Há várias formas de se pagar um boleto sem ser por conta bancária, como caixa eletrônico e lotéricas. Na loterica realmente deve ser possivel com dinheiro vivo. Mas nao cobram nenhum tipo de documento? Realmente nunca fiz nada parecido. No caixa eletronico tb tem essa opcao, sem nenhum tipo de identificacao? Realmente é interessante nao sabia dessa possibilidade. Ainda tenho vários conhecidos que intermedeiam esse processo através de aplicativos onde a pessoa recebe uma certa % do valor ao efetuarem esses pagamentos.

É interessante mas não é totalmente sem identificacao, pq vc vai ter que pagar esse terceiro. Ah nao ser que voce pague em cash ao vivo, vai acabar fazendo uma transaferencia bancaria pra ele o que daria no mesmo. Nao? Transfere 10k pra uma pessoa, essa transacao 'e informada pra receita. E uma pessoa que faca isso sempre (esse terceiro) vai acabar sendo muito monitorado e deve declarar esses valores pra receita jutno com o CPF do pagante. Acho que a melhor coisa é andar dentro da lei pagando tudo o que é devido pro nosso sócio (o governo), ou pelo menos boa parte. É totalmente factivel um usuário acumular alguns bons satoshis (como 0.5 btc) fazendo pequenos servicos na internet. Eu, pessoalmente, declaro tudo pois acredito que um BTC pode atingir um valor estupidamente alto no futuro. Digamos que um dia voce venda 0.5 BTC e compre um apartamento. Se voce tem um historico de declaracoes de BTC na sua declaracao de impsoto de renda, voce paga 15% pro governo e pronto, dinheiro limpo ( o que realmente é, pois nao é fruto de atividades ilicitas). Mas ai se voce nunca declarou e de repente surge com um ape na mao, voce esta meio enrolado. |

In reality, There is no exchange that will offer a free listing unless it was done through voting then they might list free but still charge by monthly fees. It is true that sometimes exchange are reaching out good project to get listed on there exchange but they never offer free listing.
Do you think a big such as Tezos or Cardano is going to pay to get listed in a newly created exchange, like the ones mentioned here( Booboo, bitsmart , etc)? They would not even like to be listed in scammy exchanges, but they can't prevent that from happening. |

I would do the following
1 open ledger live
2 connect device
3 unlock device
4 click on ledger live xrp account. Wait for it to ask to open the app on device
5 navigate to xrp app on device.

Eu utilizei essa carteira assim que ela foi lancada, pois a proposta inicial dela era ser uma carteira facil para recuperar forks de bitcoin. Ela era a unica carteira razoavelmente decente na epoca que aceitava BTX e BCD.
Na epoca meus BCD valiam em torno de 40 dolares e fui resgatar. Consegui recuperar os BCD importando as private keys. Logo fiz uma transacao e mandei todos para um endereço da propria carteira para depois trocar por btc. quando de repente **poof** sumiram e o endereco que a carteira gerou tb tinha sumido.
Fiquei tao puto que entrei em contato com o suporte, consegui falar até com o "CEO" da changelly no telegram. Ele me reembolsou o valor em bitcoin, pois eu tinha algumas evidencias de que era um bug da carteira.
Nunca falei mal dela no forum nem nada pq o cara me reembolsou, mas fiquei muito chateado.
Qual carteira mano? Coinomi? Exodus? Atomic? Desculpe mas pra não ficou claro qual foi :/ Todo esse problema foi da Atomic wallet. Eu recomendo a coinomi. Close source mas nunca tive problermas... carregue poucos valores la e fique tranquilo. pra grandes valories, eu usaria a ledger nano sem duvida. |

he is not entirely wrong. i'd argue that points 1 and 4/5 are correct.
i personally wouldn't pay a satoshi for something that can be made easily on my own, which is a cold storage. but i still recommend hardware wallet for regular users who don't want to spend time learning how to reach security.
as for security of hardware wallets, they too can be hacked. there are exploits that are found in these tools every now and then that can lead to losses one way or another. recently another critical but was found in all of them. so they do need to be updated regularly and the user must always keep an ear to the ground to find out about these bugs.
it is naive thinking that hardware wallets are 100% secure and immune to all kinds of attacks.
ps. that still doesn't justify using a mobile wallet instead of a hardware wallet or a cold storage though.
A handmade hardware wallet may be easy for you, but I wouldn't trust a HW made by you lol I have no idea how to build one .... And for those who don't know how to build one, buying one is a good option and the price is reasoneable (and I live in a 3rd world country). I know they are not 100%, but those attacks are possible only in movies. Like the evil maid hacker attack... You would have a maid that is a hacker, found your hardware wallet and explore it vulnerability. This is very crazy and extremely unlikely. You can consider it 99.99999% or 100% safe for practical purposes. |

They can still be hacked if you are using them online for trading or other stuff. No, they can't. Even if you plug them in an infected computer your bitcoins are still safe and unhackeable. |

You don't get the idea. It should be possible only once. If after the attempt the last 3 characters of your password are wrong, the master key is wiped from the memory and you have to retype the whole password again.
Mobile wallets vulnerabilities lies in the seed generation, not in wallet interface. It doesn't make any difference if you use a 40 digit password with special characters and facial recognition + PIN if a hacker knows your seed and can empty your wallet at any time just by inserting the seed in his computer. |

Tenho visto alguns avancos na lightning. Varios giftcards estao aceitando lightning (esse por exemplo da 2% de desconto https://www.bitrefill.com/buy/spotify-premium-brazil/?hl=en). O desconto era pra ser realmente bom, mas no Brasil o agio é em torno de 15% dai esses 2% nao adianta nada ne... percebi até pequenos pagamentos no forum feitos com lightning tambem. Tivemos também o famoso halving poucos dias atrás tb. O ano já está bastante movimentado rsrs com a electrum aceitando lightning acredito que devera ter mais um boom na adocao. minha experiencia com a lightning foi pessima por conta da carteira que usei. |

I am fan of Picasso works. Honestly, this is the first time i know about this paint. I didn't also like it that much.
Now the question is why they chose that work to sell it for an unknown crypto without even mentioning the price !? Is this a strategy to promote the paint sale or the crypto used to sell it ? Why not just using bitcoin ?
I am not that pessimistic, but i don't think art fans/collectors will be interested in crypto just to purchase this paint .

What do you refer as Quick unlock? Fingerprints?
Imo all those passwords, face recognition, fingerprints, etc add very little to wallet's security. They add something to privacy but that's all.
Just encrypt and lock your device using a strong pin or fingerprint. When you do so nobody will be able to hack it and use your wallet if you have your device lost or stolen. It is possible but highly unlikely.

A successful project always requires countless hours of hard working, study, etc. If you think it is not for you, that you don't have the natural aptitude for it, it is best to move on. That's unfortunate, can you give us reasons why you are closing it down, you have a good domain
