1065  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 3×2.5 gram gold bars for sell on: March 07, 2017, 05:45:19 PM
Not sure why you think they have any insight to Liad's disappearance?

because they've both marked his account with "made multiple trades"

being as they are fairly trusted and have successfully dealt with the individual...they might have some insight we could go off of.
1066  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Pci Extender/riser Problem on: March 06, 2017, 08:56:32 PM
Is there maybe a criterion for which I have to look for when I want to buy myself a new mainboard or is there a list of the mainboards supporting the PCI riser? :-)

look for one with multiple x16 pci-e lanes, do you have the latest bios version?
1067  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 3×2.5 gram gold bars for sell on: March 06, 2017, 08:17:40 PM
I'd just like to point out when the user shipped me some silver it took exactly a month for me to receive it from the post mark date.

It could just be very slow

It could be suspicious at the least, maybe salty or jones could clear it up for us?
1068  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Pci Extender/riser Problem on: March 06, 2017, 04:56:50 PM
Oh really can you show a photo? I understood otherwise. Maybe the psu doesn't throw enough amps or something.
1069  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Pci Extender/riser Problem on: March 06, 2017, 04:17:47 PM
So you have 1 PSU connected to the card and the other connected to your PC?

2 things...The riser has to be powered by the same PSU as the card...And your PSUs have to be connected with an add2psu connector thing. Otherwise they'll turn on at different times and the card won't register.
1070  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 3×2.5 gram gold bars for sell on: March 06, 2017, 03:42:39 PM
Is liad usually good about that stuff and fairly active? There's a huuuge gap in post and trade history.

Edit I lied... Was looking at someone else's history
1071  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 5 S7-LN's with Power Supplies on: March 06, 2017, 03:39:57 PM
Oh! Looks like you have the 675m version...Didn't know they made so many of them
1072  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Pci Extender/riser Problem on: March 06, 2017, 03:20:42 PM
Do you have enough power available to run the card? What  card/power supply are you using? Did you install the drivers?

Are you using any splitters or plug adapters?

Can you show us pictures/screenshots?

If the card is bad, incompatible, doesn't have drivers or lacks proper power then it won't show up.

Have you tried turning it off and then on again? Wink

Will the card show up if you don't use the riser?

Those beauties look clean af. How do the miner status pages look? Throw them up here and you've got some sold machines I think.

I've got to run some errands and maybe I get back to you in a few hours.
1074  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 3×2.5 gram gold bars for sell on: March 06, 2017, 01:06:40 PM
it is a good deal!!

if i was in the US i would have grabbed them all!!

not sure why they havent sold yet...

because the email and password have recently been changed, not unlike a sold account would have. A trusted account with a massive history of collectible trades must be worth a fortune...provided you don't fuck it up right away.

Can this user sign a message with a verifiable and previously used address?

And provide a photo of the item on a scale to verify weight?

I'd be interested in one or both bars pending these stipulations.
1075  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2017-03-02]NSA Will Not Use Quantum Computers to Crack Bitcoin: Antonopoulos on: March 06, 2017, 12:08:40 PM
Meh, the only reason they'd know if they had the technology to break hashes is if they already have.

More than likely they'd just use the tech to line someone's pockets...because greed is paramount.
1076  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone want to do a Baikal Groupbuy? on: March 06, 2017, 11:58:07 AM
you can buy them on ebay
1077  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 5 S7-LN's with Power Supplies on: March 06, 2017, 10:51:20 AM
Do you have, or can you get photo's of the 5 miners that include your forum username? I'm sure you could ask someone at the datacenter to snap a photo.

Thanks
1078  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RIG CONTEST - Show me what you've got ! on: March 05, 2017, 05:23:37 PM

Well, usually you have a dehumidifying cooler in a server room. It will make everything worse...You know the dust you blow out of computers? Imagine if it was wet...And your miner was rusty...

Not to mention wet air and high amounts of electricity don't mix.
1079  Economy / Goods / Re: Rare Bitch Brand Shoes - Bitcoin preferred! on: March 05, 2017, 01:52:19 PM
how does that work if they pay btc? does ebay still take a fee?

Nah, you pay in BTC and because ebay can't provide their escrow service(the 100% guarantee) for your BTC you just get screwed...

The only reason an ebay seller would ask for bitcoin is if they want to rip you off. Basically paying for items on ebay with bitcoin is the easiest way to not get your items...until ebay accepts bitcoin that is.

Also it's against ebay's policy to allow bitcoin purchases of listed services...so this seller attempting to commit fraud.
1080  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] iBoot G2 Web Enabled Power Switches on: March 05, 2017, 01:48:05 PM
Where are you shipping from?

These are perfect to remotely power on/off your offsite miners.

Did your remote site have 240v power? The reason I ask is because 1 of these would not properly power an S7 on 120v.
