521  Other / New forum software / Re: PGP / GPG encryption of private messages on: June 26, 2014, 05:43:48 PM
I would like to see similar functionality whereby all posts, public or private are encrypted. This would ensure the consistancy of quotes etc
522  Other / New forum software / Re: GPG Encrypted Messages on: June 26, 2014, 05:42:00 PM
Seen a similar post half way down the page. Apologies.
523  Other / New forum software / GPG Encrypted Messages on: June 26, 2014, 05:39:44 PM
I'm not sure if this has already been requested but I would like to see the ability to upload a private GPG key which automatically signs all forum posts.

Morning bump Smiley
525  Economy / Services / Re: multiblockchain.com project on: June 25, 2014, 12:03:54 PM
was wondering the same thing.. am looking at buying shares... but need more info... so came looking on bitcointalk ..

Ditto, kinda scary. Especially "a generous outside investment" with such sketchy details.

527  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Reckman (Hero & Trusted member) doesn' t pay his debt of about 11 BTC on: June 24, 2014, 04:09:39 PM
Still nothing? Shame.
528  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] ►► CoinSpeed ►► Advanced Bitcoin Mining Project on: June 24, 2014, 03:48:33 PM
You're miles off the money here. There is still a profit in bitcoin mining when done right, but this isn't it. It sounds like you're running this out of a spare room, that isn't "Advanced Bitcoin Mining" by any stretch of the imagination.
529  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinfloor UK on: June 23, 2014, 02:51:15 PM
I came across CoinFloor and was tempted by their "UK roots", having looked further into it I discovered they use a foreign bank account (which is what led me back to this thread). Needless to say, I will be staying with BitStamp\BTC-e. Shame.
530  Economy / Speculation / Re: Ideal buy/sell strategy for maximizing profit on: June 23, 2014, 02:30:29 PM
For API I would love to simply have the updated buy and sell prices. But thinking of it I can probably grab those and parse them into a program from your site anyways. Maybe if you made a JSON page that would be just as good.

By Whitepaper I mean your ideas and thinking behind your algorithms and specifics on how they actually work. SO yes open source along with the conceptual or philosophical reasoning as well.

Thanks again for your work and contribution to the community!

Agreed.

I'm working on a simplistic trading bot. It would be great to integrate this sort of prediction into the bot, rather than me trying to hack together some sort of trending logic Cheesy
531  Economy / Speculation / Dump or Pump before Friday? on: June 23, 2014, 02:01:06 PM
Which way do you guys think the auction will drive prices?

533  Economy / Economics / Transfer Fiat Currency Between Exchanges? on: June 22, 2014, 12:13:37 PM
What's the best way to transfer fiat currencies between exchanges?

The majority seem to only allow withdrawals\deposits to\from bank accounts in your own name, so is the only way;
Withdrawal -> Bank
Bank -> Deposit

To save time, ideally I would like to deposit in to Exchange A by making a withdrawal from Exchange B.
534  Economy / Speculation / Re: What if there is no bubble coming.. on: June 20, 2014, 08:38:32 AM
Falling sharply this morning, dropped around 4% in the last few hours.
535  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC drop to next level coming...bail the F out now! on: June 20, 2014, 08:03:58 AM
I've got around $7500 ready to pump in, just awaiting the "opportune moment" Wink

dear ***,
how are you?
here is one good news for you. i have one good miner. the price is only 1.5usd/ghs now. stock ready. can ship out at once. the miner need psu and rpi.
pls check it ,reply me a.s.a.p.
thanks.
jack.

The only capitalisation they got right was my name, so I assume this is some sort of mail merge spam.

I had intended to purchase a number of miners, but not when the quality of communication is such.
537  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Reckman (Hero & Trusted member) doesn' t pay his debt of about 11 BTC on: June 16, 2014, 12:54:18 PM
Been hit for around 0.5BTC with this. Not as much as some investors, but still pretty disappointing.
538  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Pool Setup Required on: June 16, 2014, 08:10:09 AM
I am looking for someone, who can setup a Bitcoin mining pool. I can do everything related to the Pool website UI. But u need to have the skill to do all that required in the backend. Please let me know...

1. Your requirements for setup, i.e. web hosting details and all.

2. Your cost.

I'd be happy to set up a stratum mining pool for you. not including the time it takes to download, parse and update the blockchain, I could do this within a couple of hours.

For the setup, I would charge 0.15BTC

As for hosting, you would ideally need a VPS (so you have full control over what is installed etc) with at least 40GB disk space. I can also host it on one of my VPS for 0.05BTC\month

Thanks!
539  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin accepting host on: June 16, 2014, 07:51:56 AM
I have used a variety of bitcoin accepting webhosts, and I am surprised that most of them seem to be incompetent.

Has anyone got any reccomendations for a good bitcoin accepting webhost? I like to spread my domains out across a series of providers so in the case of outages they're not all down at once.

Hey, what are you looking for? I don't particularly advertise any services, but I've been hosting a few sites for around 4 years now and to date haven't had any complaints Smiley

Speed Tests;
http://eu.vpn.jacent.net/100MB.zip
http://us.vpn.jacent.net/100MB.zip

I'd be happy to take on a few more customers and make a little extra BTC
540  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Introducing HelloBlock - Focus on building Bitcoin apps, not infrastructure. on: June 12, 2014, 11:31:12 AM
Are you hosting wallets, or just presenting BlockChain data? The wallet section of the docs slightly confused me; https://helloblock.io/docs/ref#wallet
