We can't dispute the fact that the advent of technology has played a great role in improving activities in the workplace. With the networking of the different PCs in companies, it has become easy to send a broadcast message to all staff at a time, and coupled with other sophisticated technology, coordinating and controlling multiple workers has become easier which has resulted in a high level of productivity and an increase in the staff to management relationships.

But then, the issue of workers' privacy and management compliance with work ethics has been of serious concern, and to a very large extent, it always appears as though most management has always used technology to the disadvantage of her staff. You find situations where CCTV cameras are mounted in most offices and privacy is denied to its peak. Most PCs used by staff are always under serious surveillance and sometimes, staff's don't even have a single knowledge that they are being monitored, and whenever they get a bit flimsy, their job is threatened.

I understand the importance of monitoring workers to ascertain there level of productivity, and to improve workers attendance and also enhance Cyber security but then, the inability of most management to go about this ethically has been of great concern to me.

Good fight from Bangladesh in second innings but Sri Lankans have given a huge target that is difficult to chase. On last day Sri Lanka need 3 more wickets to win while Bangladesh need 243 more runs to win. Second half century from Bangladesh in this test by Mominul Haque and Mehidy Hasan Miraz is not out on 44 runs. This is also part of ICC World Test Championship but don't think Sri Lanka will have any benefit of wining this series in test championship.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad batsman set a target of 162 in 20 overs with a lot of effort and struggle.  Which was great.  But Gujarat Titans batsmen scored 168 runs in 19.1 overs to win the match.  Their batsmen kept the pace high.  So they will win the match.  And their bowlers are good too.  The run was not stopped by the Sunrisers bowler.  Due to which the match will be lost.  My congratulations to the Gujarat Titans team for the win and may they continue to play like this and win matches.  And the Sunrisers bowler should do well.  If they don't, they won't be able to stop any batsman's runs.  If they could have stopped the runs, they could have won the match and luck did not favor them and they would have lost the match.

Sri Lanka played an incredible game, 531 runs in the first innings, Bangladesh will not be able to achieve this score even in two innings  So I can guarantee that Sri Lanka will win this match. Bangladesh have started the game and have scored 55 runs so far and they have lost 1 wicket so far. So it is doubtful whether Bangladesh will be able to cross 200 runs.  I was really surprised to see Sri Lanka play like this.  I thought the maximum they would score would be 400 runs but I never expected them to cross 500 runs.

You keep going more not less probably increasing your count per each set You carry out (quantity) and also ensuring an equivalent speed not pushing yourself too much to avoid breakdown.
Those that tend to increase there speed during push-up only build  Endurance and do less when in a slower pace,while those doing slower push-up build strength. This is the difference between both, so it geared towards the individual which is favorable and appreciative to our general well-being.
For me, I do 20 push-up per each set, At 2 intervals I go fast and another 2 intervals I go slower  most at times it very much difficult pushing after a slower pace interval.

My next target now is increasing my count from 20 to 25 per each set, also doing 20 squats before my push-up.

Hasan Mahmood, one of Bangladesh's bowlers is performing well, unique bowlers are not performing well because of them, Sri Lanka team is getting chance to score runs.
