When a token(Coin) is already recognised by EtherScan, you can easily trade it on EtherDelta, you don't really need to follow specific instructions. For the sake of an example I will use ETN tokens: Now if you open EtherDelta and try to find ETN tokens in order to buy and sell, you will not find it, but if you find the ETN address on etherscan: https://etherscan.io/token/0x81f89694ac96fefd794cb2c8526d2bd8da74b1fbAnd of course make sure it's the token contract address that you received in your wallet. If you put your ETH address in etherscan and then move to the Token Transfer tab: https://etherscan.io/address/YOURETHADDRESS#tokentxnsIn the last tab on the right, you should be able to find the token's name or link, once you click on it, you will be able to see the Contract Address and the Token Decimals. If you copy the contract address (the example is for ETN coins): 0x81f89694ac96fefd794cb2c8526d2bd8da74b1fb and past it as follows in etherdelta, you will be able to find it and trade it. https://etherdelta.com/#THE.TOKEN.CONTRACT.ADDRESS-ETHLike this: https://etherdelta.com/#0x81f89694ac96fefd794cb2c8526d2bd8da74b1fb-ETHOnce again, ETN was just an example, if you have any questions please ask and I shall be able to help you find what you need. That's great they are the best altcoin in the coin marketcap. Litecoin makes the move I think x10 for this one. Coz bitcoin is slowing it's transaction. However people would think that litecoin can make the transaction faster

it is not true to say altcoins are dying, i can see a lot of altcoins are rising despite many others are being dominated by bitcoin rising but bitcoin wont rise for long, this is just a temporary time, they surely will be back in the future.

No way, Ethereum will never reach $1,000 before January 2018. Ethereum is like the second Litecoin, they are not losing value so easily but they are not gaining also. I am not so sure if the price will get to $1,000 soon though the price is very likely to happen within Ethereums lifetime. |

How is the initial price determined for any coin which splits from BTC? Is it just a case of people get their coin then stick it on an exchange and see what people are willing to pay for it?
Coinmarketcap.com is currently showing futures for B2X at $1,850. Presumably this could influence the initial price people are willing to buy/sell B2X?
What happens to the people that purchase those Bitcoin Futures? I hope that they get their money back because that would be lame if they don't. |

Every time I go to the bank I like to ask them if they have heard of BTC, most of the time the answer is no.
I do ask a lot of people about BTC.. a restaurant near me.. near ish use to accept it as well, I asked to pay with it, they said it no longer exists.. .... ...
Most people I find still have zero idea what BTC is unless they are friends with the likes of us.. I don't think we are even in early adoption stage.. we are in "the chasm" .. it would appear we are going to survive though... appear anyways..
I dunno just something I have taken note of.
Pretty much everyone that has heard of it assumes it's worth like 5 cents and shits themselves when I say it's $1k (Cad) .. we are in very interesting times with BTC.
A lot of people are old-fashioned. Some don't know how to use a computer. Bitcoin is still a new thing to most people. |
