his opinion on the many vital matters affecting the honour of India. He is ‘content to leave the issues to the verdict of history.’ Now this kind of language, in my opinion, is calculated further to inflame the Indian mind.

[…]

It will be admitted that non-co-operation has passed the stage ridicule. Whether it will now be met by repression or respect remains to be seen. Opinion has already been expressed in these columns that ridicule is an approved and civilized method of opposition. The viceregal ridicule though expressed in unnecessarily impolite terms was not open to exception.

But the testing time has now arrived. In a civilized country when ridicule fails to kill a movement it begins to command respect.

Quite relevant if I may say so myself.

Time and time again I've implied to those close to me that they should embrace bitcoin. And now...as it rises in all of it's glory they will be the ones with their mouths hung agape.

I'd love to take the vouch on this, but I'm in the US if that's too far I understand. Smiley

What type of stuff have you done, what kind of things can you do?

Is it mainly jewelry?

Will the crazyguy patch work on this you think? I wonder if they're going to release their whole lineup again with litecoin hardware.

753  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Antminer L3+ (Lot of 5) - May 5th Ship Date - UPDATED on: April 26, 2017, 02:27:24 AM
I got some L3+'s In stock in Hand in NY next day shipping available $5,000 each who wants one ? Grin
https://i.imgur.com/va1zCkJ.jpg

this is how you do it...

also thanks for the confirmation that bitmain has shipped these! I was concerned for a bit...

Had I the extra capital I'd pick one up...

Is there interest for these at 3k a pop?  I was scammed yesterday and may need to offload my May 5th units, not taking over this thread, just wondering.

If [ltc] keeps going up then yeah, 3k isn't so bad...but only as long as bitmain is all "backed up" on sales. If suddenly they catch up your premium cost is only worth shipping time difference.
754  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Antminer L3+ (Lot of 5) - May 5th Ship Date on: April 25, 2017, 10:40:44 PM
Nobody cares about the size of your Bitcoin...It's how you use it that counts.

And I'm not going anywhere.

You could be a saint and I'd still say it's a bad deal.
755  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Antminer L3+ (Lot of 5) - May 5th Ship Date on: April 25, 2017, 10:32:09 PM
Unlike you I don't sell futures...

And I'll place the 10BTC of trades I've made here against your 30 that unless Bitmain has shipped the miner then your post is in the wrong place.

You're asking for a loan with collateral you don't have, that you intend to default on.
756  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080 Ti mining OC and power? on: April 25, 2017, 07:36:33 PM
I'm trying to buy 1080 Ti, but there is a lot of available brands MSI, Gigabyte, Founders Edition,... which one do you recommend?
Thank you!

the founder edition blowers get really hot mining at stock speeds. So you need to have a case or cooling that is appropriate for the blower.
757  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Antminer L3+ (Lot of 5) - May 5th Ship Date on: April 25, 2017, 07:22:31 PM
he's selling either a digital product or asking for a no collateral loan.

he's trying to offload the trust he placed in bitmain onto someone...presumably a noob, so that he can purchase something else.

as he doesn't physically own the miners then this posting doesn't belong here.

so yeah, I'm going to not be polite about it.

Has bitmain even shipped any of these yet?

also I have a toothache. you have been warned.

so go ahead...

any sort of distraction is good right now.  Grin
758  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Antminer L3+ (Lot of 5) - May 5th Ship Date on: April 25, 2017, 06:27:03 PM
If you are not interested go play on someone else's thread.  I have done plenty of business with many people on this forum and they know who I am.   This thread caters to those people.

It is perfectly logical from my perspective.  I buy 15 units then sell a portion of them at a premium to ROI instantly.  Then I am mining free.

Well, if you are catering to the same people you've previously traded with...all what 8 of them? Then it might be more effective for you to just message them personally about your loan request. And to be honest the forum members you've previously traded with might actually be interested in that...

Once you have a physical good then you are more than welcome to sell it here.

Otherwise you're just opening a channel for you to scam some unsuspecting noob.

NO ESCROW NO ITEM? = SCAM

Also, please move your loan request to the appropriate channel so that you can get painted red as is appropriate.
759  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS - Antminer L3+ (Lot of 5) - May 5th Ship Date on: April 25, 2017, 04:56:56 PM
I have 5 Antminer L3+ for the May 5 Ship date I may possibly sell.  I have 15 total arriving.   I am firm on the details below and I am not looking to negotiate the terms.  If they do not sell it is not a big deal to me.

I am looking for $15,000 for the 5 units - in BTC.
I will ship the day they arrive to me.
I will provide a copy of the PAID invoice from my Bitmain Account to anyone serious in buying them.

I will pay for shipping CONUS.

I will NOT accept escrow.  I paid in advance and if you are not willing to pay in advance then no big deal, you can buy them elsewhere.

If someone wants to verify my identity, I will be happy to share my contact info for verification purposes as I have done on other large deals.

So what exactly are you selling?

The units which you don't actually possess? In trade for what...a bunch of text that you can fake?

The bitmain account that you can just recover?

No escrow?

To be honest...this sounds like one hell of a scam...buyer beware.

I thought better of you kilo...you're making yourself and everyone that's given you trust look bad.

Effectively you're asking for a $15k loan, which you intend to default on...and using objects you don't possess as collateral.

GTFO and come back when you have something physical.
760  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Sfards:SF100, the first 28nm Dual-Mode Miner is accepting pre-order now on: April 24, 2017, 07:01:13 PM
you're doing the lords work here...

btw...I almost bought that miner from russia...makes me wonder if there's more than 1 of them out there Wink

Ironically their only using what...55nm tech? Imagine what you could do with 7 or even 28nm
Um, check the 1st post here -- it is using 28nm.

Oh yeah, my bad. Thanks.
