You will be refunded at price when hack occured and cryptorush went down.
CryptoRushBonds are being processed next, they just got CRS back into market.

Will you post here when cryptorushbonds BTC are delivered? Are we talking a few days or months, could you give us a guesstimate timeframe? Getting tired of manually checking several times a day. I had 10,444.16660000  Potcoins  at  0.00001414 BTC stolen 6 months ago, to be returned to my account.

According to the table you displayed before, the Potcoin sell was fulfilled which means you should actually have a balance of the 0.14768052 BTC instead of the 10,444.16660000 POT. If that is the case then you should have already been credited 0.14768052 CRB-B for the BTC balance. Altcoins have not yet been credited, but will be soon (as in within the next week or so, not months). BTC has already been converted to CRB-B.

Nope, I have zero balances. A hacker took hold of my account with an IP from half way across the world (Ip Address: 213.108.105.71First Login: 2014-03-22 19:18:45), SOLD MY POT AND SENT THEM TO HIS WALLET. Your Security and CRS confirmed and told me I would be credited. Here's some correspondence from my Support Ticket #395286.

"Dear pmxxx,

Yes, potcoin will fall under the Debt Management Plan reimbursement program. If you register a new account with the same email address as your CR 1.0 account, you can now login and view your old balances. The coding for the reimbursement/repayment is in progress but are not happening yet.

Your Crypto Rush Support Team,

JCJr222
CryptoRush Support Staff"

"Dear pmxxx,

Yes, that was one of the insolvent coins so you will receive credit for it in BTC once the coding is finished and deployed.

If you look for support ticket #395286, find my email address and account, you will see NO FUNDS ever being credited to me since the hacker took it over. How shall I proceed? You just haven't credited me yet and it will take X NUMBER OF DAYS OR WEEKS?

****EDIT*****

I see now you stated altcoins haven't been credited yet.

In that email correspondence I answered your direct questions but you never once mentioned that someone else had accessed your account. Did you have 2FA utilized on your CR 1.0 account? I can sympathize considering my own personal account was accessed by a hacker long before the other site hacks and all of my funds were taken, but I accept full responsibility for not taking all of the precautions offered by the site to protect my account.

The Debt Management Plan refers to the coins that were stolen from the site's wallets earlier this year that affected the site itself and not due to personally compromised user accounts as a result of hacked emails or passwords. I apologize for any misunderstanding, but I had not been made aware of all of the facts of your situation when I first responded.

Is there a plan to reimburse folks who offloaded their remaining coins through altcoins at inflated prices, to ensure they got something rather than losing it all? I know I had to move about 10 or 15k potcoin off, and ended up doing something like that at quite a loss.

Hey guys, as promised coin payouts have started!

New:
Coin(O) aka CNO/CON is now available.

Previous:
CryptorushShares
BTC (converted to CRB's for payout as funds are available)

Something to keep in mind, you're NOT going to get paid back as funds are available unless you login to the new site to collect your 1.0 balances as they are made available.

If anyone is willing to help us in our efforts to refund people from the hackers please consider donating, it's greatly appreciated:
BTC 1Jwa7a4mi2VSGqkRNz4BHC1v26NsyVsH5M
LTC LQdZQuismNMRqJGpUweCt9x27zbTeAngc6
DOGE DHC5Ku3Ho1rpDvdG3iHzSoXxcjSnhB6WWx
CNO UPX3SAj9FsByXMbW3314td2js1RtUWoSVk

Also, with 190~ coins to go through and refund it's hard to know how to prioritize without feedback from people as to what they'd like to see get reimbursed sooner vs later.  (Yes, donations WILL help encouragement.)

Best,
KD

Have to say, the longer it takes to release funds on random shitcoins, the less likely people are to use this exchange. Okay, I get that you may have negative balances running in BTC, LTC, POT, DOGE, what have you, but there is no reason that random crap like UFO, RBBT, or whatever has been locked up for this long.

So far you've released CRS (which wasn't even a coin and couldn't leave the site: if you wanted to test the exchange, you could have used this), CRB-B (without a market), and CNO (which I just dumped for a 99.99% loss, like I'll probably end up doing with most of my coins).

If you're just going to trickle out 1-2 coins a day, just start doing it by whatever has the largest market cap and work your way down. That way people can at least get SOMETHING less than a 99.99% loss on a coin.

Which is exactly why I asked for a prioritized list of suggestions from people.  I'm spending all my efforts replacing an exchange and trying to get funds back to people, I don't have the time to monitor and analyze which of these 190 coins are of higher or lower value to someone.

Correct, we cannot take responsibility for end users or third party security regarding their systems.

CRB-B/BTC, CRB-L/BTC, DRK/DOGE, LTC/DOGE are now trade markets and LTC has been 'refunded' (all .0.085%) or moved to CRB-L's.

We are not going to be reimbursing users who chose to remove their coins from the exchange. Our reimbursement plan is to to repay users who had left their coins on the site, which is a promise we are going to follow through on.

I'm beginning to grow evermore frustrated with you and your pathetic team.

My full balance still isn't showing. I have been patient enough. this is just a complete and utter farce.

I lost multiple bitcoins to you halfwits and you aren't doing much to ease my irritation or the displeasure of others.

There are numerous ways to go about resolving this so send me a private massage and lets talk

it will save me from having to come here and expose to everyone that the stupidity and incompetence that you have already displayed is only an inch of what you have left to reveal.

Contact me as soon as possible.

How about you can sit tight and wait.  If it wasn't for kingdragon, and the rest of the team, you would have just the memory of cryptorush.

To reiterate: we are volunteers. I have no stake whatsoever, and I am helping with support out of the goodness of my heart with no expectation of being paid, as are the rest of us.  If you don't like it, that is your problem. We are doing what we can to fairly get back on our feet.  You can go get in line with the rest of the "experts" in this thread, because you certainly are not helping.

You have to stop and ask "why would they put themselves through this when they could have just bailed with all the coin?"

You need to look up the meaning of patient.  Maybe you should make a ticket.  Is the balance not showing converted to the relevant bonds?  Details are a plus, make a ticket at https://support.cryptorush.in.

As you can tell I'm not a PR person, but had to respond to some this person's derogatory comments.

I guess repeating this multiple times wasn't enough to get it through your thick head that you didn't lose anything to 'us'.  Old CR is DEAD.  New CR has nothing to do with the old team.  If it wasn't for us you wouldn't be seeing a single satoshi.  Clear enough for you yet?

Why you think solving your problem on the forums, beyond just complaining that your balance is "supposedly" off without giving any proof or help to track down what could be wrong, as opposed to putting in a support ticket is beyond me as well...

CRS's will still remain a percentage of profits the site makes just like before.  The only real difference is that we have to pay back 1.0 balances first before payouts on CRS's are made.

Woohoo!

My 1.8btc has now been converted to 1.8 'cryptorush bonds.'  Sheer joy! The buy orders are all the way up to one thousandth of a bitcoin for 4 btc, meaning my 1.8 real btc is most likely worth less than a dollar...if not less.

Thank you cryptorush, you're the best, gaize!!

CryptoRush will buy bonds back up to a 1:1 ratio so bonds give you two options: get out with a possible loss or, wait patently until we are able to repay your debt at a 1:1 ratio.

Something which may be of value to everyone in this matter would be finding ways to build trust and mathematical understanding of the matter. You should consider creating a simple cron script to keep track of positive liquid assets the exchange makes from all transactions. It would show current total based on the last X transactions, and how much is allocated to paying back losses.

There could then be a breakdown showing where these assets originated (such as Y amount from ABC coin, Z amount from DEF coin, etc), tying it to a public ledger of the past transactions. And if you really wanted to add that Disney Touch(tm), you could  have a goal meter showing what the outstanding balance owed to members is, and when someone visits the page it would show theirs as well (to them..), and even break it out to show (based on fee amount) the volume of BTC trades required to reach the goal (which as we all know, is more than a lifetime's worth).

This gives bottom-to-top accountability of the assets, and without emotion or human interaction, provides a factual up-to-date public accounting for everything, lets people know how much is left, what they have, where their repayment is coming from, and prevents people from easily shaking fingers and complaining. This would help alleviate much of these complaints ... and you would be the first exchange to ever open their books to the public. This is cryptocurrency right? It's about accountability on a public level. Imagine the possibilities if you do this..
