First of all Stunna nor anybody from pd said anything about hiring new support staff .
I dont think they will do that due to many reasons stated above .
All Stunna said was that they have good plan for improving support and that will come into place rly soon. (like making password reset automatic and probably doing support as ticket system with zendesk) .

And no offense steveds u first need to see why u got demoded before even thinking of getting a job at support. Im pretty sure they wasnt rly happy with u , thats why u got demoded and now they will hire u as support ? I dont think so.
I mean dont get me wrong as i said to u , i would be rly happy if u or anybody else gets hired for support so they improve response time , coz its much needed.
Hopefully they rly can find some solution to that , because slow support time is the only downside of primedice atm . And it needs to be improved asap.
