1101  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: In-play or pre-match staking on: October 28, 2020, 01:03:50 PM
I truly believe that pre-match staking is way more risky in football if we go for over/under bets for the number of goals to be made. I recently received a bet where we were supposed to bet over 2.5 goals but the teams didn't score a single goal yet and it's currently the 70th minute slot going on. I know we can have better odds if we bet live of if we just watch the match when the odds go high too much. Live betting can be much more successful in many different types of games if you know when to cashout. I love this cashout feature but it's only good if you know when to use it and well, hodl your greed aside and get out with a percentage of winnings instead of going for the full win.
1102  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: New Normal Game Setup - a success or a failure? on: October 26, 2020, 04:24:25 PM
Yes, kudos to what they have all been doing, hats off to players for playing at their front foot for people's entertainment and thanks to all the gambling websites which allow us to bet on them, as the excitement would have been crunched if these things were not there. It's not that we just want to gamble, but watching them with full anxiety and waiting for someone to win is all we want. This new setup has once again filled life in audience who's been waiting for more than 3 months to be able to see their favorite sport as many sports took longer to resume and we only had digital games mostly to bet on.
1103  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 25, 2020, 09:39:26 AM
If you found the gambling platform because of their review or ratings, I don't think that the gambling site will recommend playing gambling. If it's related to the crypto world, it is better to find the recommended gambling site from here because you will get so many trustable and recommended gambling sites that you can use to gamble.

Would have been much better if you'd have given him the suggestion to also clearly read the rules and especially, the ToS of a specific gambling website they want to gamble at because this can turn bad for them if their country is listed in that website's restricted countries list and then they still gamble there but are stopped from withdrawing anything (some sites even do it like this because it's gambler's fault in the end that they didn't check the terms before registering). Nowadays, even the best and reputed gambling websites are turning grey when it comes to withdrawals.
1104  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 24, 2020, 08:19:35 PM
1. As a gambler, how do you gauge the legitimacy of a Curacao registered online casino or in other jurisdiction with zero or little regulation?

I believe that if gambling is already restricted in my country, I would not look for a license at all. About the Curacao thing, yes I know that the sites regulated by them - do offer players to play there even if they come from a restricted area which may put the gambler into problem if they are asked for a KYC.

Quote
2. Is it enough that they offer provably fair games?

If I'm too lazy, yes. I mean who cares about the license, I just wanna take a chill-pill. Cheesy
If I'm such a type of detective sort of person, I'll definitely try to look for more critical insider information about the gambling site including its license.

Quote
3. If it's an "old" casino, you can check their reputation and reviews from players but what if it's new?

Then I'd simply try out the new casino or just wait for some people to try it out for some time and give a review about them. But trust me, even if too good reputation has been created, if a casino wants to scam, they'll definitely do that. So I don't think that a particularly new casino will be able to prove itself unless hard time strikes in for them and if someone wins something huge over their casino. That's when their real test starts.

Quote
Would it make any difference to you if they're registered in Malta or UK where regulations are said to be of the highest standards?

Definitely, because their regulatory bodies will act differently as well as their way of handling and dealing with money laundering issues and/or KYC as well as restriction of countries will be very strictly followed and users from such countries will not be entertained.
1105  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔻 List of Casinos and Sportbooks to Avoid on: October 24, 2020, 07:42:05 PM
Imitation is the best form of flattery, as the saying goes. But the problem is, players are deceived by the wrong marketing, thinking that they are playing with the original one. I hope gamblers will do their own research before signing up to those mentioned sites.

The problem is, people just agitate towards the false advertisements just because such advertisements have misleading information involved, and the major issue I see here is, there are some websites who even imitate the duplicate ones which is ridiculous. I appreciate OP for this initiative and will do my best in finding him with extremely non-trustworthy sportsbooks. And I do believe that nitrogensports is a good, but not-so-quick site as I had been a part of them and they are good at everything except withdrawals.
1106  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betnomi.com - Crypto Centric 🏀Sportsbook and 🎲Casino - 🔥Biggest Jackpots on: October 24, 2020, 06:29:10 PM
I just created an account at betnomi as Joca is giving a free bet to us.  Cool If I gift my bet to another user whom I know, will they receive it after it is won or it will be immediately transferred to them? As well, if it gets immediately transferred to another user, will they get the "cashout" option for that gifted bet or they need a win for sure to be able to withdraw and/or play with those funds?
1107  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we ready for the ^POMP^ yet? on: October 22, 2020, 03:52:06 PM
If this news throws BTC down, then let's get ready for another leg down towards $8k and buy BTC cheap? Or shall I buy BTC right now? Is $13k cheap atm and can I go for a 10x leverage position at this price?

A "sell the news" event? Well, there is always the possibility this spike above $12.5K is a B wave in an expanding flat, represented by the middle diagram:

https://a.c-dn.net/b/3M0sha/3-Types-of-Elliott-Wave-Flat-Patterns-to-Know-JWedu_body_Picture_1.png --> image

Once the June 2019 highs (the $13,800s) are broken, we can officially rule this scenario out. Until then, the $9,000s aren't completely off the table yet.

If you can't decide whether the market is headed to $8K or $13K, I would avoid taking any 10x leveraged positions. Tongue

Definitely, the exact same thought that came to my mind is this only. I recently checked the weekly charts and it looks like this pump will last this week only and the next weekly candle will be a big red one as its next leg looks to be a bearish one. I believe this will throw BTC under $11k next week itself because whenever a positive "news" came, BTC always got defeated downside. I hope I'll get a chance to buy BTC "cheaper than this" once again.
1108  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal is doing it on: October 22, 2020, 02:14:22 PM
--snip--

I cant really just believe that this is the main reason on why bitcoin did soar up that high at this moment and do even able to hit up 13k price
in preev.com.

Majority hadnt anticipated for this thing to happen and its good if we do sell out now for those who do trade earlier. This is the sweetest spot to make out some moves.

The thing is, PayPal must have been watching the crypto markets very vigorously and did not want to miss out on their share (which they already missed till date), but I can say that they chose the right time to chime in with their announcement while things were already looking good and the most important factor that I believe is the fact that BTC remained stable and even grew while 2 of the major exchanges got hacked, and probably that is why PayPal started believing in it from then (maybe!). All in all, let us be prepared for the cheap fees but an expensive BTC (as it's their choice to sell at their rates and it'll probably be a bit higher than market price).
1109  Economy / Speculation / Are we ready for the ^POMP^ yet? on: October 21, 2020, 09:53:58 PM
Since PayPal announced its allowance of cryptocurrencies, BTC soared high towards $13k and I can see that the rally already began for BTC. Is it party time or shall we wait a bit longer? Rally has started, the question is - towards which side? If this news throws BTC down, then let's get ready for another leg down towards $8k and buy BTC cheap? Or shall I buy BTC right now? Is $13k cheap atm and can I go for a 10x leverage position at this price?
1110  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal is doing it on: October 21, 2020, 09:39:23 PM
--snip--

Yeah right, they're doing it like that. Like they're allowing you to transact the "contracts" of BTC but not the BTC itself, that too into their platform. But seriously, we've been waiting for this since long time and when PayPal did this, it doesn't matter to me a lot whether they allow us to withdraw BTC or not atm because they transact in fiat since their beginning and so, I believe they won't stop doing that for some more time. Though, this step by PayPal has finally done the job by kicking up BTC above $12900.

The only thing that matters now is, at what price will they allow us to buy BTC? I mean will it be same as the exchanges, or will PayPal once again be criticized to "sell" BTC at their expensive rates just like they charge us fees? Wink
1111  Economy / Economics / Re: The Real Situation :( on: October 19, 2020, 11:18:49 PM
@OP, I believe you got too much distressed due to all that happened during this year that you couldn't resist painting it down here but the fact is, Covid-19 actually stopped the death cycle against the number of deaths happening daily due to smoking, drinking alcohol, getting killed by someone either accidentally or intentionally, bomb blasts, terrorism, etc. All these activities were halted during Covid-19 (except a few motherphuckers who intentionally went outside people's home and spit there to spread their covid to others due to jealousy or some personal enmity). Just see it as an opportunity because many stocks have plunged to their new all-time-lows and I believe that if you did save something last year, it's time for you to invest and earn great returns. About food, yeah I know that natural calamities bother us a lot but everything will be alright. Smiley
1112  Economy / Gambling / Re: DuelBits |Instant BTC & ETH withdrawals | Live Games & Slots! Rakeback | VIP | on: October 19, 2020, 10:53:13 PM
I am starting to have more and more doubts about this site. They claim to have paid out $ 85,000 in 5 minutes (which I question, I feel it was cleverly put together and manipulated).
If this is really the case, then you have a budget, but apparently there is no budget otherwise you will give away coupons with a higher value and not a coupon with the astronomic amount of 0.50 Euro. A joke.

Now, I was going to be splendidly more arrogant than Hhampuz was, but leave it. I'll make you understand a simple thing my way:

We get free spins (leave this promo, let's talk about others) and there's no guarantee that you'll win even a dime with those free spins, yet you take them. Why? Because THEY ARE FREE (and don't tell me that you don't take free spins, I bet you'd have even taken benefits from the sites given by efialtis at BTCGOSU with his private promo links). There's nothing wrong with what you did, but then, what's the point in defaming a website which is giving you even a cent worth of a bet for free? If you were not satisfied with their promo, I guess you should have left. But what stopped you here and made you spew out shit about their promo?

VerveCasino.com* gave free spins and you can check their promo thread, none (except me who won around 1 EUR) has won over 0.18 EUR. Did they complain?

*I'm not endorsing nor blaming them, just using them as an example here
1113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 19, 2020, 10:34:11 PM
What's wrong if a newbie starts a project?
And even, we guys suggest newbies to buy a copper membership to use images and display them, so what's wrong if they try to promote their project themselves? If it's a BTC based bounty, then escrow is a must, otherwise if it's a token bounty, then I believe that it's our responsibility to use our brain and dig deeper to analyze the project and then decide if we want to take part or not.
1114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any Crypto with stable change and good trading volume? on: October 19, 2020, 09:46:58 PM
Is there any Crypto with stable change and good trading volume?

I just want to know if is there any good crypto currency on binance with a good trading volume and a stable change which means that that currency does not fluctuate too much and it is cheaper too like dogecoin? Also if that crypto recovers fast then it will be really a gold mine

At first, you ask for a stable change and then you say that crypto that recovers fast. How can that be stable?

Quote
IMO a stable coin is what which does not fluctuate much or remain stable in terms of profit, for example if a coin traded yesterday in 28 cents high, 20 cents low, then today it is trading in 26 cents high, 18 cents low which means that the profit is always stable, we don't need to be worried about that we will lose much if we lose any trade.

Provide liquidity with your USD rather than just keeping it in USDT or any stable coin because you'll earn much better % in a stablecoin to stablecoin farming structure and it is a bit safer than going for DeFi tokens of which, no use case is available but just lending. I believe that BTC is the only coin that's stable, recovers fast and even gives higher returns but you only need to hold it for long time. Trust me, you can't grow wheat in a day, it takes months to be harvested.
1115  Other / Meta / Re: Full transparency on the forum? Why not? on: October 19, 2020, 08:51:42 PM
It would not be in anybody's benefit if everything goes transparent here. What if your IP address, email address, your personal ID gets leaked at some place when you never wanted it to get compromised? That is how these things are meant to be confidential so to stop others from bullying responsible members who are doing their job great behind the picture. It's better if these things stay anonymous because if a poll starter will know who voted what and if he doesn't support a community apart that goes against the decision he expected, he'll start asking them what made them vote for that and then, spam PMs and whatnot. Kind of a hassle, no?
1116  Economy / Gambling / Re: btb88.com Casino & Sportsbook | NO DEPOSIT FREE SPINS | Licensed & Regulated on: October 19, 2020, 08:37:10 PM
I'd like to play at your site but shocked to see that my country is listed in the looong list of countries which are not accepted to gamble there. I don't want to play dirty and so, I'm openly asking you whether I can use an accepted country's VPN and play there? Looking to join this slots promo but I need an answer first, so not to get locked down when I try to withdraw my funds. Wink

Btw, as I can't access the site atm, I'd like to know that how many points do we get per $1 wagered? Is it fiat based or crypto betting is allowed?
1117  Economy / Economics / Re: Are online communities dead ? I can't find online communities to advertise ... on: October 19, 2020, 08:18:02 PM
not like that it's to direct keyword
-------------------------------------------------------------

30% results i get for forums i get  "Account Suspended..."

I think Covid is killing the internet also ... as people don't have money anymore ...

That's what I said - general discussion forums generally don't get enough advertisements so to sponsor their domain and hosting as well as continue their services as they do not engage people in any money making activities and so, their audience don't visit them regularly, seeing which, even advertisers don't go there to advertise and that's why those forums which have anything that keeps people engaged will have more exposure for advertisers and so, advertisers will do anything to keep that service go on (for e.g.; signature campaigns and bounties on Bitcointalk, some cents per post at cryptotalk as well as mt5 forums).
1118  Economy / Economics / Re: Are online communities dead ? I can't find online communities to advertise ... on: October 19, 2020, 07:51:26 PM
Not even bitcointalk is showing on search engines anymore ... it shows only if you search specific keywords

I just googled "Bitcoin forum" and that's what Bitcointalk is all about, so what other keywords do you expect to give you results of this forum?

And if you want to find general community forums like "Orkut" if you remember it, I believe they've gone away in the space which is the main reason you're not satisfied with the way how search engines are presenting results to their audience.
1119  Economy / Economics / Re: Are online communities dead ? I can't find online communities to advertise ... on: October 19, 2020, 07:37:44 PM

General community forums, big or small <--- This one here is dead as search engines are not showing any results or people don't talk about them anymore ...

I believe people are so much money-minded nowadays that the place where they can't even make a few cents, they won't even visit that place regularly or frequently. Still, if you want some general discussions, then please visit:
Politics & Society
Serious Discussion

And you can talk "generally" with your community in local section of the forum.
1120  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: pleaase be aware of cryptflash.com on: October 19, 2020, 06:43:18 PM
So stupid of you to believe someone's words when they offer you a 15x (or a 1500%) on any gambling site. Even the best games can't have these odds won easily until that game goes completely in your favor. Can you please elaborate more about the conditions that guy put in front of you for winning? Like which games should be played? If a game was given, then at what time should you play it? Or he just asked your username? Did you bet all your $100 in just one bet or were they made in parts? Can you post screenshot of your chat with that guy here? Even the best tipster in this world can't offer you such high odds.
