Does anyone know why dmd.donkeypool.com is not showing DMD stats today? All I see is the Ambercoin X13 stats. Is there a problem miners should be concerned about?

Hi all - I am new to this thread and coin and very curious about it. I like how one developer leaves and the community picks up. Do you have plans for this coin to get on other exchanges as well as development? I like the ring of "iCoin". I am not sure but in this day and age it goes with everything else in our lives. My thoughts on leaving BTC talk are we should not be pushed out of our own home. If you are tired of hearing some bs from someone then just ignore them. I have done it on other threads and it works great. Now lets get back to making DMD the coin of the future.

Hehe - slight change in mining plans - I found a new coin to throw my asics at so i just sent 0.23680000 BTC to the wallet. That in addition to my .0134 yesterday will get us another .25 BTC. Once I am done mining the new coin I will put asics back to wallet. Cryptonit - I think all posts should stay here as this is where newcomers will start. I for one am entertained by it. Especially utah telling us to remove our buy walls. Which I haven't done. Anyone coming into this new should take all of this with a grain of salt and realize it is the ramblings of a few that you read through all of the posts. I would put more faith in utah if he wasn't so wishy washy all the time. One post he is a posterboy for DMD and then in the next he is trying to destroy DMD. Very confusing. |

the general demand is rising
thats how market work
and it will get worse (a bird told me someone starts promoting dmd active on multiple forums soon...)
basical i think that once this 0.00071 sell wall is gone there is not much that stop another shift upwards in value
its only 6 BTC up to 0.00100
and 2 btc of that are in that 0.00071 wall

If u are a true DMD investor u will support this initiative because u want to HOLD more DMD and stake than just mine-the-F out of it and dump DMD. Immediate-Profit only miners will see this and drop mining DMD when their immediate cash-out is not profitable, DMD diff will drop back It's just stupid to try to cash out before the reward reduction, u will get 8-10x cash out when it happens, huge PnD will occur, do not get sucked into them I'm waiting for the price to DROP, buy more (still mining HOLD only). I'm looking for the LONG term reward which coin-mechanics were designed for utah - I have some low 60's buy walls set up. Why would I want to remove them? Help me to understand? go far beyond the difficulty to add masternodes or a similar system
we add it to our wishlist in fact we had always a plan to add something beside POS that rewards active wallets
please give us some time we have big projects to work on
bigger than anything that was ever done for DMD Diamond

Just curious. About a week or two ago I mentioned if anyone looked into adding masternodes or instant x to DMD? What is everyone's thoughts on that? I think a masternode might be a great way to decentralize the coin more and also create lot's of demand on the coin. The coin will be even more rare. It doesn't have to take a lot of DMD to run a mn. Say 250 to activate one. But this will allow us to help decentralize the network. We could do either a wallet based MN like Spreadcoins or a vpn based mn like Darkcoins? Any thoughts as to why or why not this would or wouldn't work? Do we have the programmers able to implement this? Just food for thought.
Seems like a really great idea if implemented the right way. I strongly disagree with what Charlie Lee said for Litecoin, that LTC does not need new fancy gimmicks. Look at where LTC is now. Each and every project, including DMD, need constant improvement and innovations which make it stand out from other similar projects. I feel DMD has already got a bunch of nice traits but that does not mean we cannot introduce more and make it even more attractive. Introducing nodes would at one side generate additional demand for the coin to set up a node, thus making it even more rare and consequently pushing the price up. On the other hand, it would bring profit to the node owner. I would only raise the limit for the node, maybe to at least 500 coins per node. That s under $100 and I think it would be acceptable for everyone. Agreed. I just threw out an arbitrary number. The reason I bring it up is that anyone with longevity mindset can open a masternode and invest long term in addition to the POS staking wallet. If someone wants to rent a VPN they are going to be more committed to the success of the coin. It will give a short term and long term investor multiple ways into DMD. And I believe we would be the first POW, POS, MN wallet? Correct me if I am wrong. Liquidity would come in daily POS and MN payments. I am also sure that with the cloudmining buy pressure the value of DMD would go nuts. Having POW, POS and MN wallet at the same time would definitely bring attention of the press. I would put that among top DMD priorities. Let us know what community can do to help. Hehe I think we need a good programmer to implement it!
