Funnily enough this is what I wrote back in January. Before I did more digging into the DSR It is nice that we only had to put down 30% or so. That shows some trust, at least to us that paid with CC's with some protection.
Actually the 30% down may work against you, as they don't have to refund any of the deposit if you change your mind. If you had paid in full you would be entitled to a full refund up until the day of shipment.
They have agreed to partial refunds which on paper looks good. But.........If I was an evil genius, that's exactly what I would do. Then wait six months spread a load of FUD so everyone cancels. I'd only have to pay 50% back minus £70 fee. So even if I only sold 1000 5MH/s units, I'd pocket a cool quarter million, totally legally, then fold the company due to lack of resources.
Just a thoughtSound familiar? And Bob's your Uncle.

Woohoo!
My 1.8btc has now been converted to 1.8 'cryptorush bonds.' Sheer joy! The buy orders are all the way up to one thousandth of a bitcoin for 4 btc, meaning my 1.8 real btc is most likely worth less than a dollar...if not less.
Thank you cryptorush, you're the best, gaize!!
CryptoRush will buy bonds back up to a 1:1 ratio so bonds give you two options: get out with a possible loss or, wait patently until we are able to repay your debt at a 1:1 ratio. Something which may be of value to everyone in this matter would be finding ways to build trust and mathematical understanding of the matter. You should consider creating a simple cron script to keep track of positive liquid assets the exchange makes from all transactions. It would show current total based on the last X transactions, and how much is allocated to paying back losses. There could then be a breakdown showing where these assets originated (such as Y amount from ABC coin, Z amount from DEF coin, etc), tying it to a public ledger of the past transactions. And if you really wanted to add that Disney Touch(tm), you could have a goal meter showing what the outstanding balance owed to members is, and when someone visits the page it would show theirs as well (to them..), and even break it out to show (based on fee amount) the volume of BTC trades required to reach the goal (which as we all know, is more than a lifetime's worth). This gives bottom-to-top accountability of the assets, and without emotion or human interaction, provides a factual up-to-date public accounting for everything, lets people know how much is left, what they have, where their repayment is coming from, and prevents people from easily shaking fingers and complaining. This would help alleviate much of these complaints ... and you would be the first exchange to ever open their books to the public. This is cryptocurrency right? It's about accountability on a public level. Imagine the possibilities if you do this..

Don't do it. If you accept the paltry partial refund, you'll never see your full refund.
The question is how much is the partial refund going to be and does that include BTC returns? That sad thing is, some BTC > 0 BTC Unfortunately, yes. I should have considered that. There's no legal way to get your BTC back that I know of. In the US it's considered property with value, I believe. If you're in the US, perhaps there's something which can be done.

Typically yeah. I want them for collector's purposes, and to let them mine some. It's hard to find these units for sale which haven't been ruined by scratches or abuse. I'm trying to collect a lot of the original btc mining gear.

Not to be a stick in the mud but these units aren't worth .15c/gh. Going for less than $1/gh on ebay, and that's a markup. It's not that bad... I'd pay $0.25/GH shipped, easy. I'm following some auctions right now.. it's that bad, but not all of them of course. The range is around .15c/gh->$1/gh depending on what's being included, with the higher end throwing in free jalapenos and stuff. And to the OP, see, now you have a range of offers, from .25c/gh->.50c/gh.

Remember, people in KNC's part of the world sit in hot sweaty dark rooms and whip each other with willow and birch branches for fun. And then they go roll around in the ice and snow naked, drink lots of high proof alcohol, rinse and repeat.
I've seen some of the girls over there doing the rolling-around stuff naked. I have to admit, it's worth seeing at least once.
