161  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto traders beaten by girls on: April 26, 2023, 08:43:10 PM
Lol pawel, you got me on the title.
At first, I thought that the traders literally got beaten physically by girls 😂
Anyways, the data is true and I'm amazed to see how girls are outperforming "every single men out there who's been trading crypto since its inception". It maybe because girls and ladies know how to calculative-ly manage risks and make money on their own. Today's woman has become self-dependent and even self-sufficient, which is why they're utilising their talent of managing homes and their family into managing risks of making money, after all, a woman is a mother, sister, daughter, wife, etc. and she's the backbone of a family, so these stats are really good and I expect women to go far ahead in achieving such awesome results while keep understanding the crypto space. 162  Economy / Speculation / Thinking about what caused the flash crash? on: April 26, 2023, 08:35:17 PM
I guess I've got the reason to this question.

What happened?
BTC crashed right from $30k to ~$27200 and many traders got liquidated in just a matter of hours (mostly the recent 2 hours during which the dump took place).

When?
April 26, 2023

The wallet of the Mt. Gox hacker ☝️
Please see into it, it has been transacting big since last week and it looks like this wallet, being under the possession of US Government or Mt Gox itself, has now been moving the funds.
Either this caused panic, or they sent the coins to some of the traders who lost their btc during the hack, and the traders might be causing this dump.

One more thing to watch for:
DXY moving upwards will be the continuation for BTC to dump more.

...but use of AI to create posts is strictly prohibited here.

if you mean in the forum, not really. Many people see it wrong and there are campaign managers against it, but there is no official forum position against it, and I think it is tolerated as long as it results in a quality post.

No offense here but I'd like to ask a few questions:
Can AI really create enough quality posts for this forum?
Does AI have the capability to understand almost each question asked here?
If yes, can't AI give similar answers to more than one people sending the same query to it but at different times, and can't this create enough mess and a possibility here for such accounts to get banned for plagiarism?

I know that AI is here for our personal as well as professional upgrade, but what is the point of debating here (on this forum) if almost all the posts start to come from AI (not now but in the future maybe)? Can't we start speaking to bots instead of putting arguments against real human thoughts?

I'm not saying that use of AI should be banned/stopped on the forum but there should be limitations, and should not be allowed in campaigns at all because we get paid for our personal opinions. If someone uses AI, then all he will do is make free money using a technology's features.
164  Economy / Reputation / Re: Changed language in history. Bought? Hacked? on: April 25, 2023, 02:32:48 PM
People here are worried about whether the account has really changed hands or not! If yes, then is it bought or hacked?
Well, I'm seeing another story from my point of view here and I really can't explain it why, but I believe that martyns had been involved in using AI to create posts and post them here. I've spotted some broken comments, and some comments have grammatical mistakes too where it seems that he tried to tweak a bit inside the comments he got from AI and then posted them here. I'd only ask to visit his posts history and instead of looking for this Indonesian-Nigerian dilemma, you guys should also look into this and let me know your PoV.

I checked Bitcoingirl.club's comment and she told the truth that he's doing EVERYTHING to earn through signature campaigns, but use of AI to create posts is strictly prohibited here.

Not everybody wants to sell it and make money , I need it because the course is tough and even if u watch 2 times it's not sufficient , and if I solve question bank and if I get query I want to see the video again that why I need it

I've not targeted you specifically when I said that ^someone^ may do it to sell it for cheap, it's common sense mate. Next, I've already given you the solution.
Let me ask you this:
When you play the video, does it need to be continuously running without taking it back or front? I mean, when you said you can play it 2 times, you can't drag the video a few minutes back or front? If you can, then watching it 2 times is enough because you can have your pen and paper and still solve your questions while pausing it and/or dragging it back and front wherever you see your queries being resolved in the video.
One more thing, is it allowed to be watched 2 times for free per device?
If yes, why don't you use multiple devices and/or use BlueStacks and change IP inside and watch it?
There are so many alternatives available that you really don't need to record it, if you don't need it later of course.
167  Economy / Services / Re: Need Help with Android App Will pay for it on: April 22, 2023, 06:38:40 AM
if u can play them, u can screen-record them.

they loose a bit of quality but something is better than nothing i guess.

i may or may not be able to help but i'd need to know which app u r talking about first.

u can send me a pm if u don't want to reveal the app here.

i allow newbies to send messages.

i don't use telegram.

No the app have flagsecure you can't take screenshot or record the screen , thats why I need help

Lol, if you can't record the screen, why don't you use another phone to record that video by playing it on your main phone or PC?
And if it's an educational app, I believe you're not allowed to do this because it may be a paid video of some course and they don't want it to be leaked because then, nobody will purchase their course but rather buy the recorded one for cheap if you or someone that records it, decides to sell it of course.

PaperWallet, we don't doubt you but we are also humans and if you want to follow privacy and don't want to disclose anything, then nobody will believe you (even if you are trying to help others to save their money). I'd suggest you to try and contact one of the highly reputed legends on this forum, LoyceV (if he agrees) and share the details of the lawsuit and/or more evidence that you believe, may help you in your case here. We don't want to see anything, but for you to prove your point, it is also necessary that at least someone on this forum does the fact check and comes up here to either defend you or put the reality in front of everyone.

Will you ever KYC a person where it's obvious he isn't money laundering? Will the normal player be able to play without KYC?

Regarding your KYC query, I'd suggest you to check here:
https://www.housebets.io/docs/kyc

I've got a question for you:
How would they know whether the player who is playing there is a normal player and not someone involved in money laundering? What if some hacker who used a service like Tornado cash deposits to their casino? How will they classify that money launderer with a normal player? I'm not in favor of KYC at all, but all I've seen is that, KYC is only done in 2 cases:
1. If the player does something suspicious which gets caught in the eyes of casino
2. If the casino does not want to pay the gambler at all and KYC is their only option to stop the gambler from collecting their winnings.
171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: April 21, 2023, 07:32:09 PM
The best answer would be No.
There is no guarantee of consistent winnings in gambling. Just like you can't earn profits on each trade in forex or crypto or let's say, each day can't be profitable, the same way gambling can't give you constant profits on your bets. You need to be very sharp if you bet on sports, still there are chances you'll lose because predicting anything nowadays has become almost impossible. Next, if you go for provably fair games and if you see a losing streak, you lose your temper and try to recover your losses and that's where you lose more. So it's better not to expect too much from gambling because from what I can see, you're expecting a living or at least a side income from gambling and it's definitely not a good idea.
172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can Chat GTP destroy poker on-line gambling??? on: April 21, 2023, 03:55:53 PM
There are already some algorithms in place if the casino is to cheat real human gamblers in games that are both live and virtual. I don't think that AI can dominate almost everything, at least gambling if we talk about it specifically. I don't know why there's so much chaos being created around this AI and Chat GPT when it's just starting to take off. It's already been in the making since years and remember, AI is created by humans and not humans are being born by AI, so there's no point in stressing upon. Even if AI manages to gather what it takes to destroy poker online gambling, it'll need enough time (IMHO some more years) before we see our fear turn into a reality.
173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live casino over provably fair games. on: April 20, 2023, 07:38:16 PM
Roulette you said?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5449480.msg62117652#msg62117652
Didn't you just try to tell us that there are some game providers who try to scam us in live casino games and you yourself put roulette's example?
And now you think that you've got 15 seconds to figure out what to do?
You know, we as gamblers are very much impatient and we believe that this time, it's ours so we must place enough bets on enough numbers and see what happens. And such impatient behavior makes us lose because that's why the dealers keep the duration low like 15 seconds only so not to give you enough time to "think before betting". And about provably fair games, I've played some original games like dice, crash, minesweeper, etc. and TBH, I've won more there compared to live casino games. However, we get attracted towards live casinos just because we get bored watching the same graphics again and again in the provably fair games and so, we go to live casino to see those beautiful women dealing cards (blackjack) and throwing balls near the rolling numbers (roulette) because come on, we do it for fun and that's a nice distraction we men are fond of.  Cheesy
174  Economy / Gambling / Re: Without money, does it still qualify as gambling? on: April 20, 2023, 07:21:48 PM
It's showing "Access denied".
Is it a country-specific website? If yes, do you know which ones are restricted?
However, yes I'd call it gambling because you're predicting something and not getting the money directly, I mean for doing nothing. Even though you're not putting your own money on it, you're getting a reward for staking your 0 money bet through your prediction and you win if what you predicted comes out to be true.
I'd compare it with the free spins that we get on websites, or the no-deposit bonuses with which we can play some specific games and even keep as well as cashout our winnings (some websites need just 1x wagering to withdraw). So it's just the same, you're gambling but without including your money there.
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: Correction from $30K: Reason to worry? on: April 20, 2023, 06:39:55 PM
We have always been told that retracements are good and healthy for any asset that keeps moving up with consistency. I believe that $25k is the price BTC will touch soon because there's still fear in the markets about Mt Gox releasing the coins to their customers. If the first batch of coins gets released, there'll most probably panic sell in the markets and it'll be through short term traders only. However, there's not enough bad news coming out which shows that currently, bulls are and will remain in control.
I would be very happy to see Bitcoin get to the expected pull back we've been waiting for towards $25k, it will be very risky if we continue shouting up without necessary retracemet. With the pull back we've already gotten down to $28.3k, Bitcoin is now gone oversold in the 4Hrs time frame, and forming a falling wedge pattern in the 15-30 minutes time frame. however we have most traffic at $27.5k which is low risk zone to file in orders if Bitcoin should reverse from here.

I'm honestly not bearish on BTC at all, however I believe that there are too many longs already and when there's too much confidence, the greed level is high and that's when full-forced attacks are made to drop down the price of the asset in order to liquidate the powerful side where there's enough liquidity to grab. This time, it's the bears' turn to liquidate longs before we see any new highs for this year, that's what I believe.

My Gosh what a feel I got when I visited the website.
That black background with vibrant colors steal the show, while also giving enough opportunities to us for playing and also getting a chance to earn LFI tokens. I've become a fan of the concept, however I'd like to ask a question that came to my mind instantly when I knew that most of the winnings will be sent instantly because it's through the liquidity pools on LunaFi. So, if a big player wins huge on your casino, will the liquidity be drained away to pay the entire winnings to him?
Love your feedback! We have been building this for so long, so nice to hear some appreciation! Regarding the liquidity issue you mentioned: There are limits in place to make sure this can't happen. We will continue to add liquidity too, so we can take larger bets, we are just coming out of Beta. The LFI pool also acts as a last resort of insurance should anything happen.

Thanks for your kind response.
I'm still a bit skeptical about something I'd like to ask.
As you said that LFI pool will be the last resort of insurance if any big bettor wins and you don't have enough to pay him, may I ask that except this LFI pool liquidity, do you have your own backup capital (I'm not asking about adding liquidity or something, but in other major crypto) in order to keep your end safe? I mean, is there some amount (I'm not interested in asking to disclose it) with you already that you'll use both in advertising/marketing as well as payments to gamblers should they play and win big at your place, or are the winnings completely dependent on the liquidity of players alone?
As well, I'd like to know the type of bonuses you guys are providing on deposits (if any). I'd also suggest you to give some free spins to new players to try out your casino, this will help drive real traffic to your casino as well as may also convert them into permanent players of your casino if they like playing there. Last but not the least, as CryptSafe suggested, if you're looking for advertising and marketing, I don't think there's any better place but this forum that has thousands of gamblers available here whom you can hire through signature campaign and spread the word about your casino.  Wink

180  Economy / Economics / Re: Look for what to invest, not what to eat on: April 20, 2023, 02:11:17 PM
TBH, I have never seen a person selling his personal account but the ones that he used to farm. AccountSeller was one example and he openly did it and people were stupid enough to fall for those accounts. Then came the merits system which made it almost impossible for these accounts to sell because low level accounts are of no use and they need merits to grow it up now, which is a great initiative by theymos to stop account sales. It's not considered illegal here, however if caught, is tagged negative so that it remains of no use to the buyer. It's actually easy to spot that an account has changed hands by checking the difference in posts made since the beginning of account creation and the recent ones.
And yes, for those who have been here since early stage (considering me as well), I'd say that we used to earn at least BTC0.4 weekly through signature campaigns and it was a time then, and now is the time that we compete to get in a signature campaign for about BTC0.003-0.005 (depending on the pay of the campaign) Wink
