With the bidding starting at $150K how an this be a valid bid? Did you not read the terms of the auction?

Diverse viewpoints? How is a diverse viewpoint when the people complaining don't even have an Neptune on order? It's like saying I hate Honda's, though I have never owned one nor have I driven one. Is my view valid, no and I shouldn't be mocking Honda because I don't have any right too. You can't compare the government to Knc.. That's like comparing apples to oranges, so get real or get lost! You are a damn hypocrite, you have plenty of posts commenting on things you have never experienced but there you are happily sharing your perspective. While I am going to take someone's opinion with a grain of salt when they haven't slogged through it themselves they may still have very valid points to make due to the fact that they, like anyone else can research. Much like you seem to do elsewhere. So using your logic you shouldn't complain about a number of topics you like to, wait maybe that is silly and instead you dismiss them more easily like others do and deal with the discourse.

Since estimates put the return at about 13BTC perhaps you start your auction at a price you might sell it at?

Looking for a couple of codes.. PM me if you have one..

Looking at the source code for the 'Advanced' tab I find in line 44-46 the following: var dieFreqTemplate = $('<select/>'); $.each(config.valid_die_frequencies, function(i, frequency) { dieFreqTemplate.append('<option value="' + frequency + '">' + frequency + ' MHz</option>'); it looks like this is a lookup of valid die frequencies from a file named 'config.valid_die_frequencies'. Maybe we just have to find this file and amend it? In short the CGI backend calls "waas -i valid-config" to determine which settings the ASIC allows. "config.valid_die_frequencies" is the JSON element reqturned from waas that is used to populate the drop down. waas itself also applies all settings and it will not accept anything outside of the range supported, be it 775 on the October and 1000 on the November. I hacked up the firmware to allow settings outside of the range, I am working through one issue now and will post it when it's done..

I might have overlooked something obvious but can someone tell me the math behind the HEX to MHz conversion, for example what is the equation that gets 211 equal to 850Mhz?
*approximate equation take the first 2 digits the '21' convert hex to decimal to get 33 multiply 33 x 25MHz and ya get 825MHZ (add 25MHz to your answer) The last digit is the divisor, it's 1 so we are done. YMMV Thanks for the details, that helps some but the use of a 5 on the end confuses it some.. I'm wrapping up a custom firmware that opens the frequency settings however I need to set the registers manually as KNC is disallowing it in their binary tool. I have it all working just trying to get a stragithforward, yet reliable equation to flip the MHz to the proper hex but it's not looking good yet.

Thanks for pointing it out, I had looked at that before posting, I wish it did but following the logic in that post I can see how he is stepping up but not how one converts between frequencies and the hex setting.

Is there a way to calulate what I might earn per day if I swiched to PPS vs all my workers currently bein on PPLNS ?
This is what my curren 24hr stats are: 0.03164792
Luck aside take was you make now and subtract 5% from that number, that should do it..

If you actually want to sell it suggest you post again with a much lower starting bid and let the auction run it's course.. When a Merucry can be had for not much more it's a difficult sell.

How much for just abalones or avalons and bfl or are you completely against splitting them up?
He takes those I'll take the rest! I had asked the same earlier in the thread but heard crickets..

If you would be willing to split off the Bitfury and KNC gear I might be interested in picking that up. Shipping would be to east coast of US.

To confirm, everything is fully funded?

Looking for 6 November Jupiters will pay fair market value or a little higher depending on the location, turn around time, etc.
Drop me a PM if you are interested in selling, I can pay in BTC or possibly Paypal, any BTC payments require escrow.

It's a tough road with no verifiable credentials that I can see, no real proof of a prototype, no substantive information providing folks a level of confidence in your offering.

thats because he didnt delivered yet the new miners, they should be shipped tonight, i talked with asiabtc on the phone today
So this is not only a firmware update, but an hardware change as well ? Current units won't be able to hash at 500 khs ? Anyway, I ordered a LA6M some time ago, should be shipped this week, so I'll see directly and decide for bulk order. Definitely interested in understanding this, is the ~500kh/s post asiabtc sent just new firmware or actually new devices not yet available?

so hashrate went up 1/3rd in 30 days?
KNC says it hasn't gone up noticeably at all. I had someone that is working bulk orders with KNC tell me that Sam Cole himself told him that the hashrate will flatten until they are shipping Neptunes as no one will be introducing significant hashrate into the network.. What is worse is this person didn't understand that the network hashrate isn't a secret as the difficulty is tied to it.. It's on track for another 20% at the next turn and has been doing 20%+ for a while, not sure how KNC can say anything like that as it's showing no signs of slowing down.

Am I getting this right..
1. Bad reputation on here with negative trust. 2. So lazy all you post is ebay auction link. 3. You are asking a $300 premium over the average selling price..
Boy let's all run out and jump on this great deal..
