Btw randall , i don't get to chose who will be mods , also i don't have power to grant somebody a mod position or demote somebody .

All i do is when Stunna asks me to suggest mods or what do i think about giving mod to somebody i can give him my opinion . And that is all.

Tbh i don't want to be making that decisions . But i guess Stunna wants my opinion on that because im very active on chat and i know almost all the people on chat and whats going on .

Being mod is not about just muting everybody who breaks rules . (Fun fact: We came up with that rules because it makes chat better and with less scams)

Loans / investments on gambling site is always a very bad thing. And it lead to so much scams. That's why we try to separate that from pd chat.  

As for begging . Well asking for tip once in a while when you rly need it is not such a bad thing , its not really begging if you ask only once in a while and we let it go. Also you can always ignore user who is annoying to you because he is begging or whatever.

What i hate the most is actually spaming on chat . That doesn't give you anything and its very bad for the chat so i don't tolerate that , also its bit harder for people to ignore somebody with so much spam on chat.



And once more time i cant say this enough .... USE IGNORE COMMAND!

If somebody is sending you pm's that you don't like , just ignore him. If he is offending you in any way , ignore him . If he is harassing you (if that is even possible over the chat ) just ignore him .

You can be your own mod and clean up the chat as you wish. Use that !

It was barely used. Its chat was graveyard for spam. And that is why it was removed. There was just like 10btc wagered per week on it .

Exactly . Email is personal and should not be dealt with with ease , especially in bitcoin where people want theirs privacy.

And there is also that thing , having emails of large number of gamblers can be valuable information. Spaming them emails with ref links to sites , advertisements and other shit.

Pd doesn't want that , and that is the reason its taking so long for them to trust somebody with that info.

Some people don't understand how important is to keep users privacy , especially in bitcoin world. Users that gamble in bitcoin mostly do that because they want they privacy and primedice very much respects and protects that.

Its not an easy task to hire somebody for that job.

Yeah it is risky , primedice is very very careful with its users privacy .

But as i said support should improve  very soon. They need to start improving it, when they make casino support has to be spot on.

I agree with you guys that pd has a bit slow support and its the only downside to primedice. But you guys wouldn't believe what kind of emails they get every day . I know that because i am moderator on primedice facebook page and also when i try to help somebody with theirs "important " support ticket and then it turns out its complete bullshit and i see why they did not reply .

That was implemented to prevent chat spam from newbies .

But tbh i was against it from the start. In my opinion its more important to let legit new players who might be new to bitcoin and this whole thing to let them ask questions on chat without having to wager anything .

I think that is more important than preventing occasional chat spam.
