After knowing he won't get paid from having PD sig with negative trust, he has done the following.

1. Try to remove the negative trust by spamming DM.
2. Try to sell his account.
3. Put "PrimeDice | A biggest bitcoin scam" in his personal profile.

And he has grown up. Cheesy

When is the giveaway finish?

If my understanding is correct, the giveaway ended already and Dennis7777 won (Please refer to my above post)
But of course, we will need OP to come online to get the official announcement. Smiley

The result of the 777777th bet turns out to be 00.9631, so I believe the person making the post #100 wins, which is Dennis7777.

Note: if the number1 or number2 turn to be 0, which means the post was made by me, the 0.01BTC will be given who has the post number of 100.

428  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Im fairly new to bitcoins! im looking for some advice on: May 10, 2014, 09:53:39 AM
Hello Bitcoin community, i just started to get into the whole bitcoin thing and i think im ready to get a coin. My question to you guy is what's the fastest, cheapest, safest, and most reliable site to buy a coin from?

Use coinbase if you don't mind verifying your ID. Use localbitcoins if you don't want to verify ID or you want to get bitcoin fast.

I was also going to see what you guys thought about mining, if it would be a smarter investment to invest $600 into coins or a mining setup?

Mining won't get you rich. Indeed, you will very very likely just get a loss.
429  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Interest Rate on: May 10, 2014, 09:44:18 AM
Thanks. By deflation my bits are losing value?  Huh
It's the other way. Inflation means losing value and deflation means appreciation.
But to be more presice, BTC is still in the inflation stage and around 4000 coins are mined everyday.
Inflation is when BTC prices are going up. Btc is in the deflationary stage.

In economics, "inflation" is an increasing money supply. It may or may not result in increasing prices. In layman's terms, "inflation" means increasing prices of goods, which may or may not be caused by an increasing money supply. "Deflation" is the same, except opposite.

So, in economics terms, bitcoin will always be in inflation, until block reward become zero, right?
430  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the easiest way to get Bitcoin in Spain? on: May 10, 2014, 09:41:44 AM
First what is the easiest way to get bitcoins in Spain without linking your bank accounts etc. I was thinking of buying ukash vouchers and exchanging it online for bitcoin. Is this safe and if so what sites are trusted for the exchange. There are a ot of sale points selling ukash vouchers here at any amount you want so this makes it easier for me.

Second, I made an account at blockchain.info and got everything setup to receive my bitcoins if I buy then eventually is this the best place to enable sending and receiving at low charges?
Thanks

Have you tried localbitcoins? You could find people selling bitcoin with cash around you.
Blockchain.info is okay, but don't forget to enable 2FA.
431  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many bitcoins are there? on: May 10, 2014, 09:35:44 AM
Keep in mind that most of that when to the FBI, or some crazy event.

AFAIK, FBI "only" has 144000 btc on 1FfmbHfnpaZjKFvyi1okTjJJusN455paPH (DPR Seized Coins) and 30000 btc on 1F1tAaz5x1HUXrCNLbtMDqcw6o5GNn4xqX (Silkroad Seized Coins).

Do you know if they have an official thread on bitcointalk?

I can't find any official thread, but I have found the owner. Smiley

Hi, I'm the person behind http://woodwallets.io . Basically, 'paper-wallets' made out of wood, as someone likes to call it.

I'm member of Litecoin association and Woodwallets is already available for : Litecoin Bitcoin Peercoin Dogecoin and Nxt .

I'm looking forward to add a new coin in the next 10 days and I want to ask to the community.

Which crypto should I add first? Wink
433  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Low risk steady returns investment fund idea on: May 10, 2014, 09:25:16 AM
Most members here will not be interested in any fiat investments from your company. There are plenty of funds in the market which yields over 15%, so your 10% is nothing. You may claim that your investment is low risk, but you yourself is high risk to us.

Any chance of offering 10% annual return on a bitcoin denominated investment?

IMO, the biggest problem is trust but not return.
You can find some "10% daily return" forex-trading / bitcoin trading investment ponzi in the gambling section. Wink
434  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need help getting my son started {unemployed} on: May 10, 2014, 09:20:44 AM
Please do not post "negative" comments, like...."Tell him to get a real job...etc. etc" {Believe me, we tried}

Sorry, but to be honest, these kind of "negative" comments are the most realistic suggestion.
Your son really need to understand that he can't be relying on his parents forever...

set up a wallet on blockchain.info and find a bitcoin faucet to send a bit of bitcoin to the wallet Smiley

Can he live his life with the faucet payments? I guess not...
436  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: question about gambling on: May 10, 2014, 09:17:43 AM
Also, the faucet is not worth it unless you have A LOT of time on your hands...

Even if you have a lot of time, you could have spent it on other more meaningful / more profitable stuff.

yep, faucets are just a way to introduce people to bitcoin not to distribute actualy value

This is pretty spot on, "introduce" meaning not a serious amount.  Smiley

IMO, it doesn't worth the time to collect payment from faucets, but it may make sense if you have the ability to get hundreds or thousands of referrals.
437  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How lucky Is my brother on: May 10, 2014, 09:15:32 AM
The problem I have is that X depends on the number of bits that have to be 0 and I dont know how to get them from the difficulty, since the difficulty value is usually given as an integer (e.g. 8,000,872,136)

You can find the target on blockexplorer.

438  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: freebitco.in - is it even worth it? on: May 10, 2014, 09:01:50 AM
freebitco.in is good, just dont maky it your main source and try to get as many reffs as possible.
yeah, with many referrals you can get many bonus
with 50% bonus, that will be good
i saw someone get around 0.1 BTC per weeks, i thiiink he has a lot of referrals Grin

Thats about 200 referrals or is it more?

It depends on activity of your ref.
For 200 ref, each claiming 8 payments a day and getting the min payment, you will get 200*8*0.00000442*50% =  0.003536 btc a day.

A question: when i want to load bitcoins to kraken will ask me my private key.

You mean when you send bitcoin to your deposit address on kraken? You shouldn't be asked about your private key...
440  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Get more money? on: May 10, 2014, 08:47:10 AM
Hey guys, I have 0.07 BTC and I was wonder what I could do with it to make more money in BTC?
I know gambling is a option but I am very skeptical about that and just worried about losing money.
 Any other options?
 Thank you.

Try to invest into cex.io for buying ghz , the price are nice now actually .

To be honest it is not really a good investment IMHO.
Not only the hashrate price is expected to keep dropping (due to increasing difficulty), the maintenance fee on cex.io is insane ($0.26 per GHs per month).

So what should a newbie do?

Many newbies come to the bitcoin world with an idea that mining will get them rich, which is definitely not true.
