401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some pumping on altcoin, what effect does the altcoins? on: July 06, 2017, 11:02:51 PM
pumps create bagholders, they prop up the prices till the next batch of bagholders are born, eventually they will realize how worthless their holdings are Tongue
Coins that pump doesn't really have a nice look to it in the chart history. If there was a skilled price manipulator within that coin then the price would go up with the news and it could somewhat back up the reason why the price went up so much during that time period.

You're right about that bagholder situation because people would have to purchase coins at the top for the pumper to make money.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum best for investment? on: July 06, 2017, 09:55:48 PM
Hello, As i am looking in crypto market now so i am thinking Ethereum is good for investment now. What is your opinion for this?
Ethereum is a nice choice for investors who want to find something new to put their money in. Ethereum made people money throughout these few months because there wasn't that many people expecting the price of Ethereum to go up that fast.

More Altcoins are using ETH for their contracts so it might be a good choice to invest in that coin immediately because there's larger investors stating that the price is going to get up to $1,000 per coin.
403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is digital gold, what will be the digital "dollar"? on: July 06, 2017, 08:38:34 PM
Comething like:
https://wmx.wmtransfer.com/
Quote
WMX top-up and withdrawal service

The service for storing and transferring your BITCOIN property rights is provided by the Guarantor of X-purses, INDX Transactions LTD. Terms of the service are set forth by the Guarantor in the terms and conditions (storage Agreement) accepted by users of the system upon registering their X-purses. Your BTC storage rights are verified in the form of deposits to your X-purses equivalent to the sum of WMX acceptance receipts. The exchange rate set by the Guarantor is 0.001BTC = 1 WMX.

The Guarantor will deposit the WMX to your purse after receiving six or more confirmations on the bitcoin.org P2P database verifying your transfers of BTC to the addresses provided by the Guarantor.

The Guarantor will accept any BITCOIN amounts for storage, but will deposit WMX only in amounts exceeding 0.0001 BTC.

Only BTC of the amount exceeding 1.00 WMX can be returned from the storage. For the return from storage transaction, you need to set the service fee yourself. The service fee varies depending on the current BitCoin transaction fees but not less than 0.0005 BTC and not greater than 0.010 BTC. The transaction FeeRate, which is the ratio of the transaction fee in BTC to its size in kB, directly depends on the selected commission. The higher the FeeRate, the quicker your transaction will be confirmed by the Bitcoin network. The Guarantor undertakes the responsibility to forward your transaction into the Bitcoin network with the FeeRate which is no less than the one selected by you.

but on goverment control, like gold standart Dollar but BITCOIN
I am pretty sure that's what they are working on right now since Bitcoin is getting a large number of people interested in paying for things electronically.

If Bitcoin gets up to a higher price then there would be a bunch of Government officials that will want to use that electronic payment system that Bitcoin has because they can literally build their own currency and have free virtual money that they can receive physical money from.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GGS] Gilgam.es E-Sport platform for everyone crowdsale on: July 06, 2017, 06:27:35 PM
Campaign has collected 825 eth by this time and the good news is were ,only on the second week of the crowdsale,  campaign has enough time to reach thier goal. Might thinking to reached 5k eth before the crowdsale ends.
Good projects and teams are working hard for the success of this project
I hope that we can begin placing bets on certain Esports games right when the ICO finishes because I would like to use the Gilgam.es for my new place for Esports betting. Once Gilgam.es gets enough people to place bets on there then it will get known to more people since people like to post how many coins that they made through previous bets that they’ve made. Gilgam.es has what it needs for it to get recognition from gamblers all around the world, they just need to launch it.
405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][GGS] Gilgam.es E-Sport platform for everyone crowdsale on: July 06, 2017, 11:04:20 AM
I like your project. I hope it will be successful Wink
This project for sure will become successful. So its better if you have extra money in your pocket invest it to ggs and for sure after few months it will grow and many people become rich because of this project if they invest hundreds of ethereum. More investor invest to this project so it will become more sucessful. Invest now and earn after few months.
It does look like this coin will get to a pretty high value since there's a bunch of Ethereum deposited into the ICO. If people want to invest more into this project then I would invest right now because the price of this coin may not be that cheap in a few weeks from now.

Dev, I am wondering on how you're going to promote the project with the money that was given to you through the ICO?
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: July 01, 2017, 06:30:34 AM
Bitcoin can only make banks decrease in number if bitcoin eliminate the bank then all will be glass because many people need the bank and it is very important for them.

At that point people within that Bank will have to use Bitcoin since the price of their original currency would receive a harsh enough drop to where they wouldn’t get any profit from it if they cashed that money out.
Bitcoin can eliminate Banks, the question is when?
407  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin die soon? on: July 01, 2017, 06:28:51 AM
Confirmation is a big and hassle BTC problem. There's traffic you know. Many people are heating up angry with that unfixed problem. They should think of a way to solve that. I hope come August 1, that will become a thing of the past. Well, it won't kill BTC though. BTC is still an infant so to speak. No need to want it dead. Let it grow first.  Wink
I am sure that the transaction fee plus the amount of time it requires for the transaction to get confirmed will not be that much of an issue if the price of Bitcoin gets up to a few hundred thousand dollars. People wouldn’t want to spend their Bitcoins then since it will be too expensive.
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Every time the media calls Bitcoin a bubble let's agree to buy a bit more! on: July 01, 2017, 06:26:19 AM
I think it is not worth every time to buy bitcoins after such news. Because these news are written daily and you will soon run out of money to buy bitcoins Grin Grin
I am pretty sure that the people within the News stations just like to post FUD about Bitcoin so the price of Bitcoin will  drop down to a price that will make people panic even more so they will lose their money so that the people within the News stations could buy in.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will people start moving their savings to Bitcoin in case of a financial crash? on: July 01, 2017, 06:24:53 AM
possible, but i think it will depend on how the people know about bitcoin or how information they have to fully trust bitcoin and see it as a good way to divert their assets incase that will happen.
I feel that it’s possible as well since the people that have Bitcoin have somewhat of an idea that fiat is literally worth nothing unless the Government says that it’s worth something.
Bitcoin has a bunch of people with the confidence that fiat is just paper so once that disaster happens then they and the Government will move on to an electronic form for payments.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to effectively store large number of Bitcoins? on: July 01, 2017, 06:22:40 AM
The safest and most effective method of storing large amounts of Bitcoins is by using paper wallets. Look up how to make them on Youtube. It is very simple and a foolproof way to keep your BTC safe!
That is a good method to storing Bitcoin though the only thing is how to store those paper wallets. If someone finds that paper wallet then they could cash all those Bitcoins out and all that paper wallet building process would be for nothing.

Bitcoin Paper Wallets that are stored in some kind of locker would be a wise thing to do.
411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: July 01, 2017, 06:20:50 AM
At this particular time, the biggest disadvantage of Bitcoin is simply that it isn't as feasible of a payment as traditional methods such as credit cards or cash.
Unless the person purchasing Bitcoin is using an Altcoin to purchase their goods then the transactions would get through much faster than how it’s going right now. I would try to get more developers into Bitcoin than having a bunch of Altcoins built for no reason though. Bitcoin is very young.
412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't buy something with Bitcoin quickly on: July 01, 2017, 06:19:13 AM
I agree. Bitcoin is still in it's infancy. We have much to learn, and making transactions easy & seamless is just one aspect.
I am pretty sure that is why we have Altcoins. If Altcoins was not built then the progress for Bitcoin would’ve been faster though the price of Bitcoin would be much more expensive than it is right now. Altcoins also help with the building process for Bitcoin tech.
413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: July 01, 2017, 06:17:49 AM
It's a quite tough question. Because the risk of investment on bitcoin is depends on the site which you are use to investment.thank you.
There’s multiple answers for this question. If people could make a bunch a bunch of money on one investment and not have to worry that their money is at a less than 50% risk of getting them some money then they would invest in it. Just putting money into Bitcoin is an easy method to making money if the money deposited was not going to be used for anything.
414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Welcome To The Blockchain on: July 01, 2017, 06:15:45 AM
Like is this real? Hahaha!
Great song sir. Can relate so much to this.
The melody and the rhythm are perfect.
This is my first song that I heard about bitcoin.
Hope soon we can hear your another composition.
Not that many people within the Mainstream music genre know what Bitcoin is. The people in the Mainstream music genre like to call Bitcoin as Bitcoin and not know that it can be used more than just a regular payment method.

I am pretty sure that is the reason why they don’t really want to promote it in their songs.
415  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are declining stock markets good or bad for Bitcoin? on: July 01, 2017, 06:11:48 AM
In theory, money could flow from insecure stock market to BTC. However, the problem is crypto economy s currently also very unstable due to pending block size changes.  So I think something else might profit from this, maybe real estate markets.
Technically if people begin to see the stock market crash then the people that have that stock would start cashing their stocks out so they will cause the stock market to drop down further. Stock Markets are very dangerous because they don’t really have as much certification any more via paper, only a few people get them so the other people that do things electronically own nothing.
416  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: June 24, 2017, 01:06:09 AM
Lower Risk - (BTC, ETH, LTC, XMR)
High Risk - (BCN, DGB, DOGE, MAID, BTS, NXC)

My portfolio consists of all the above, and lets not forget ladies and gents the ICO coins that will be appearing in exchanges near you soon!

And remember.....

How is Maid a high risk Bitcoin investment? They’ve launched updates and they are working on the platform right now so I don’t know where you are receiving the information on how it might be a bad investment.
The price of Maid is going up and the people involved in that project is not hyping it up as much as they should so I am pretty sure that the price of it will go up when they finally get ready to launch.
417  Economy / Economics / Re: Make money from money on: June 24, 2017, 01:02:52 AM
If you want to make money from money, by trading or doing business, if you are all with global then we can do to make money with money, all need to make money.
Spending money to make money is a working method to actually making more money than they spent since they will have the resources to get more than double the price for what they’ve paid for. I would try to learn money management skills in order to make more money because having money on the side would be a good choice in this generation.
418  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Falling...Is it Panic Time? on: June 24, 2017, 01:00:38 AM
Ladies and gentlemen, It seems to me that we are constantly being tested for panic sentiments and provides contradictory information Bitcoin and other crypto-currencies. We must soberly assess the future of Bitcoin and its capabilities. But I believe that we do not lose anything, but only increase our incomes if we believe in the future of Bitcoin.
That is why people shouldn’t play with money that they can’t afford to spend. Purchasing Bitcoin is like purchasing a collectible item, when someone purchases a collectible item that person doesn’t plan on spending it unless the price of it gets really expensive.

A million dollars per coin is pretty easy to get to.
419  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 24, 2017, 12:58:13 AM
I really think that  there isn't a necessity to replace the dollar itself. I mean, we can certainly have all the currencies working very well, and if people have the right to choose what currency they want to use? Then no problem. What should be gone are governments forbiding their people to adapt Crypto-Currency. And let's face it, dollar is too strong and it will continue leading the world for quite some time.
Right, the dollar is very likely to get an upgrade and the people that spend Bitcoin will be able to exchange their coins for fiat much easier than they can right now. The dollar is likely to have a payment system developed within the upcoming years and the people that use it will have less physical dollars in their pockets.
420  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: June 24, 2017, 12:56:26 AM
It will be a long road ahead, but when that happens society will achieve a level of freedom and progress never achieved before. But only if the currency maintains the properties that make it decentralized.
In that situation there would be a bunch of people trying to get Bitcoin while there won’t be enough Bitcoin to go around in Bitcoin Exchanges, that will cause the price of Bitcoin to increase so far it would be pretty sad to have it compared to the price that it is right now. We’ll see.
