Pozdrav svima  Smiley

Ja nisam primetio nikakvu razliku izmedju prodaje u dolarima i evrima.

Due to huge fees that bitcoin needs at this moment we had to raise minimum withdrawal amount to 0.004 btc and fee to 0.0003 btc.

We were covering majority of the fee needed and it cost us substantial amount of money every day.

Minimum withdrawal is 0.004 btc and fee is 0.0003 btc.

What a load of crap.

? Are you serious? That's a very generous condition. You do realize that since most medium transactions are around 300 Bytes and the average fee these days is 200 Sats/byte then the withdraw fee of 0.0003BTC is mostly made at a loss to PrimeDice, especially if they have more than 1 input.

0.004 BTC is also fair. You shouldn't be withdrawing less than 0.004 BTC anyways, because most of your withdraw goes to fees alone.

Blame Segwit not being activated. Not Primedice.

Dead serious. It's bullshit.

Most current wallets let you specify the fee. Besides a gambling dice site, Primedice is also a wallet for every user that deposits/withdraws. And now, after being behind in many aspects (having one of the slowest betting engines, an outdated look, a shit chat and useless support service), PD is again fixing their shit regardless of users and user experience. Certainly easier to fucking raise the fees than to pay a dev for some custom code.

It's seems there's an adoration of PD in this thread. What the fuck do I care. Just being critical when it's deserved so. And right now, this is the largest load of crap they could implement.

If we let users chose a fee they would mostly chose to small fee.

Or you would have to chose bigger fee and pay for it in full.

This way we are still covering for the fee most of the time and it ends up costing us close to 700$ per day just on fees.

It is the best possible outcome for the users not for us.

But it is the most convenient for the users and we chose to do it that way.

Got live support button on the right of the screen. Another awesome update stunna. It's really awesome Smiley

Note that we are experimenting with button placement. Atm its only in support section. And not shown as a button. We will have it shown as a button on some pages.
We just have to make it so it does not get in the way like on the mobile version.

It is still there just hidden inder Support > live support

I just enabled live chat support.

Please note that it might not be super fast at first. And also we could disable it at any point until we have everything fully setup.

I am very happy with this because we will now have much more personal relationship with all ours customers.

I hope you guys will be happy with this feature. Please share your feedback here.

nice addition,primedice
but I cannot find the LIVE! support option
do I have to reload the page?
also,MICRO,how are you planning to cope with the amount of tickets live?
I think you would need at least 5 open lines and 5 new support operators for that

Yes you need to refresh.

We do have 6 support agents atm. But we will hire more as needed.

We will very soon cover full 24/7 with 2 support agents per shift.

Hey guys,

You may have noticed that sending support ticket does not work atm.

We are making preparations to switch to Intercom.

I will enable live chat support in couple of hours. And then we will fix the issue with sending tickets.
510  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular & Trusted | Huge Community | Free BTC on: March 04, 2017, 04:01:20 PM
We are experiencing some technical difficulties at this moment.

I just notified developers and they will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

This was more just a preparation for big changes to come.
Glad to hear that buddy. Hope to see more changes and i am sure the implementation of live support made everyone curious and started a session to check em out.  Cheesy with the upgrade the support will be busy manually processing the coins to the new address. You should have announced about the change in address before hand to avoid this mess.

Would not help much this deposits were mostly sent during downtime.

It will be sorted out soon.

And then I will enable live chat support so we can have some fun Smiley .

Also sorry for slower support we have 120+ tickets at this moment about deposits to old deposit address.

We will be crediting that asap.

Also we are happy to announce that we will soon enable live chat support which will be a lot more engaging with you guys and much faster to resolve your issues.

It will also be 24/7

Primedice is so popular, 120 tickets at the moment, you have the most players in the bitcoin gambling industry. Primedice should be the best bitcoin gambling site. You should hire more supports.

Yeah, we are looking forward to hiring a lot new support staff.

Fun fact just today we had 3177 new registrations Cheesy .

Hello,

I am the Bitsler's main admin. I have one issue. Yesterday, we tracked a hacker and he talked to my "spy" : "I have hacked a primedice account and withdrawn his balance 0.4xxxx BTC to my bitsler's account.  We instantly blocked his withdrawals. And I have sent a PM to stunna to know the PD's nickname of the player to give him back the money.

Unfortunately, he didn't answer me. So, if you have been hacked on Primedice yesterday for an amount of 0.4xxx btc, you can send me a PM with the transaction to get your money back.

I just want to give  back money that were stolen from primedice player yesterday, this money do not belong to us.

Cheers,

I asked one of the mods to forward your thread post to Edward, perhaps Micro will read it and forward it as well.
Good job on holding the funds.  Smiley

Forwarded it to micro around 3 hours ago  Tongue

Thanks for your reactivity. And I have also sent another report to isildur. Add the 2FA guys.

Hey,

Thank you for informing us about this.

We are still looking into it. Nobody came forward yet. We did not get any tickets about 0.4 missing.

Can't you just search the TX id in someone's withdraw history, perhaps it will pop-up. This can be easily done with a simple database search.

~snip~

It was the 4th version of PD? Oo
I was sure the current online version is the second one!
They already made 3 major changes?

Yes it's the 4th version of primedice, no major changes in my opinion just a design change and added friends list. That's it.

Here a post from Stunna about the launch of PD4: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg15461593#msg15461593

Oh ok!
Thanks for the info I didn't know.
Not that it has much importance but... But that means PD is even older than what I thought xD
Which is good of course.

The age of primedice is easily determined on the bottom of their website:
© 2013 - 2017 Primedice. All Rights Reserved.

And by going to the first page of this thread.  Wink How many versions/changes are made doesn't say much about the age of the site.

He probably did not send to bitsler directly. Probably used wallet in between.

and the website is not opening again. Keeps on reloading.

No problems here. Only chatbox is gray (not working).

It has now become normal for people to keep on complaining about the site not loading. One thing I have realized is that primedice is no longer the one that we used to know before. So many things have really changed,i.e. poor support, chat lagging, site not loading, weird rolls-so many reds on small payouts, e.g. 1.088x. I just tried to roll today on 1.2x and was surprised to pump on a streak of 11 reds. The worst I have ever experienced was a streak of 6 reds, but today's was weird.

Poor support?

We are one of the only sites that has full 24/7 support. Except for the weekend when we have 8 hours break.

You obviously did not send any tickets to support lately.

Weird rolls do not exist. Its all in your head.

You know what provably fair is.

Chat is being worked on as we speak should be sorted out very soon.

Yeah, you're completely full of shit on that one MICRO lol. Your support really sucks ass. How many of my inquiries went unanswered? How long did it take to PARTIALLY resolve my issue?

Well you have to understand that we from the support can not do everything.

So what is the point of me replying to every single of your tickets telling you the same thing.

"We can not help you and we are waiting for admins."

If your remember you will see that we replied to your first ticket within minutes. Which we do to all the tickets.
Ours average first reply time is 0.16 hours atm.

We will soon even have live chat support and replies under 5 minutes.

So, the guy finally has his money or withdraw is still delay? Hope he got his stuff soon, this is bad publicity to the site too.

He got his withdraw, now he's just complaining about the price difference at the time he withdrew and the price now in USD, and he still hasn't received the HUGE bonus which was promised.
He is not going to get a bonus because the price of BTC fell. If the price of BTC went to $2000 BTC/USD because of the delay, would he send some of the money back then? No.

People just use that as an excuse but I don't think he was actually going to withdraw into fiat that day.

And like I said before. He could of easily hedged the money with Bitfinex or some other futures broker if he was really ready to sell.

I guess you quoted the wrong message, I agree with you on the price variation pd has nothing to do with that. BTC is a curency on itself.  Wink
All I said is he was complaining.

But he was promised a bonus for the wait by Micro, if we may believe stunna and Micro that will be sorted out now trough email.

He was credited even though his account is connected with very shady stuff that pd discovered.

So I do not think he is getting bonus.

I can not give much info until and if Stunna or Edward decide to do so.

Or maybe he was actually traveling.

WHOT? he was active here on the forum! wtf man?

i dont know whats going on behind the scenes about this issue (alot, it seems), but why would you so openly lie?

I said "WAS" travelling .

He is back and he replied to him as soon as he got back home.

150truck check your tutanota email, he had to reply to that since we do not have any of your other emails.
