1285  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: {WTB} Antminers S7 & S9 - 50/100 pieces on: January 28, 2017, 12:44:18 PM
Can you check TNT/DHL/FEDEX maybe better shipping price.

Anyway if we could find a better shipping and if you give a good price we could start our trade.

I would start to buy 3-5 at first time.

Please let me know.

Fedex wants $350-450 per miner shipped to kosovo/serbia.
USPS wants $102.90 per miner.
UPS wants $332 per miner.
TNT didn't have any quotes available.
DHL also didn't have available quotes.

If you would like to PM me your postal code/city then I could check for more accurate shipping quotes.

Learning how to search for information be it on-line, in a library or within ones soul leads to a deeper/wider understanding from you investigating the leads found. That is provided a person cares to understand how/why something is what it is vs just knowing a single point of something.

True, I find it best to ask only after exhausting alternatives.
1287  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTB] Phase 3 PDUs on: January 28, 2017, 10:00:05 AM
Are you looking for 30 or 60 AMP PDUs? PM me what your looking for I have some of each.

Any reason to use 30amp over 60?
1288  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS/WTB] multiple things, don't be shy. on: January 28, 2017, 02:56:03 AM

Pretty sure silverfish only made a limited batch of single blade miners that didn't sell very much and was generally disliked by the community, and they ran at 240w. Most silverfish were 28M so it'll be hard to find. If you're not already aware, these things are esentially bricks once they get to zero authentication time unless this issue's been fixed- last i checked they only had times above zero hours fixed.

you have to upgrade the firmware to v6 to bypass the authentication issue http://imgur.com/dfEZc4A

and there is a hardware mod that can be done to each blade that essentially volt mods them to the better efficiency, a resistor or something...I don't really want to do any soldering.

1. Are you willing to ship to France ?
2. Are your s7 ln with the PSU (if not the original one, does it support 230V)
3. how much for the 2 un modded s7ln s ?

I'm willing to ship to France, although shipping from the US seems to cost at least 2-5x as much as shipping within the US. this would have to be reflected in the price.

The unmodded ln's are bitmain originals. psu everything. I'd prefer to keep the psu's to make a couple gpu rigs, but also hate to break up a complete product, psu would effect shipping weight/cost as well.

I've got one of the old silverfish models - do you have a price in mind? Shipping from 27606.

Is it a 28M or 24M model? preferably <200
1290  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: help needed on: January 27, 2017, 08:50:52 AM
sorry if this is a stupid question, but ive searched and cannot find the answer anywhere.

If using a s7, does it matter about what computer you use to log set it up? i have a macbook and an imac, but will invest in a new computer if needed? does the computer need to be on all day aswel? thanks

The S7 has a built in controller, because of this you don't need to connect a computer to it unless you want to make changes to it's configuration. If there is a blinking green light on the front then it's online and hashing.

All you have to do is visit the IP address of your miner on the local network by a device that is currently connected to the same network. You will have to wait until the controller powers up before you can connect to it...this can take a minute or so. Longer if it's being bad.

You can use your cell phone, your laptop or even an old x86 desktop to make changes to it's settings...otherwise no special computer is needed. The miner just needs to be plugged into the internet and have sufficient power.

Thx. I am reminded of this modern take on an old Proverb:
Give someone an answer and they know that one point.
Teach someone how to search and they can know all they need Wink

sometimes it's easier to ask even if searching would be more effective...in addition, sharing knowledge reinforces it in your own memory...win win.

Prices cover shipping within the US.

I'll take additional pictures and whatnot if there's any interest.

Escrow is accepted.

Can you check via UPS I had purchase before from us with ups seller could offer free shipping.

I don't have any special accounts with shipping companies, so regardless it would cost $ to send to you. $102.90 to ship a single s7 from my location to you via usps. I would search for something closer.

Perhaps it would be cheaper to arrange your own shipping/pickup? Not sure.

1297  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [ANN] Sfards:SF100, the first 28nm Dual-Mode Miner is accepting pre-order now on: January 24, 2017, 07:51:20 PM
Does anybody have a sfards sf100 that is working right now I am thinking about buying one cheap, I have read the last couple pages of the forum and was wondering how you ran yours? I have a silverfish up and running it was a pain setting up but finally got it I also have two hurricanes one has four boards the other has 5 I bought on eBay before I really knew much about this mining but don't use them anymore due to how much power the use and heat they produce.

I think you can run sfminer (available from their gitpage) on linux to hash with the boards. I never bought a sfards because I'm not sure.
1298  Economy / Goods / Re: I sell or auction a Document to grant a fourth part of my soul, the 25% on: January 23, 2017, 02:51:09 PM
I don't think you get to determine the value of your own soul.

I'd pay up to 1 satoshi for 100% of your soul +shipping costs to the US.
