I miss the PVP on Primedice. I know it was removed due to lack of interest, but for the few of us who want to play on PVP, can it be brought back? This time you don't need to create an extra chat box for pvp, the pvp can be done in same chat box and the results can be shown to the ones who want to see them.
that feature uses resources, so why bring it back if its not that popular. Its just wasting time and money for them AFAIK the admins were able to make the site fast(as it is now) with PVP included. So how come PVP consumes resources that pd cannot afford to spend on? Also, can anyone tell me any alternative website where i can play game exactly similar to pd pvp? It just wasn't used enough to deserve place on the site. That is why it has been removed. |

Off-Topic, but for the sake of history, I really think it was Nil, not Nahtnam, when you became mod. Later Nil scammed lots of people on- and offsite which is a good warning that not even mods are necessarily more trustable than others when it comes to coins. If I am right Nahtnam became mod way later, and not for long since he basically was too young. No, Nahtnam was mod before me. I am sure he got me whitelisted. There was never mod on pd named aaron. He was pretending to be mod and lying to everybody that he is a mod. |

I dont find any reason to become a Pd mod unless you are a PD freak or you just need power and want to dominate chat. Well there is more to it. They offered me a mod position and i accepted it long time ago. And i for sure did not regret that decision. Now i work full time for Primedice and i get paid for it very very well. But even that is not the biggest motivation. I liked Primedice and its community so much that i spent like 6-10 hours on it per day every day. And being mod enables your to help out that community by keeping the chat clean. Later i started doing PD giveaways which was even more awesome. So yeah starting out as a mod has its benefits. |

Primedice does indeed have a history of keeping generally "bad" mods like LabKitty, steveds, Pokerjet, etc. so there's no surprise Stunna brought in even more bad mods. You don't know dank. He is pushing them every day. Calling them/us nazy , dumbass and so on. And trust me nobody of them started that or deserved that. But i have to agree that from thefrog wasn't suitable for a mod to say and I warned him not to talk to users like that again. Even when they push you and make you angry that is not the right action to take. So hopefully it wont happen again. And if it does please report it to us and that mod will be removed. I apologize for that dank. It wont happen again. i never call them dumbass's and i call the mods in general nazi's, i dont USUALLY single them out and call them nazi's. and when i call them nazi's i do it because they act like them Something that i got. Again, sorry for that behavior from TheFrog, i told him not to use that language with users and it wont happen again. If it happens again we will take further actions. Correct me if I am wrong, but the reason mods don't do a great job is for one and only one reason. What if you worked at a fast food restauraunt, and you had no manager/boss? You could fuck around, and do whatever you wanted, and not work. People would complain (and Primedice players DO complain) but you still can't really be taken off staff without proof. There are never admins on to monitor mods. Meaning, mods have indirectly, ultimate power. And when a bad and unfair mod is brought in, the admins don't know unless people complain. The funny thing is, I see complaints on here all the time (especially from that pierre guy, and redferrari). Yet not much is done. I love to enjoy a nice chat with mature people but Primedice doesn't make that possible, which is why I spend my time elsewhere. Just my thoughts . I do monitor chat. And i never seen mods behave badly towards users. I am not an admin but its enough for me to notice mods bad behavior for that mod to be removed. Dank aka redferari and candy aka piere are something else. They go on offending mods all day long and doing all kinds of stuff on chat that are not allowed. Like dank asking for trades and bragging how he will do it on alts so he cant be muted on main acc, also spaming tips to same username for no reason which makes chat spam, i warned him couple of times about that and so on... Candy was a known scammer , and his reputation follows him so he doesn't get warnings now when he asks for trade on pd chat. He gets perm muted. There is very small percentage of people complaining on mods. And all of them are people who DID BREAK pd chat rules. |

ya their software glitched I didnt confirm the bet so therefore I want it back Either the software glitched or your hotkey is on . You may not remember what you did but there hasnt been any other complain about max bet button glitched and the warning is still there This happened awhile ago not recently When you click "MAX" button first warning you get is "ROLL DICE" button turns to "YOU CLICKED MAX BET" , than you have to click that button once, it will turn to "CONFIRM x.xxxxxxxx BET" and to make bet you need to click that . I think that is more than enough warnings about max bet button ? As for balance "gone" issue. Balance can never disappear. It will be lost on a bet, or tipped to another user or withdrawn. Primedice never had balance vanish from balance. If anything of above happened and you did not authorize it than your account is compromised and somebody else has access to it. Sadly that happens a lot because easy phishing tools that no AV can detect. People use bots, fake "hash hackers" go to fake links like vipdice that is coded to take your balance or your login credentials. We try our best to prevent that by muting/banning those users who attempt that but we cant do it without users realizing what that is. We highly recommend everybody to enable 2fA. |

Assuming you control your deposit address send them a signed transaction from a signature you used to deposit Bitcoins into that account alongside your username. I assume they can lookup the transaction log and confirm those inputs. That is correct. But you need to send ticket to suppport. You can do that from some other account with "help" form. |

hey, i want just to say that with this post im not saying that primedice is cheating or anything but i think i have a problem and i need explanation that i dont have for more than 24h... the problem is that yesterday morning i was doing martingal evrything was perfect i was at 0.12499 btc and in a bet i discover that i have 0 in my balance... so it must be my fault i betted max and i lost (im sure im not).. no problem lets say i betted max and i lost everything now i must verify the bet i did were i lost, but i find nothing no trace of a bet with the amount of 0.12499 btc in my bets history in the device i was using but with more verification i found the bet in the high rollers the bet id was 7,203,210,741 like you can see i lost that bet at 7:50am and the nonce was 881 http://prntscr.com/8wq10o but there is no trace o such bet in my bets i returned to verify the last bet i have done and it was a bet of 1766 satoshi i lost done at 7:44am, nonce 809 http://prnt.sc/8wplzihttp://prnt.sc/8wq4y7what i m saying here that i was rolling between 7:44am and 7:50am and there are bets i cant find in the history of my bets, there are 72 bets that i cant find until today... many will say that someone who has access to my accont has done all this (im sure not) but still why i cant find the bet i have made between 7:40 and 7:50 because i msure 10000% i was rolling... i really trust primedice, and this post is not to say that primedice is cheating... but i think it was a bug or something like that... the support guy was really helpful but i need a real explanation of what really happened in this case... finally i would say that all what i say here is the truth and ready to answer to any question also doing conference and let you access my devices with teamviewer or joinme at any moment if necessary. P.S: sorry for my poor english Hey, I explained it to you couple of times. Bets history is stored locally on your device/browser. If somebody got access to your account and makes some bets you wont see them in my bets history. Primedice cant make bet for you. There has never been such a bug and it cant happen. Especially not to set max bet and then make that bet. You need to change your password and preferably set 2fA to make your account secure. Also check your PC for malware and try to recall if you used any third party bots for primedice or visited any links primedice related. |

Hi, i have a real problem here.. i was rolling with my smartphone and i have reached 0.12499 btc.. in one roll i discover that it become 00000 in one second. And i see that i wagered all the ammount and i lost all my btc.. im really sure i didnt clicket max and i was totaly focusing in my bets.. i refreshed the page and i discovered there is no history for the last bets i did.. the last bet i can see is at 7:44 in my local time and the last bet were i lost evrything was at 77:50.. i finally finded the bet of 0.12499 on the high rollers.. can any one help me please

Seems your client didn't receive the data about the last bet.Provide support(MICRO) with you username and he may be able to help you. i have just mailed the support about it and waiting for a respond.. if it was my fault i surely will find the last bet in my bets.. but there is 72 bets not shown.. i think it prove that it s a bug.. Average 2.7 hours .Some of the dice review sites should soon update theirs ratings of Primedice support Yep, i just got up and I'm on it. Btw, when you are not getting reply to your ticket instantly there is no need to send more than one ticket about the same issue. That will just slow down your response time due to us having to go through much more tickets than needed. sorry micro the first ticket i forgot to mention my username so i did it in the second one... thanks That is not a problem . Sometimes we get like 5-6 tickets from same user for the same issue. That wont speed up the process. |
