5  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: June 06, 2020, 12:16:53 AM
A lot of people in recent days have started to look into digital currency, but here is the question — where and how can you possibly spend your bitcoins and altcoins?BTC

It's not best time to spend bitcoin rather it would be better if you could accumulate more and hold. The potential of bitcoin price to increase is really high, you'll regret in the next few years or even few months. With whats happening in the world now, bitcoin will become even more relevant to more people, in fact the content in different social media platforms arr related to cryptocurrency. Therew will be a great demand in no time.

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do bounty hunters become ICO investors? on: August 08, 2018, 11:54:23 AM
The probability of it is likely to happened. Many bounty hunters get as much especially if the bounty campaign gives a lot of stakes to those with higher ranks. Sometimes, this is not happening as well die to some instances of how people welcomed the cryto in the cryto world.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin become centralized sometime in the future? on: August 08, 2018, 09:33:21 AM
Definitely, this could be answerable by a yes or a no. Bitcoin can be centralized if the technology will continue to improve. However with the increasing process that may happen if this will be pursued, I don’t think we can bitcoin as a centralized crypto currency.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Still did not get bounty rewards? on: August 08, 2018, 09:27:27 AM
Bounty rewards are still a waiting game thing for those accepted in the bounty campaign. For some it takes few months for an individual to receive it. It also depends if the ICO gets successful and was supported well by those who have it. Most of the time, when receive you have to wait for more for the price to grow.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Starbucks accepting Bitcoin soon? Nope! on: August 08, 2018, 07:52:22 AM
I’m a long time frappeholic of Starbucks, and I usually hanging out myself or with my friends there. There is a news plus a video from CNBC that Starbucks would finally accept Bitcoin soon.

However, it won’t happen as of this time as Starbucks clarifies media misrepresentation.

Take a look here guys: https://cointelegraph.com/news/no-coffee-for-bitcoin-starbucks-clarifies-as-media-misrepresent-its-new-crypto-venture

At first, I was excited because I am a long time customer of Starbucks in a local mall. But this was just sad.

Oh! I am a Starbucks fan too. I was excited about this news as well. However, upon knowing that there was just a misrepresentation happened, this made me sad. But that's fine. On a lighter note, there are many stores in many countries are continuously using bitcoin for transactions. Not bad at all.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto money will kill fake money on: August 08, 2018, 07:48:20 AM
Everything in our lives is now in our phones.
Why should we carry a wallet or credit card?
I really do not understand that.
millions of counterfeit money is printed every day
There's a lot of fake money in the world.
Can credit cards prevent this?
Bitcoin will kill them.

This claim is highly ambitious. Too certain of what can be happened in the future about crypto money. Well, in this point of time, as much as we want to believe in crypto currency, having it as a use for many will not that be smooth for years from now. People are skeptic though many people have accepted this like you and me. The world has to have global modernization so everyone can indeed access the internet and use their phone for this transaction. For most countries that are still poor, this cannot be visible yet.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a Digital Gold?? on: August 08, 2018, 02:37:29 AM
After reading a lot of posts made by people on this forum, I realized about 75% of them see Bitcoin as a digital Gold. For me, I don't think Bitcoin is a digital gold. Cryptocurrency or Bitcoin to be precise, was developed to be a safer option for transaction of goods and services and also the best mode of payment. Bitcoin was introduced to disable all the restrictions that banks and the financial system presented. A lot of people have lost huge sums of money because they saw bitcoin as a digital gold. I know others will argue that bitcoin has also made people rich but for me, I don't think it is advisable to consider Bitcoin as a digital gold. Bitcoin is a digital currency.

Bitcoin is considered a digital gold because of its underlying values. However, we cannot really say that the value of it is really like a gold that accumulates value over time. Bitcoin has different ways of increasing its value. Bitcoin depends on the need and the transaction is faster through online users.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: now bear market again. wait for november on: August 07, 2018, 09:30:49 AM
the small bull market gone. we have to wait for another bull market. as per previous conditions  again bull market will come on November , December season.

now just hodl your portfolio. even it went 10x loss. be patient.

i also bought pchain now 3x lost. but still keep

Indeed, holding some portfolios for cryptocurrencies is a must. Better to wait for more and never be discouraged. There are years that BTC and ETH experienced the fall of its prices. So many hard works has been made. But look at the ETH and BTC now. They are doing fine like no other.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the world ready for cryptocurrency? on: August 07, 2018, 06:30:28 AM
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.

The world is starting to be ready for it. But not really ready to use it for daily expenditures like the fiat money. Bitcoin needs the intervention of technology and as well the internet for it to function. Hopefully, in the future, it will be well accepted in many parts of the world.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep all your bounty coins or you convert some to ETH and BTC? on: August 07, 2018, 04:26:23 AM
Coins like BTC and ETH have proven beyond reasonable doubts that they are the best and more safer coins to invest. My little advice is that, whenever you get your altcoins, it would be better to convert at least one third to either BTC or ETH to serve as some form of insurance to your tokens in case it fails to survive. I used to keep all my altcoins and now that the market is red it has badly affected my investment. And mind you, those new altcoins are not like BTC and ETH, they can get zero volume anytime so they are not reliable. Is there any other person with a different view or everybody agrees with me?

Either way can be a good strategy. It depends on the need you have. If you have a great need of having your own currency to use for something that needs to be prioritised, go ahead and sell them and convert it to ETH or BTC. But if you believe in the creators of this certain crypto, keep it and let it grown in time. Bitcoin was once a nobody cryto but look how it bounced back.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin investment? on: August 06, 2018, 01:51:35 PM
The decline in the market is not necessarily bad, this may be a buying opportunity? I can tell you this way: If it has risen so high, are there investors who dare to buy it?

A great analogy to learn from. This is a great encouragement for many. Having a promising mindset as this is much needed especially during this period of time. We need more people to invest as the altcoins are still low. When these goes up, buyers will not regret their investment anymore. Buy now for as long as the altcoins are still low in it’s price. Don’t just sell if you have some with you. Keep it and wait a little more.
17  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MasterCard now ready to join the Crypto game on: August 06, 2018, 01:47:18 PM
Mastercard is getting into the crypto game. It's patented "a method that would manage 'fractional reserves of blockchain currency Eventually, this patent will allow Mastercard users to buy and pay for goods with bitcoin instead of dollars and other forms of fiat currency.

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/07/17/bitcoin-above-7000.html

Good Good News coming into the Crypto space.
Better days are yet to come

What a humongous opportunity when this happens. My hope is that bitcoin will rise again and through the beliefs of many industries, cryto currencies will bounce back again big time. We don’t just give up on this. A lot of people have invested their time and their resources already. Having mastercard in the list could be a good sign that crytos are still alive.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook removes/Unbans Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Ads on: July 13, 2018, 01:18:35 PM
Facebook is lifting its ban on cryptocurrency ads which went into effect in January. After months of evaluation, the company decided to allow some crypto ads on its platform. Advertisers must submit a request form with details of their businesses and the types of crypto content to be promoted.

Starting June 26, we’ll be updating our policy to allow ads that promote cryptocurrency and related content from pre-approved advertisers. But we’ll continue to prohibit ads that promote binary options and initial coin offerings.

https://news.bitcoin.com

This is a good news since we all know that facebook is a huge community and it is a good way to promote or advertise bitcoin and other things. Even ordinary people are using facebook so it will surely get the attention of many people leading to find out more about bitcoin.
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I wish I dump all the BTC in late DEC 2017 on: July 13, 2018, 11:36:46 AM
what a year, wish I dump all the coin in late DEC lol

and today, spend the 100% from that capital and bought it again, so u still holding the same amount as late DEC while steady with the 900% profits..

Most of us here would wish the same thing. After that ATH last December 2017, some thought that it will go continuously in that price so they've decided not to sell it or sold just a half of it. This only proves that cryptocurrencies are unpredictabe at will surprise you unexpectedly. We cannot go back in time so focus on today.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Economy Grow Forever? on: July 13, 2018, 09:39:08 AM
The economic growth depends on the people living in it and the government leading it. Corruption is one of the reason why a country's economy is falling. Our country can be considered as one of the richest country in minerals but its economic status is slowly growing. If and only if the government make steps and initiative for fast growth of our economy. I guess, we would really need a good governance to achieve this.
