It appears Danbi's pool has officially gone down. Cryptonit do you know if he is away?
Edit - Ok don't listen to me - Stratum was crashed before - but now seems to be working again.

hello anybody knows what happen the http://dmdpool.digsys.bg/ almost 2 days write We are investingating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP. Blockupdate disabled, blocks and transactions confirmations are delayed
thanks I am sure Danbi is busy with real life. You are still mining it is just the stats and payouts have stopped. He is fast to fix it when he gets back online.

question: if we could code a way where mining rewards at dmd multipool will be converted into dmd cloudmining shares instead if dmd payouts. are there people who would use that payout option? we dont wana code something if noone gona use it. until yet i had 1 miner requesting thst new feature are there more who want this?
Cryptonit - that sounds interesting but I would want the choice available. Maybe if it was a switch or something that I could turn on or off? we have a no login website (wallet without pw) so only stats visible but u cant set anything what i think could be possible is that u get a second btc address for mining and deepending on address it creates shares or dmd but have to crosscheck that with multipool dev Ah that sounds better - I like having the choice. Thanks.

Friendly warning, Lincoln was shot!!! Sorry could not resist that one. On a more serious note, has anyone done a comparison on what your profit would be 1. If you invested $100 in the Cloud Mining Verses 2. If you just purchased $100 in diamond coins and wait for the POS interest. After 12 Months. Which way comes out ahead. Thanks in advance. FYI: Just looking for the # of Diamond coins not a guess at market prices. I will confirm for you that the cloudmining works! Cryptonit will be the first to tell you that I was hesitant. I am a miner and have been mining diamond since the scrypt days. When i found the groestl version I was excited to breath new life into my rigs. Cryptonit tried and tried to promote the cloudmining and I always ignored and kept purchasing the diamonds from cryptsy. Then on 11-1-14 I invested 1 BTC. I got my first payout on 11-2-14. I am happy to say that I have been getting steady DMD payouts daily. I have already made back 3.5% of my money in the first 9 days! You can't get that at a bank. I have earned a total of 62 diamonds for doing nothing while I am still mining :-). Hope that helps. Oh don't forget about the share bonuses. Compounding at its best!

please update the algo to make ASIC and FPGA devices unable to operate on DMD.
sooner the better please.
I am not aware that ASIC's and FPGA's are using Groestl - Do you know something?

How do I fix my wallet. It is showing difficulty 1.7? Also Danbi's pool shows only 640067 blocks found but my wallet shows 640081 blocks? update - nevermind I followed the old instructions and updated my data now wallet seems to match Danbi's pool data.

Hi everyone, Miningfield US Pool is accessible again, and this time for good. I've made some changes to the configuration to improve mining performance overall. I've also added a new connection port, so now we have: us.miningfield.com:3387 -> CPUs and Slow GPUs ( < ~10MH/s) us.miningfield.com:3388 -> Fast GPUs ( ~20MH/s to ~230MH/S ) us.miningfield.com:3389 -> Super Fast Rigs ( > 300MH/S) If you live in the US or near, use this pool, otherwise use the EU one. Regarding the EURO Pool (dmd.miningfield), i will be switching to a new server this weekend and setting up the same backend/layout as the US Pool, switching Pool address to eu.miningfield.com and using same ports as the US Pool. Please point your miners to the new server that's gonna be up by friday (This will be announced) and withdraw your coins from the old Pool as it will be put offline by sunday. The new EU Pool will be "supercharged" like the US Pool, for a best mining performance. As usual i'll be on the chat room (at least some hours per day) to help you in whatever needed, or you can always email me. s. http://www.miningfield.comt. https://www.twitter.com/miningfieldf. https://www.facebook.com/miningfieldDMD Pool. http://dmd.miningfield.com http://us.miningfield.comThank you miningfield for your efforts. I appreciate a US server. I do not know how to set a donation for you in Nomp. Is there a fee at this server?

Cryptonit - can we increase our shares incrementally or does it always have to be a minimum of $100? I ask because I am invested in both Gaw Hashlets and Diamond. I have some BTC in my Gaw account but only fractional about $15.
the 100$ minimum is for initial invest reinvest could be smaller but it would be nice if its not to small amounts adding investments to database still done manual Ok I will wait until I have at least $50 saved up. I have been buying primes

Hello DMD Community, I am setting a 0.5% fee on Miningfield pool as i'm not getting enough income from donations to pay for the server. Current donators, thank you for your support, this is specially for you, i don't want you to "pay" for all. Thank you for your understanding. -------------------------------- Also, i will be changing pool design, for a more clean and simple way of mining. Miners won't need to register, you will just need to set your wallet address as username and random pwd for each worker. -------------------------------- An USA pool will also be born, and possibly an Asia Pool too, so you can choose the closest Pool to you, for better pings=better mining. I will also be doing some tweaks on the pool backend for a better mining performance, this is getting essential, taken the ever increasing network hashrate. s. http://www.miningfield.comt. https://www.twitter.com/miningfieldf. https://www.facebook.com/miningfieldDMD Pool. http://dmd.miningfield.comSweet - maybe East Coast USA pool? Maybe? :-) - No sweat on the pool fee - I understand it costs to run! Keep up the good work.

I am glad you posted this because after what I read I was wondering where your allegiance was. Thank you. I will keep my hash at your site. I have been happy with it and it appears to be closer to me than Danbi's. I did like Danbi's pool too but figured your site needed some love! :-)

Yes, i've tried that :\ i've tried to change the port from 3389 to 3388 and backwards... i've tried the second ccminer.exe file that comes along on the zip file... ive tried changing the difficulty level... (by the way, if i put this command: --difficulty-multiplier 0.0039062500 or --difficulty-multiplier=0.0039062500 the file wont run... it shuts down...)
Also use --normal-hashing 1 and --difficulty-multiplier 0.0039062500 Sorry I had to take a nap, been busy lately ... try http://utahjohn.ddns.net I am mining fine there in USA I use advanced sgminer.conf but these should work command line with batch file ... Also if u are using catalyst 14.9 this can also be a problem ... revert to catalyst 14.7 RC3 See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=666252.0Catalyst?... isn't that for AMD??... (i'm using Nvidia Cards...) Hello Josevora. I run multiple 750 ti's on miningfield with no problems. I definitely get accepted/rejected. I use ccminer 1.2 with the following config. ccminer35-50.exe -q -s 1 -a dmd-gr -o stratum+tcp://dmd.miningfield.com:3389 -u x -p x What is the speed of your NVidia processors? Do you have their compute set properly? Also, do you have the right algo chosen?

Anyone have any experience with the AsRock 970 Extreme 4 MB? I just put a rig together using this board and I am experiencing some strange problems when running multiple GPUs. I am having a problem with a GPU plugged into the PCIE4 slot. It starts up and as the hash rate builds to peak it shuts down. sgminer declares its sick and disables it.
I can run GPUs in the other PCIE slots with no problems. But this one slot seems to be a bit finicky.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit and the AMD 14.9.1 beta driver package. Some problems with 13.12 driver package.
I know this is a long shot but I am hoping there is a trick to getting this to work and someone out there know it.
Thanks.
P.S. Its not the power supply. I have two power supplies connected using the ADD2PSU module for a total of 1400 watts - way more than I need for 4 R9 290s. I tested both PSUs and they are fine.
and u change GPU between slots so its sure its not a faulty GPU? u run powered riser cables? did ya try switch riser cable between slots to find out if the cable is the problem? i had on my 6x 280 one card too which got faulty from time to time it was the card not the slot and on a 3x 750ti mini rig i had troubles with a riser cable after change it problems solved I tried every iteration of GPUs and slots. I also switch riser cables around. None are powered and I do not believe they need to be with just 3 GPUs. In any case, I am running 3 in other slots with no problems. Only PCIE4 is giving me problems. I can run 1 GPU without any problems and I tried this with every GPU and all worked fine. I also ran a video memory test on all the GPUs and found no errors. The only consistent factor in everyting I have tried is that the card in PCIE4 is the one that eventually gets sick and shut down by sgminer. What model GPU ? How much power your PSU ? Confirm its a motherboard issue by swopping a good riser and GPU to the bad slot and if it goes bad you know its motherboard. What I do with my rigs where I run 5 GPU on a motherboard, win8 and install NO drivers let windows take care of it and it works perfect. I run 2 x 1000W psu per motherboard. best mobo i found was a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 with a cheap ass semperon CPU. no problems at all running 5 GPU. I can second this post. I have been running the same m/b and amd combo for months with no issue. I run (6) Nvidia 750ti's on that one board. All powered risers and a cheap ass power supply.
